Tokyo Niku Shabuya Hideaki

Tokyo Niku Shabuya Hideaki is a shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant located a 6-minute walk from Ginza Station and a 4-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.

Popular dishes feature Tajimaguro, a rare type of Kobe Beef that never appears on the general market. The luxurious interior includes counter seats and Private room seating.

The menu centers on courses, and one nice point is that you can enjoy luxurious course meals at lunchtime just like at dinner.

The meat for the shabu-shabu is cut into large slices, and it gets good reviews for its beautiful presentation and the rich balance of sweet fat and great flavor.

In addition to shabu-shabu, the course also includes meat dishes such as sukiyaki and cutlets.

The photo shows gyu-katsu (beef cutlet) made with Tajimaguro. It is fried with breadcrumbs kneaded with bamboo charcoal, and the texture of the coating and the rich flavor of the gyu-katsu are said to be irresistible.

The interior is spacious, with a calm and mature atmosphere. Since you can relax and take your time in a private setting, I felt it was perfect for business dinners or a special occasion. The staff were also very attentive, carefully explaining the brand of the meat, the best way to eat it, and the ideal doneness, so I was able to enjoy my time there from start to finish.

The very first dish, the oxtail soup, already won me over, and every plate made the most of the ingredients' natural umami and was simply outstanding. The serving ware is also carefully chosen throughout, creating a world all its own. The gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) fried in beef fat and squid ink was crisp and deeply aromatic, but the dish that really got me most was the Strip loin shabu-shabu. Even after eating all this, it never felt heavy, and instead it only made me want to eat more.

Kobe Beef Shabu-shabu Omoki Hanare Ginza Ten

Kobe Gyu Shabu-shabu Omoki Hanare Ginza Ten is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy shabu-shabu made with Kobe beef, known for its refined, savory flavor. Its convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from Ginza Station, is another plus.

The interior has a calm Japanese-style atmosphere, and it also comes with fully private rooms for parties of 2 or more. People say it is a great place to relax and unwind.

The Kobe beef used for the shabu-shabu is said to be known for its fine marbling and rich flavor.

The course lineup is extensive, and it gets good reviews for offering options to suit your budget, from casual plans to more luxurious ones.

One of the course menus, “Keyaki,” lets you enjoy three kinds of Kobe beef at the same time: lean meat, marbled cuts, and filet.

Guests praise it for letting them fully enjoy top quality Kobe beef prepared by a Japanese cuisine chef, pleasing both the eyes and the palate at the same time. It is also perfect for a meal on a Special day.

The broth for the shabu-shabu and the meat were both very good. There were plenty of vegetables, and the Appetizers and assorted sashimi were beautifully presented, and I enjoyed everything. The Goto udon (hand-stretched udon from the Goto Islands) also went down very smoothly, and it paired perfectly with black pepper. I could enjoy the meal in a calm atmosphere, and I was very satisfied.

I had a shabu-shabu course that you enjoy in dashi broth without dipping sauce. True to Ginza, the restaurant had an elegant and refined atmosphere, with careful attention to the plating and tableware, and the Private room still felt calm and relaxing. Every single item was delicious, from the shabu-shabu to the Appetizers and dessert.

Ginza Negura

Ginza Neya is a restaurant where you can enjoy exceptionally fresh shabu-shabu made with top grade kurokegyu (Japanese Black Wagyu). It is located right by the A8 exit of Higashi-Ginza Station.

On the 10th floor, the restaurant has Private room options with views of Ginza’s night skyline from the windows. The Japanese modern space with a hidden away feel also seems like a great choice for a Special day.

The carefully selected meat uses top quality cuts such as A4 and A5 rank Spencer roll and Strip loin. You can choose sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot) or shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot).

For the shabu-shabu, they use mineral-rich carbonated water in the broth for swishing the meat, which brings out the tender texture and the full flavor of the ingredients.

By draining the hot water well before eating the shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot), you can fully enjoy the meat's natural flavor.

You can dip it in 6 kinds of Special salt carefully selected from Japan and abroad, goma dare (sesame sauce), ponzu sauce, and more to enjoy a range of different flavors without getting tired of it. Both the marbled cuts and the lean cuts are said to be melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

ayaka9119

Located on the top floor of a building in Ginza, the restaurant has a grown-up atmosphere with dim lighting. The Private room also offers a view of the night skyline, making it a very nice space for two people to enjoy a relaxed meal together.

