You can enjoy the owner's recommended ways of tasting the dishes with salt, curry salt, and tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce).
The menu features an Omakase course, carefully planned down to the order in which each item is served, and a tempura Rice bowl lunch with a sauce that has been continually added to over time.

It was my first time visiting. I am not usually that into tempura, so I was wondering how it would be, but it was so light that I found myself thinking, can I really eat this much? The tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce) goes really well with it. They also explained each of the other seasonings one by one, so I was able to enjoy everything and it all tasted great!

・Premium tempura Rice bowl Lunch
In addition to large shrimp and anago (conger eel), there are 9 kinds of tempura including squid, white fish wrapped with oba (perilla leaf), and vegetables, dipped in a slightly sweet, rich rice bowl sauce. It is hearty and full flavored, yet light and very delicious. I finished it in no time, and it was so good.

You can enjoy a luxurious tempura meal made with carefully selected ingredients, including the best picks for that season.
The courses are made up of tempura and other dishes carefully prepared by skilled chefs. According to reviews, they show you the ingredients they will use On-the-Day before they start cooking.
The tempura at Kitashinchi Tempura Jukou is said to be light, with a clean and delicate mouthfeel.
Among the ingredients selected at the market is kuruma ebi (Japanese tiger prawn) with outstanding freshness. The head, intentionally left with its miso, is said to be fragrant and rich.

The tempura batter is best described as crisp on the outside and light on the inside. The owner is particular about making tempura that will not feel heavy on your stomach the next day. Tiger prawn is a perfect match for that batter. The sweet flavor of the tiger prawn spreads juicily in your mouth, and it is incredibly good. Simple, yet deep in flavor.

The tempura uses seafood caught in the nearby Osaka Bay and vegetables chosen with a sense of the season.

The creative tempura with an extra touch is also popular. The photo shows their signature sukiyaki tempura, where you dip tempura made with rolled thin slices of beef into warishita (sweet-savory sukiyaki broth) jelly and egg yolk before eating.
This dish combines sukiyaki (Japanese Hot Pot with sweet-savory simmered ingredients dipped in beaten egg) with tempura.

Among everything I had that day, the one I especially can't forget was the "sukiyaki tempura." Thinly sliced beef was rolled up and made into tempura, and when I ate it coated in a Creamy egg yolk... it was shockingly good, exactly like "more sukiyaki than sukiyaki"! The fragrant crispness of the batter, the rich flavor of the beef, and the mild richness of the egg came together as one in a bite so good it made my eyes widen.

This is really a place where you can’t go wrong no matter what you eat. The batter is surprisingly light and drains oil exceptionally well, so even after eating this much, it does not feel heavy at all, which is truly impressive. The shrimp and seasonal vegetables really bring out the natural sweetness and good flavor of the ingredients, while the tendon (tempura rice bowl) with truffle is a fragrant and luxurious bowl. The awabi (abalone) tempura is cooked just right, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads out.

The tempura has a crisp outside and a light, tender texture inside. This is a place where you can enjoy lots of good food little by little.

Every dish on the menu was very good. The potato salad was topped with gari (pickled ginger), which added just the right accent and made it really tasty. I also had the tempura with salt, and the quality was very high and it was delicious. The eggplant tempura in particular was thick and very good.

Tempura Kaisen Gofuku Ohatsu Tenjin Ten stands in the Sonezaki Ohatsu Tenjin-dori Shopping Street, near Tsuyunoten Jinja (Tsuyunoten Shrine), which is famous for blessings for finding love.
There is seating up to the second floor, making it great for solo dining at the counter or meals with groups.
They use high quality rice oil, which is said to be gentle on the body, for frying the tempura.
Reviews say the tempura is crisp and fragrant, and every item tastes great. The Homemade tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce) made fresh every day has a nice aroma and brings out the flavors of the ingredients.

Tempura made with daily specials, seasonal items, and standard popular ingredients. Among them, the "Ippon Marugoto Anago-ten (whole conger eel tempura)" is very filling, and its tender flesh is said to be excellent.
You can enjoy light tempura, fresh fish shipped directly from the Sanin-oki (off the Sanin coast), and carefully selected Japanese sake.

The tempura is fried in rice oil, so it does not feel heavy on the stomach. Items like anago (conger eel) come in quite a large size. In true Osaka style, they also serve beni shoga (pickled red ginger) tempura. This season, they also had oyster tempura. They bring out a huge amount of grated daikon radish for the tentsuyu dipping sauce!

