This time, we booked a course that came with Omi gyu (Omi beef) toro-mi steak, the very popular Yamashina Wagyu slider, and garlic rice. The chef carefully prepared each dish one by one on the Teppan-yaki right in front of us, and the live feeling of enjoying even the aroma and the sound of it cooking was part of the appeal. The meat was tender with rich flavor, and it was as good as you would expect from a specialty restaurant.

The fully private room inside the restaurant was a spacious room that felt almost too luxurious for just two people. Each piece of tableware was captivating, as was the plating, and above all, the staff provided thoughtful service that made us feel completely at ease. From seafood to steak, everything felt luxuriously presented, from the flavors to the space itself, and we thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful time in a setting that is perfect for spending time with someone important.

At this Teppan-yaki steakhouse, you can indulge in top grade steaks, with meat that is surprisingly juicy and packed with rich flavor. The chef carefully grills it right in front of you, and that performance makes the dining experience even better. The balance with the sides and sauces is just right, and it also pairs perfectly with wine.

The Teppan-yaki dishes bring out the best in carefully selected ingredients, and are said to stand out for their simple yet rich flavors.
The tasting comparison of Special A5 kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) is also popular. The Strip loin lets you enjoy the rich flavor of the fat, while the filet is said to appeal with its moist texture.
Photograph:grm グルメ紹介
Along with sauces that have a French touch, you can also enjoy fresh vegetables that reflect Japan’s four seasons and fresh seafood.
The abalone Teppan-yaki served that day seemed to be a rich dish with a plump, tender texture and fragrant lemon butter sauce.

Needless to say, the meal was great, and not just in taste, but also in the plating, explanations, and presentation. For the main, I could choose either Wagyu Strip loin or filet, so I went with the filet. The filet had just the right amount of richness, was very tender, and I finished it in no time. The salt, soy sauce, and fresh wasabi grated right in front of me were all really delicious too!!

You can enjoy Teppan-yaki dishes created by an experienced chef, blending Italian touches into Japanese elements.
For the meat dishes, they use Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef), raised with great care while checking each animal’s health one by one, and sangen-buta (three-breed pork), known for being tender and juicy.
To let guests feel the four seasons through the food, they change the ingredients they use to match the time of year. It gets good reviews for clearly bringing out the best in each ingredient.
Their signature dish is a colorful Appetizers assortment, which is said to be enjoyable not just for the taste but for the presentation as well.

The interior is a spacious white based space with the feel of an art gallery and high ceilings. A large painting of a swan leaves a strong impression, and you can take your time enjoying your meal while feeling transported from everyday life. On this day, we had the seasonal dinner course. • Weekday lunch course
For the main, I chose "Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef) steak with red wine sauce" and "Teppan-yaki pork loin with tapenade sauce." I never expected to be able to eat Matsusaka-gyu at this price. The beef was tasty and really let the good flavor of Wagyu come through. The rare-cooked beef went really well with the red wine sauce.

Every dish was carefully prepared and tasted great. The Strip loin steak was of course delicious, but I was especially impressed by the gyuniku no tataki (lightly seared beef) and tachiuo (cutlassfish)! The garlic, slowly roasted over time, also paired well with the meat and tasted great. The wine selection was also good and went well with the food.

We had the filet and tongue steaks. The filet was tender, and eating it with the garlic on the side brought out even more flavor, which made for a great new taste discovery. The tongue was plump and tender, and it went amazingly well with the salted ponzu sauce, making it shockingly good. To finish, we had the garlic shirasu (whitebait) rice, where the toasty aroma and the salty taste of the shirasu blended perfectly and made it delicious!
