From Aged meat made with domestic brand beef to jibie (game meat), you can enjoy meat dishes that are unique to the season.
A popular choice is the "Super CARNEYA All-Stars," an assortment of five kinds of meat. The meat is cooked just right and offers a very satisfying bite, and they recommend enjoying it simply with salt or mustard.

Not only at dinner time, but also from lunch time, this place is popular for serving authentic steak.
The photo shows the "Aged meat steak." The beautifully presented meat is Aged meat that has been matured for 40 days, and it comes with sauce as well as salt and mustard, so you can enjoy it seasoned to your own taste.

The aged beef is tender, and when you bite into it, the rich flavor of lean meat bursts out. So good... The lamb has no off notes at all and a slightly spicy flavor. It is full of the lamb's good taste. The pork has sweet fat. It really is an all-star lineup... Even shared among four people, it is still quite a hearty portion.

The food and drinks are all excellent‼️ I especially love the steak assortment, which is really delicious, and I always order the Aged meat option. With nothing added, just salt and the meat’s natural flavor, I can’t stop drinking.

The most popular option is a Teppan-yaki kaiseki course where you can enjoy Omi gyu (Omi beef). It is built around plenty of seasonal ingredients, and the main dish is a Strip loin steak of Omi gyu.
The rich, well-marbled Omi gyu is best enjoyed in a light way with cassis sauce, salt, or wasabi.

The pairing course matched to each individual dish is also well received. A total of 7 drinks are served, mainly Japanese sake and wine, and the staff carefully explain how each one pairs with the food.
Another nice point is that they also offer a non-alcoholic drink pairing.

The **Omi gyu (Omi beef) Strip loin** had a melt-in-your-mouth texture that did not disappoint. The balance of sweet fat and savory aroma was perfect, making it the clear star. But it was never too heavy, with a grown-up flavor that made me want to pair it with red wine.

It has a lot of fat, but it is not heavy at all. That is the great taste of Omi gyu (Omi beef). The more I chewed, the more I could taste the flavor of the meat.

It is said to be tender with a springy bite and natural sweetness, and even the liver has little bitterness, letting you enjoy its rich flavor.

From the Appetizers to the dessert, everything was carefully prepared and delicious, and the Wagyu steak in particular was so tender it melted in my mouth…! The doneness was perfect, and watching it come together right in front of us on the Teppan-yaki was also amazing! They also recommended wines and Japanese sake to match the food, and I was happy that the pairings made the meal even more enjoyable, making it perfect for a treat dinner♡

The Strip loin was tender and juicy, with the sweet richness of the fat spreading across the palate for a luxurious taste. The lean meat brought out the full flavor of the beef more with each bite, letting us enjoy a different kind of appeal. The vegetables on the side were also grilled just right, bringing out their natural sweetness, and they refreshed the palate nicely between bites of meat.

The food tasted really good. The pasta had a nice chewy texture and just the right firmness, and the meat was tender, easy to bite through, and had no off notes. The risotto in particular was especially delicious, and it made me glad I chose the course. They also served six kinds of wine to go with it, and they paired well with the food and tasted great.

It was my first time trying aged meat! We had a T-bone steak for 2〜3 people between the two of us. I was worried we might not be able to finish it, but it was tender and easy to eat, so we polished it off in no time. The Appetizers assortment was also fun, with a nice variety of combinations. The warm service with a smile was lovely too.

Next came the A5 Wagyu steak. It looked great even before it was cooked. They grilled this right in front of us too and served it right away. It came with salt, wasabi, and sauce, so you can enjoy it however you like. For me, a little salt & wasabi kept the Wagyu fat light while letting me enjoy the flavor of the high quality meat.

Rather than the grade (a number that shows how much fat can be used), what matters here is the quality of the fat, and this high quality fat does not feel heavy at all! The light fat is full of sweetness, so you can keep eating it with ease! It also makes the garlic rice served afterward go down even better!

This time, the two of us ordered the roast and fillet and enjoyed half of each. When we were deciding, they kindly asked if we would like to order different cuts and share them, which was a very thoughtful touch. Both had sweet, refined fat and tender meat. We enjoyed them with ponzu jelly, pink rock salt, and wasabi.