It was really delicious! The tempura was great, and the anago (conger eel) tempura was especially outstanding. It was also good value for the price, and even though I went right at the start of the New Year, the service was surprisingly quick and the staff were very friendly, making it a place I’d definitely want to visit again.

The tempura course had perfect cooking and a crisp batter, just as good as you would expect o(^▽^)o The hamo (pike conger) cooked to a half-rare finish was unbelievably delicious♪♪♪ The plating and everything else looked very beautiful too, and I could see why so many famous people visit this place(⌒▽⌒) As expected, it was amazing to watch true professionals at work. It was one of those days when everyone left completely satisfied

A tempura restaurant in the Kandagawa Group. With counter seating for about 12 people, the manager fries the tempura right in front of you, so you can enjoy it piping hot and fresh. It is also a place where many celebrities and well-known figures visit Kansai to enjoy a great meal.

Naniwa Hyoten Umeda Sky Building Ten is on the first basement floor of Umeda Sky Building, a skyscraper with the Kuchu Teien Tenbodai (Floating Garden Observatory). It is a tempura specialty restaurant known for its crispy fried tempura.
From the large windows, you can look out on green scenery, and if the timing is right, you can also catch the sight of a waterfall flowing.
The tempura prepared by the head chef is said to have a light finish with a thin batter.
With expertly controlled heat, the good flavor of the ingredients fills your mouth with each bite. In the course meal, the tempura is served in several rounds so guests can enjoy it freshly fried.

In addition to courses featuring a variety of ingredients, you can also casually enjoy tempura with set meals and sets.
There is also a nighttime-only Japanese dining experience set with tempura and sushi, plus a choice of Japanese sake. For lunch only, there is a set with udon (Japanese wheat noodles), a Japanese noodle dish made by kneading flour with water and other ingredients into noodles, and a tempura Rice bowl.

・Hisago Ten tempura course
Since it’s in a bit of a hidden spot, it may be slightly hard to get to if you’re not familiar with the area! This time, we chose a course that came with 12 pieces of tempura. The freshly fried tempura was very crisp, and it tasted great both dipped in the sauce and sprinkled with salt.

・Chicken tempura Rice bowl and udon set
The large chicken tempura was very filling. The batter was crispy, while the chicken was tender and juicy. The vegetable and egg tempura were also all tasty, with crisp batter. The amount of tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce) was just right. The udon also had a good dashi flavor, and it was just the kind of taste I like.

The restaurant recommended "pan-ebi (fried bread sandwich with minced shrimp filling)" is a fried item made by sandwiching minced shrimp paste between bread. Enjoy it with fragrant curry salt.
Ordering A la carte is of course a good option, but today's recommended course, which includes seasonal tempura, also seems to be highly rated.

They use a blend of shiroshibori-abura (light refined oil) and shiro-goma-abura (white sesame oil) as the frying oil. They are so thorough that they regularly replace it with fresh oil.
In addition to tempura, they offer seasonal Japanese sake and shochu that is not widely available. It is said to have many repeat customers as a place where you can enjoy both food and drinks.
The tempura was crispy and very delicious. The staff were also kind and provided polite service. It’s a restaurant I’d like to visit again.

I made a reservation and visited because I wanted to eat tempura again for the first time in a while. This was my second visit, and they remembered my previous visit, which made me feel very welcome. Just like last time, the tempura had none of that heavy oily feel, and it was fried so well that I felt like I could keep eating it forever. The flavors of the ingredients really came through, and it was delicious.

You can also enjoy the taste of an Edomae tempura restaurant that has been serving Tokyo and Ginza since 1930 at Ginza Tenichi Osaka Ten in Umeda.
The tempura, fried by skilled chefs while carefully watching the temperature and timing, is said to be a high quality dish with a light batter that locks in the full flavor of the ingredients.

For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy courses with tempura made from fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. At lunch, the table seating menu also includes the “Tempura Set” and “Ebi Ten Rice bowl.”
For drinks, the recommended choice is Tenichi Junmai Daiginjo, an original Japanese sake made to pair well with tempura.

・Tempura Gozen set lunch
I ordered the tempura Gozen set for lunch. Shrimp and seasonal vegetables were fried one after another right in front of me, with a surprisingly light and fragrant batter and tender ingredients inside. It was not greasy at all, and it never felt heavy even as I kept eating. The shrimp in particular stood out for their plump bite and sweetness.

It was impressive to watch the chef carefully fry each item right in front of us, then kindly explain the best way to enjoy it, whether it was better with salt or paired well with tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce). The batter was light and fragrant, and each piece was tasty with the flavor of the ingredients coming through clearly.