I like sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot) too, but going with shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot) might have been the right call‼︎The meat was just so good, and they said they use meat that can even be eaten raw. I’m glad I chose shabu-shabu, where you can really taste the flavor of the meat♡The meat came in two kinds, Miyazaki-gyu (Miyazaki beef) inside round and Sendai-gyu (Sendai beef) Spencer roll, and both were so good they melted in my mouth♡

Ginza Tsuru

Located about a 5-minute walk from both Higashi-Ginza Station and Ginza Station, Ginza Tsuru is a restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Special Kuroge Wagyu beef prepared at low temperature in shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot) or sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot).

Its appeal lies in its refined and relaxing space that blends in with the atmosphere of Ginza, and in addition to the open floor, it also has fully private rooms with their own dedicated entrances.

The Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) that the head chef personally sources by visiting production regions around Japan is well liked for its fine texture and rich flavor that melts in your mouth.

With shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, you can enjoy the texture of juicy meat cooked at the low temperature of 65~70 degrees. It is recommended to pair it with the wide selection of Japanese sake and wine.

They pay close attention to the temperature and heating method for the shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot), preparing it to bring out the best in the ingredients.

They use gyu-tail soup (beef oxtail soup) made over many hours, and it is said to be so good that you will want another serving.

I visited because I wanted to have shabu-shabu. Each dish was carefully made and delicate, and I was completely Manzoku. The main dish, shabu-ni made with Wagyu Strip loin, was flawless as well. Maybe because I’m getting older, full courses have started to feel a bit heavy lately, but this one felt just right, and if anything, I wanted a few more slices of meat. Haha. The Yukihotaka kama-taki gohan (rice cooked in a traditional pot) impressed me the most personally. White rice really is best when cooked in a pot!

東京旨いもの食べ歩き

The staff prepared all of the shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) for us. The meat, swished in broth kept at around 65 degrees, was so tender and so good that it naturally brought a smile to our faces. The Strip loin let us enjoy the refined taste of its fat, while the uchimomo (inside round) showcased the goodness of lean meat.

Gyuan

Gyuan is a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. This long-established beef specialty restaurant has 35 years of history in Ginza, where you can enjoy Special Kobe beef and Tajimaguro in a variety of cooking styles.

The building was relocated from an authentic kominka (traditional Japanese house), and they say it has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that feels hard to believe in the middle of the city.

They use owner-Special Kobe beef for the shabu-shabu, and among it they carefully source Tajimaguro, a high-quality brand of beef.

There are many positive reviews for the shabu-shabu made with Tajimaguro, which lets you fully enjoy the meat’s natural flavor, and people say the meat quality is so outstanding that ordering more is a must.

Meat dishes other than shabu-shabu, such as sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot with thinly sliced beef) and Hamburger Steak, are also popular. Like the shabu-shabu, the staff carefully prepares the sukiyaki slice by slice.

The high quality fat and rich flavor that seep out from the Wagyu seem to soak well into the vegetables and other ingredients too.

那須キコちゃん

This restaurant is in the basement and has a lovely Japanese style atmosphere. We chose the tasting course with half Wagyu and half Kobe beef. The staff stayed with us and prepared everything, so we could eat it in a good order. The service was good, and the horigotatsu (sunken floor seating) was comfortable. I would like to visit again.

Yマシン

I usually have sukiyaki, but this was my first time trying shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot with swished meat). Since it was a weekday, it was not very crowded, and I was able to relax and enjoy the meat. The reliably good meat was delicious. Being able to savor it this quietly was the best part.

Musashi Bettei Ganryujima

Musashi Bettei Ganryujima is a Kuroge Wagyu specialty restaurant with a wide range of meat dishes made with A5 Kuroge Wagyu, including shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and yakiniku.

Located on the 5th floor of a building, the stylish interior has a hidden retreat feel, where you can fully enjoy the food along with warm hospitality.

Rather than focusing on a specific production region, they carefully source consistently high quality meat. Several shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) courses are available, and you can also order options with All you can drink or All you can eat.

Several kinds of meat are served for the shabu-shabu, so you can compare the taste of each cut.

