From the Appetizers to the dessert, everything was amazing and really moving, but the Chateaubriand was especially the best‼️They cook it through slowly at a low temperature by steaming and grilling it, then move it to the Teppan-yaki griddle to finish it right before serving. You eat the rare meat with wasabi and shiokombu (salted kombu kelp) on top. Wow, it just melts in your mouth〜〜〜(⌒▽⌒)It goes perfectly with the shiokombu‼️
