The seafood broth comes through really well, and it is said to be so good that it instantly lifts your mood.

KISHIKI

A local recommended this kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) place to me, and it turned out to be absolutely the right call. The toppings were incredibly fresh, and everything I tried was really good. The shiromi-zakana (white fish) in particular was outstanding, with a level of flavor and texture that really stood out. The kaki fry (fried oysters) were also excellent, far beyond what you would expect from kaiten-zushi.

The sushi was very good, and I was able to take my time enjoying it with beer and Japanese sake. The staff were also very kind. It is definitely a place I would love to stop by again when I visit Ehime (Ehime Prefecture). This is a restaurant that will leave both your heart and stomach very Manzoku, so please go and give it a try.

美味いもん食べたい1

As always, the sushi toppings are great, large, and delicious. The oo-unagi (large eel) and oo-anago (large conger eel) practically melt in your mouth and are unbelievably good✨The hamachi (young yellowtail) is still as big as ever

The menu was much more extensive than I expected, and they even had items going around that were not listed on the menu! The prices were not too high either, so I was glad I got to try lots of different things!

Osushi Dori Furukawa Honten

Osushi-dori Furukawa Honten is a kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) restaurant that uses fresh fish caught that morning and shipped direct from fishermen.

The photo shows the “salmon.” It has a rich, smooth sweetness, and they say it is tasty enough to satisfy even salmon lovers with Manzoku.

Ordering piece by piece is nice too, but this shop is also very popular for its set menus.

The lunch Nigiri Set comes with 8 pieces of nigiri, kaisen chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard with seafood), and osuimono (clear soup). Among the nigiri, anago (conger eel) and Spear Squid are said to be especially good.

グルトン日記

Ever since my first visit last time, this place has become a favorite of mine. The selection of neta (sushi toppings) is not huge, but everything I eat here is incredibly good. Hamachi (yellowtail) and tai (sea bream) are especially fresh and highly recommended.

The toppings were also large, and the Sea Bream was thick and had a firm, springy texture. There was plenty of corn on top, and the shirauo (icefish) had no off notes at all, so you could really tell how fresh it was. The piping hot chawanmushi (savory egg custard) properly included baby scallops and shrimp, and the gentle dashi flavor made it very tasty.

What stood out as especially good were the original rolls unique to this place. I ended up ordering the Sea Bream and quail gunkan-maki (battleship roll) twice without thinking. lol The rich flavor of the Sea Bream and the mild richness of the quail came together really well, and even though it is not a combination you see often elsewhere, it felt just right. It is the kind of taste that makes you want to come back for more. The other toppings were all fresh too, and I got the impression that you really cannot go wrong no matter what you order.

I recommend it to everyone who comes to visit. The sushi toppings are good, and I love the gentle flavor of ryoshi-jiru (fisherman's soup). The staff are always pleasant whenever I go.

The fresh hamachi (yellowtail) is said to be as firm and springy as it looks, with a nice bite to it.

うーちゃん419

The toppings were big and tasty♪The prices were reasonable too! Instead of machines, sushi chefs make each piece by hand, so the shari (sushi rice) was soft and delicious(*^^*)If you want to enjoy the fish too, this is a recommended kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) spot♪(*´༥`*)

伊予ゴリくん

You can't eat here as cheaply as at a chain restaurant, but every piece of sushi makes sense at this price for this level of taste. Each topping is substantial, and the place gives the impression that they do not cut corners, even in the small details.

プー1202

I had 4 plates of sushi. Both the neta (toppings) and the shari (sushi rice) were large, and while I can sometimes eat about 8 plates at kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) restaurants, here 4.5 plates left me fully Manzoku. Also, since miso soup refills were free, I had about 4 bowls.

Muten Kura Sushi Matsuyama Edamatsu Ten

Muten Kura Sushi Matsuyama Edamatsu Ten is a 9-minute walk from Fukuonji Station. It is the Matsuyama Edamatsu branch of a nationwide kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) chain. They are said to be particular about using ingredients that are all free of the "four major additives."

You can choose half-size shari (sushi rice), which is nice for people who eat lightly or are watching their diet.

One thing only a major chain can offer is a wide variety of slightly unusual toppings. The photo shows the "Aburi Cheese Salmon."

There are other salmon menu items too, such as "Onion Salmon" and "Toro Salmon," so it could be fun to compare them.

Kura Sushi is also known for having tasty side dishes such as noodles and desserts.

The photo shows the “Irodori Waffle Parfait,” topped with ice cream and fruit. The presentation looks upscale too, and it seems very satisfying.

kazum

It was fun to choose from the touch panel, and the tables were spacious, so even when everything arrived at once there was plenty of room to set it down. The plates were cleared away nicely, and we played Bikkura Pon (prize game) several times and won twice★With such a wide range of menu items, we enjoyed plenty without getting bored, and left feeling full.

うるりら

For sushi toppings, salmon is nice, but shime saba (cured mackerel) is also a great choice. Just like the name nikuzuku toro shime saba suggests, it is thick cut and delicious. Go ahead and eat it in one big bite.

This is a chain restaurant with locations across Japan, but I think it is a reliable place where you can walk in with confidence because the taste is consistently good. They offer a wide variety of sushi toppings, which makes it nice that you can order all kinds of items that catch your eye. The prices are reasonable, so it is easy on the wallet and easy to visit casually, and the food was served fairly smoothly as well. I felt it had an atmosphere that made it easy for families to dine there too.

kitabomb

The aburi engawa (seared flounder fin) is one of my regular orders because it has rich, flavorful fat packed with umami, and the shiso (perilla leaf) served with it keeps it light and refreshing. For dessert at the end, I ordered the coffee jelly. It had such a deep flavor that it felt like eating coffee itself, and the slightly sticky texture of the jelly is oddly addictive(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
