Their signature dish, the "Omurice," is said to be made by wrapping soy sauce based rice in a thin omelet. Inside the rice are beef and pork slowly simmered in a sweet and savory sauce.
It may be simple, but it has a deep flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

The hayashi rice (hashed beef with rice) is also said to be very good. The generously cut onions have a nice texture, and the beef is tender.
The sauce has a rich flavor with a clear tang from tomatoes, and it pairs perfectly with the rice.

The famous Omurice is still made from the original recipe used since the restaurant first opened, with the rice stir-fried in soy sauce, and the peppery kick made it really delicious! The moment I took a bite, a loud “This is so good!” slipped out lol

・Half & Half
The soy sauce based Omurice was so easy to keep eating! Since it was a small Omurice, I wondered if the portion would be enough, but it was more filling than I expected. This set lets you enjoy small portions of popular menu items, and it is a great choice when you want a bit of everything.

True to its name, the sara katsu Rice bowl (plate-style pork cutlet rice bowl) was served on a plate. It was completely different from regular katsudon, with plenty of thick egg sauce poured over it, which made the rice go down easy and taste great! The tonkatsu (pork cutlet) was crispy too♡

The “Chef Tokusei Tomato Curry (chef’s special tomato curry), served in a cocotte with a soft-boiled egg and melted cheese” is also popular in reviews for being delicious.
The fresh tang of tomato seems to take the lead, while still giving you the deep richness that is unique to curry. The spice level is mild, making it easygoing and mellow.

・Omurice with a soft-set egg, served with Noto gyu (Noto beef) and Noto buta (Noto pork) Hamburger Steak, with house-made demi-glace sauce
The Omurice, the main thing I came for, had a soft-set egg with a rich, runny texture. The house-made demi-glace sauce was thick and full of depth. The Hamburger Steak on the side was made with Noto gyu and Noto buta, and it was juicy. The rice was sweet and savory ketchup rice.

The photo shows the "Luxurious Omurice with Beef Simmered in Red Wine".
When you cut into it with a spoon, the egg softly spreads out, and the aroma of butter gently rises. The beef is so tender it almost melts, and this highly rated dish is said to pair perfectly with the rich, full-bodied sauce.

I also added fried white fish as a topping to the Omurice with a Combination of shrimp and sea urchin cream sauces! The cream sauce had a rich seafood flavor and tasted great! It looked small at first, but it ended up being very filling.

・Omurice with chicken and mushrooms in tomato sauce
The omelet was cooked beautifully, and rather than being the runny kind, it had a firm finish. A generous amount of chunky tomato sauce was served alongside it. I wonder how many years it had been since I last had Omurice... It was really delicious.

An old favorite of mine is the Japanese-style Omurice served with ponzu sauce and grated daikon radish. With the simple combination of butter rice, soft and creamy egg, grated daikon radish, and ponzu sauce, I was amazed that something this delicious could come from such simplicity. It reminded me how wonderful cooking really is.