The popular menu item "wataame sukiyaki (cotton candy sukiyaki)," featured many times in (Each) media outlet, makes a big impact with its fluffy look like cotton candy.

It uses plenty of meat and organic vegetables, so you can enjoy the entertainment factor while still savoring the authentic taste of sukiyaki.

I wanted everyone to eat their fill at the farewell gathering, so I chose All you can eat shabu-shabu. You can choose beef or pork, and the beef had different textures depending on the cut, which made it very tasty. For the sauce, you can choose either ponzu sauce or sesame sauce, and both had a carefully made taste. The meat sushi was also delicious. It was a great meal.

masak705853

It has an izakaya-like atmosphere, but the interior is fairly calm, so I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. The sukiyaki came with a sweet and savory warishita (sukiyaki broth), and the meat was very tender, making it a satisfying meal. The balance between portion size and price was good, and I felt it offered great value for money. It is a restaurant you can feel comfortable using even with family, and next time I would like to visit again for lunch with friends.

The interior has a warm atmosphere centered on wood tones, and is well regarded as a place where you can dine in a relaxed mood. It also has Private rooms for 4 to 8 people.

They source top-class Kobe beef and serve it as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and steak.

They also offer a full range of shabu-shabu courses and lunch-only menus, where you can enjoy the light taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture that only Kobe beef, with its low melting point, can offer.

For people who prefer seafood over meat, the kani (crab) shabu-shabu is also recommended. They also offer an assortment menu with Kobe beef, which is perfect when you want to enjoy a luxurious shabu-shabu meal.

The plump, thick-cut crab is very satisfying to eat, and it pairs perfectly with the house special ponzu sauce and sesame sauce.

梁景滔

Overall, Ginza Serina is a place where you can feel the charm of the Showa era and traditional Japanese omotenashi (hospitality). The atmosphere, food, and service are all consistently solid, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the full experience of eating shabu-shabu in Ginza.

Ginza Shabu Teru Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki Specialty Restaurant Ginza Honten

Ginza Shabuki Kuroge Wagyu Shabu-shabu and Sukiyaki Senmonten Ginza Honten is a Kuroge Wagyu specialty restaurant popular for its shabu-shabu made with the three major Wagyu brands and a wide variety of ingredients.

The stylish interior has a Ginza-like feel, and it is also recommended for special occasions. Every seat is in a fully private room with a door, so you can relax without worrying about the people around you.

The appeal of the shabu-shabu is that you can enjoy a tasting comparison of three of Japan’s top Wagyu brands: Matsusaka Beef, Kobe Beef, and Omi Beef.

All of the meats are well liked for being balanced without any one flavor standing out too much, so you can enjoy them to the last bite without getting tired of them. You can savor them with a dashi broth sauce based on bonito stock, with an excellent balance of sweetness, acidity, and other flavors.

It looks like they serve not only meat, but also plenty of fresh vegetables and mushrooms shipped directly from production regions.

They source colorful mushrooms from all over Japan, with as many as 8 kinds in total, so you can enjoy the differences in texture and flavor. They also have rare varieties of mushrooms.

The beautifully marbled meat has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and tastes absolutely amazing! The shabu-shabu, dipped in a Special broth, and the sukiyaki, enjoyed with sweet and savory warishita (sukiyaki broth), are both so good that it is hard to choose between them. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and with Private rooms available, it is also ideal for business dinners and meals for special occasions or other Special days.

スシ丸

I fully enjoyed the shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot)! The meat, served in a soup made with carefully selected dashi broth, had a melt-in-your-mouth kind of goodness. But what impressed me unexpectedly was the mushrooms. They had several kinds of rare mushrooms, and each one had a rich texture and flavor. The mushrooms, soaked with plenty of dashi, tasted especially great.

新宿ですね!

It had been a while since I last had shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot), and I swished crab, pork, vegetables, tofu, and more in the pot before dipping them into the restaurant’s original light dipping sauce. It was neither too thin nor too strong, but just right, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients, and I personally liked it a lot.

For the soup used in the shabu-shabu, you can choose not only the house specialty Ganso Kogane Soup (Original Golden Soup) but also Jikasei Shoga Hinabe Soup (house-made ginger Hot Pot soup). If you cannot decide, the two-color Hot Pot is recommended.
