They offer a wide variety of cocktails, and part of the fun is taking your time to find the ones that suit your taste. They also have a large selection of whiskey and other spirits, and if you tell them what you want, they will make something to match your request.
The fruit-based drinks are bright and colorful in appearance. You can fully enjoy them in the stylish atmosphere.

A Special time to get pleasantly tipsy with stylish drinks, a comfortable atmosphere, and lively conversation. The first thing ordered was a Canadian Club highball. I had a basic whiskey for the first time in a while. It was so good that I finished it in no time, and for my second drink I went with a highball made with my favorite Islay malt, Ardbeg.

The lighting is subdued, and the way it reflects off the long counter is truly beautiful, giving the place the feel of a good old authentic bar! On this day, I ordered a gin and tonic! The crystal clear liquid fills the glass right to the rim, with ice that glints in the light! With the first sip, you get the tonic’s refreshing bitterness and the fine sparkle of the carbonation, followed by the aroma of the gin spreading smoothly across the palate!

They also offer standard drinks such as highballs and gin and tonics.

The “Hokkaido-san (from Hokkaido) Cheese 5-shu (5 kinds) Omakase assortment” is said to include rare cheeses you may have never tried before, and they pair perfectly with cocktails.
Because you can nibble on them little by little, they are said to be tasty even when you are not very hungry after dinner.

Since I like whisky, they made me a whisky-based drink! And I paired it with an assortment of Hokkaido (Hokkaido) cheese and nuts! It makes you feel like you’re traveling in Hokkaido. It was incredibly delicious. It was the best!! I’ll come again!!!

Overall, everything had flavors unlike anything I had ever drunk before, and the cocktails that went far beyond my expectations were really appealing. This is the kind of place that makes you want to try all sorts of drinks and end up staying a long time. They also have an assortment of cheeses from Hokkaido, including many I had never even heard of. If I come to Sapporo again, I will definitely visit again.

They also recommend enjoying the "soft serve" made with 100% Hokkaido milk together with a cocktail.

It’s a lovely little bar. Talking with the master is fun too. I had a gin fizz, a martini, and the recommended corn whiskey straight. They were great. It’s very comfortable too. I’ll visit again. It was a great meal.

This time, I had the original cocktail "Golden Blend." The otoshi (small appetizer) fruit paired with it was raspberry and blueberry. Made with amaretto and dark rum, the cocktail opens with sweetness and richness, and the way it shifts into the dark rum at the end is beautiful. It was a great meal!!

This is an assortment of dried fruit and amanatto (traditional Japanese candied beans). Amanatto is a traditional Japanese wagashi (sweet) made by simmering beans in sugar, coating the surface with sugar, and drying them.
The sweetness of amanatto pairs just right with strong alcohol, and it is said to be perfect for nibbling a little at a time.

The best master and the best night. It is not strictly a cocktail specialty bar, but you can enjoy a wide range of cocktails, and just looking at the menu is fun. In particular, the cocktails made by the legendary master Yoko are the best. This is a bar worth going out of your way to visit.

On this day, I had the "refreshing gin and tonic made with Fever-Tree lemon tonic." This cocktail is filled with a gentle bitterness, along with the fresh acidity and juicy feel of lemon. I wrapped up the day by slowly sipping this slightly stronger cocktail.

A recommended option is the “Nomu Esute Cocktail (drinkable beauty treatment cocktail).” It uses seasonal fruit and blends in extracts taken from herbs and vegetables.
Alcohol chilled to -10 degrees in a special refrigerator called “Magi Call” is also popular. It offers a different taste experience from the usual.

They also offer a full food menu that pairs well with the drinks. Options with small portions of snacks on them, such as the "Chocolate assortment" and "Sekai no Cheese assortment (World Cheese assortment)," are said to be popular.
Both the bar snacks and the drinks look stylish, and people say you can enjoy them with your eyes too.

The food menu is à la carte with a French base. The lineup focuses on pairings with wine, including prosciutto, cheese, and house made bread.
This is the foie gras terrine (Hungarian goose) and brioche, which is said to pair amazingly well with red wine.

Located in the heart of Susukino, this place has a lovely atmosphere and feels like somewhere you want to visit on a Special day. I have come here for dinner several times, and both the taste and presentation are always top notch. This time, after eating elsewhere, we still wanted another drink, so we stopped by for wine and prosciutto. The night view is beautiful too. They also have a wide variety of wines.

A popular choice is the tasting set, which lets you compare 3 distinctive whiskies.

They also serve original cocktails made with whisky. They incorporate seasonal colors and ingredients that feel very Hokkaido-like, and prepare them right at the counter with plenty of live atmosphere.
Without losing the aroma of the whisky, each drink adds the bright flair of a cocktail, making it an easy-to-drink glass.

I had Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malt, each served neat, and snacked on dried fruit and nuts. Old bottles were displayed around the bar, making it an irresistible space for Nikka fans.

What caught my eye was the apple highball. I’m not a fan of strong whisky, so I ordered this, and it was super easy to drink. It may have been the first time I thought I wanted to make one myself and drink it at home. Next was the Yoichi (Japanese whisky brand) mojito. This one was also fun for its bright aroma, and it didn’t leave me feeling bad. The chocolate and dried fruit served at the start were also a nice touch…

You can enjoy carefully aged sake (Japanese rice wine) made with the restaurant’s own "kaiyo jukusei (ocean aging)" method. They sink the bottles into the sea off Hokkaido, where water pressure and temperature are said to bring out deeper flavor.
Even sake you may already know tastes completely different, with a softer mouthfeel and different character, and many people say it is something you should definitely try.

A tasting comparison of sake (Japanese rice wine) aged for 12 months on the seabed. Everyone has their own preference, but it was interesting. Shells from the seabed? and other things were stuck to the bottles, which gave them a nicely aged look, and it was a nice bar♪

I had a bottle of deep sea aged whisky, which they really put a lot of effort into, and when I compared it with the Laphroaig I am used to drinking, it really did taste smoother, making for a tasty and wonderfully strange experience. The food menu focuses on snacks that pair well with Japanese sake. The dishes are homemade and Japanese-style, with a wide range of options including seafood, cheese, and nuts.
The otoshi (small appetizer served at the start) offered when you enter is said to have great style. It comes with three kinds of snacks made with seasonal ingredients and seasoned to go well with drinks.

They start by saying, "Today, here’s how we’ll do things," and after that, you can just sit back and go with the flow. Before you know it, you’re drinking nothing but good Japanese sake, and there are no misses at all. By the end, you leave the place feeling great. Of course it’s perfect for Japanese sake lovers, but even if you don’t know much about it, you can still come here with confidence.

For a drink with the meal, they recommend India Pale Ale. It is said to be a beer with an excellent balance of bitterness and fresh hop notes.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with its stylish interior, and from some seats you could even see the TV Tower. There were so many kinds of beer that it was hard to choose, but I was blown away by how good the IPA I had for my first drink was!!The generously piled liver pâté, the large baguette that came with it, the apple rapée, and the meat were all delicious.
