The course was served at a good pace, so everything went smoothly without long waits. The portions were plenty, and each plate was carefully prepared and very delicious. The foie gras Hamburger Steak was such high quality that I wanted to keep eating it! It had square cut pieces of foie gras inside, and it was delicious without feeling too heavy!

Before an evening theater show, I had Hamburger Steak here around 15:00. The restaurant is small inside. There were also 2 people in line, but since it was a bit late in the day, I got in right away. You can choose the size and toppings too. I went with the regular size 200g, fried egg and cheese, and a smaller portion of rice. It was good. It was a great meal.

I ordered the A set, which comes with rice and soup, and chose the Hamburger Steak topped with cheese and a fried egg as the cheese tsukimi (cheese with fried egg). I went with the restaurant’s original garlic sauce. It had a great flavor that went perfectly with rice, and it was really delicious. I got the small size, but it was still very filling(^ ^)

AOI

AOI is a Hamburger Steak specialty restaurant, a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station, and is known for its fluffy Hamburger Steak topped with plenty of onion.

The interior, with its wood grain and white color scheme, has a casual yet stylish feel. At the lively counter seats, you can watch the Hamburger Steak being grilled, and people say the sounds and aroma really whet the appetite.

The Hamburger Steak uses Domestic beef shank and plenty of onions for a soft, airy finish.

The "Hamburger Steak Rice" is said to get its great taste from the "super tasty Japanese-style sauce," made with 18 ingredients including garlic and ginger.

The popular "zeitaku (luxurious) Double Hamburger Steak" lets you enjoy two kinds at once: baked with mayonnaise and cheese, and with an insanely good Japanese-style sauce.

Both sauces bring out the full flavor of the meat, making it highly satisfying. It also pairs perfectly with the mashed potatoes on the side.

堺発

A famous Hamburger Steak restaurant in Ginza-Itchome (Ginza 1-chome). Since it is a little away from Ginza’s busy downtown area, it is relatively easy to get in at night. The Hamburger Steak is hearty and has a rich flavor that goes great with rice. It is also nice that you can get a drink service coupon, making this a place you will want to visit again.

・Deluxe Double Hamburger Steak
First of all, the sauce is excellent, the texture is unlike other Hamburger Steaks, and the price and location are all great. Rather than being extra meaty or made with steak cuts, it has a real originality that comes from using shank meat. I think this is a famous restaurant I hope stays around forever.

I went with a set meal where you can choose 2 kinds of meat. I picked beef and pork, and it came with 2 kinds of sauce, but I had mine with rock salt. The rice was so good that I got a second helping! I was also happy to have aka-dashi (red miso soup), since I do not often get the chance to drink it ^ ^

I ordered two kinds of Hamburger Steak sets! I chose the three-meat blended Hamburger Steak made with pork, beef, and lamb, and the pork Hamburger Steak! There were lots of ways to change up the flavor, like sauces and salt, and they went great with the rice! Rice refills were free, so I got one!

When you pour the secret onion sauce over plenty of cabbage and tender mochi-buta (pork), it goes perfectly not only with rice but also as a snack with drinks! Toppings like a raw egg or cheese are also recommended.

The curry in the katsu curry has a nice spice kick, but the heat is on the mild side, and it tastes great. The kani cream croquette (crab cream croquette) has a slightly firm filling that feels pleasantly nostalgic. When you cut into the Hamburger Steak, the juices spill out, and together with the side of Napolitan (Japanese ketchup pasta), it brings a nostalgic feel like an adult version of a kid's lunch plate.

I ordered the set menu. Both the Special and the Western-style assorted plate were great value sets that went perfectly with drinks. The Hamburger Steak sauce in particular pairs well with red wine. The Aka Mentaiko (red pollock roe) Omurice seemed like an interesting idea, and I was glad I ordered it〜The soy sauce pickled onions were very tasty, so I took some home.

The “Beef Tongue Stew” that falls apart into tender pieces as soon as you put your chopsticks in is also recommended.

Packed with chunky vegetables like carrots and broccoli, it is very satisfying to eat! The stew has a light tang, and it also pairs well with red wine.

I ordered their famous Hamburger Steak, and from the moment it arrived sizzling on the Teppan-yaki plate, it really got my appetite going. As soon as I cut into it, the juices came flowing out, and when I took a bite, I was impressed by how juicy it was and how packed it was with rich flavor. The sauce has good depth without feeling too heavy, and that nice balance is what makes it so enjoyable all the way to the last bite.

I ordered the Matsuzaka beef Hamburger Steak with a rice and miso soup set, plus macaroni salad. It was juicy and full of flavor, with a chunky texture, and the sauce was also very nice and went well with the rice. Mixing the egg over the Hamburger Steak made it taste even better. It is on the first floor of the Royal Park Hotel, and the atmosphere also feels refined and upscale.

おででやや

I visited on a weekday evening. They served protein as the otoshi (small appetizer). I had something like a protein smoothie instead of alcohol, and it was tasty. The beef Hamburger Steak was very good, and it made me want to come back. I’ll visit again.

Swordfish and salmon! Both were healthy yet really satisfying, and absolutely delicious〜! The swordfish was lighter, but when I ate it with the sauce, it was so good that it didn’t bother me◎
