The main dish was Special Wagyu A5 rank lean steak. It was so juicy you would never guess it was lean. I enjoyed it with three different flavors—but especially the awa-shio ponzu (foamed salty ponzu), which had a texture like foam jelly and felt very stylish!

The meal was fully Manzoku, and I enjoyed it very much. Not only was the service from the staff excellent, but the chef’s skill, both in the food and conversation, was wonderful, and I had a great time. It was a restaurant I would like to visit again for a special occasion or when hosting guests.

It is grilled on the bone, which is close to 30cm long, and people say the meat has great flavor and tastes good even with just coarse salt. There were also reviews saying that pairing it with red wine makes it even more Manzoku.
Bimmer畑
What stood out most was the aged Wagyu steak, which lets you compare 2 rare cuts, and the aged Wagyu spice curry rice to finish. The steak had the deep savory flavor that comes from aging, and the curry was also a well-finished dish with the rich taste of meat melted into it. The portions were neither too much nor too little, leaving the whole course with just the right level of Manpuku.

I had the "Aged Wagyu Steak Plan" at Nihonbashi Seito. The meat had rich, concentrated flavor and was very delicious, with a strong sense of Manzoku all the way to the last bite. The timing of the dishes was smooth, which felt very comfortable to me. It is a lovely restaurant where you can enjoy high quality meat in a calm atmosphere.

The appetizer was delicious from the start and got me even more excited for the rest of the course. The steak had some fat on it and tasted really good. They also put the extra garlic chips on the garlic toast, which made it amazingly tasty. When dessert was served, they moved us to a window seat, and we were able to spend a lovely evening enjoying the night view.

The Strip loin steak was of course delicious, but I was especially impressed by the lightly seared beef and tachiuo (beltfish)! The garlic, which was slowly cooked over time, also paired well with the meat and tasted great. The wine selection was also good and went very well with the food.

At dinnertime, they serve only course meals, and the photo shows "Ise ebi (spiny lobster) Teppan-yaki." It is said to be quite a sight as the live Ise ebi is cooked on the iron griddle.
The plump meat pairs well with a rich American sauce made with lobster tomalley, and you can really taste the deep umami.

It’s so much fun to watch them grill the steak right in front of you in such a dynamic way! The kids especially stayed excited the whole time by the sheer spectacle. The chef kindly chatted with us, which made the kids really happy, and as a parent I really appreciated that. Of course, we were also very Manzoku with the taste of the meat!

I enjoyed the “Omi beef: easy-to-eat bite-size diced steak Gozen set” for lunch. As you would expect from a well-known restaurant... it was so tender and juicy that I blurted out, “This is delicious!” after the first bite. Even the side vegetables and small side dishes were carefully prepared, so I enjoyed every bite to the end without getting tired of it. I chose the 150g portion and finished it in no time.

Simply put, Omi gyu (Omi beef) is amazingly delicious╰(*´︶`*)╯♡I can’t believe the quality of meat you get at this price! It seems they use meat from a famous long-established butcher shop in Omi♡For the steak I chose Tenderloin, and for the sukiyaki I chose lean meat, so it was low in fat overall, with a nicely balanced sweetness and juicy tenderness♡

I was able to enjoy my meal in a cozy, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere. Since I was seated at the counter, I could also watch the ingredients being cooked right in front of me on the Teppan-yaki grill. Not only the steak and seafood, but the vegetables were also carefully selected and very good. For dessert, I liked that it was a monaka (wafer sandwich) with mascarpone and anko (sweet red bean paste) instead of cake, so it did not feel too heavy.

Served with a soup scented with wakame (seaweed) and sesame. The Hamburger Steak and cut steak arrive on a Teppan-yaki plate with a savory sizzle, over a bed of crisp onions.
