They are known for top-grade A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), mainly featuring branded beef from western Japan.
You can enjoy a full lineup of rarely distributed cuts, including Kuroge Wagyu Outside skirt, kuro-tan (black beef tongue), and other rare parts. In addition to sukiyaki, you can also savor them as shabu-shabu, steak, and Yakiniku.

You can enjoy sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot) as part of course meals such as the "Special Strip loin sukiyaki" and "Chateaubriand sukiyaki".
For the first serving of meat, the staff cooks it and serves it to you. It is said to have a rich, luxurious taste, with the restaurant's original warishita (sukiyaki broth), Oita eggs, and the fine fat of the high quality meat coming together beautifully.

The top grade A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) is especially impressive, with rich flavor that melts in your mouth♡The restaurant’s special dishes, like the thick-cut tongue yukhoe and seared meat sushi, are also excellent. They have a great eye for selecting meat, and since each serving comes in small portions, it’s nice that you can enjoy a variety of cuts little by little! Perfect for a special occasion or as a treat for yourself✨

I’ve visited several times! Personally, this is my favorite Yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. I got the impression that the atmosphere varies by restaurant, with some offering Private rooms and others open seating, but no matter which meat you order or which Horumon you choose, it’s all incredibly delicious. The cold noodles are great too, and I recommend them!

Kitashinchi Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Kiraku, a 5-minute walk from JR Kitashinchi Station, is a restaurant where you can take your time enjoying Japanese black Wagyu sukiyaki in a purely Japanese-style interior.
With Sunken kotatsu seating overlooking an inner garden and fully private rooms, it is also said to be perfect for Special occasions.
You can enjoy sukiyaki made with Tamura Gyu (Tamura Beef) and NAMIKI Gyu (NAMIKI Beef), both said to be among Japan’s finest Wagyu.
The Most Popular option is the "Special sukiyaki course," supervised by a famous chef. Some say the refined warishita (sukiyaki sauce), which does not rely on sweetness, brought out the full flavor of the meat.

The "Special truffle suki-shabu course" that adds a lovely touch to a special occasion is also well received.
This elegant dish is filled with the aroma of truffles scattered across the Hot Pot. It is packed with star ingredients, and you can fully enjoy what makes each one good.

I had the sukiyaki course at Shabushabu Kiraku in Kitashinchi. The Beef Tongue sukiyaki in particular was outstanding, with amazing tenderness and flavor! The sweet-savory warishita (sukiyaki broth) was refined, and it was so good I couldn’t stop eating the rice. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and the service is polite. It’s a great place to enjoy a luxurious grown-up dining experience. Next time, I’d like to try the shabushabu too.

The "vegetable assortment" and "Sanwa Keien no tamago (eggs from Sanwa Keien)" are also said to be so good they stand up to the carefully selected meat. They source Kansai vegetables such as Kujo negi (Kyoto green onions) and Awaji tamanegi (Awaji onions).
Among the extensive drink menu, the craft beer is especially popular. Minoh Beer (craft beer from Minoh), one of western Japan’s leading craft beers, offers a full lineup of standards like weizen, pilsner, and stout.
Other popular choices include Kawachi Wine (wine from Osaka) and Tanba Wine (wine from Kyoto).

I visited for lunch! It was all counter seating, and each seat even had a single-person stove! I was so happy! Being able to eat at your own pace is the best(^^) The meal came with a set of colorful vegetables that made me think, "Do these go in sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot)?"! It was delicious!

The restaurant was new and clean, and the plated vegetables were beautiful and memorable. I had a mixed sukiyaki with pork and beef. It was my first time trying pork sukiyaki. At first, I thought pork worked well too, but in the end I still prefer beef for sukiyaki. The eggs were good too, and at this location, this price makes me want to visit again! It was a great meal♪

The Chuck Eye Roll, where you can enjoy its rich aroma and the good flavor of marbling, was said in reviews to have a luxurious taste with enough substance to satisfy even with just one slice. They can also change it to an individual Hot Pot.

The atmosphere of the restaurant makes you feel like you are in Kyoto, the Private room is just the right size, and the tatami flooring feels really nice and good. We chose sukiyaki, and the Omi gyu (Omi beef) was very delicious. The staff member serving us was also polite and gave wonderful service, making it a flawless and excellent dinner. I had visited Chiriri in Kyoto before, and since they opened in Osaka, I used it for a business dinner. When I made the reservation by phone, they asked about the purpose of the visit, and I told them it was for entertaining clients. A great chicken restaurant in Kitashinchi. They only offered a course menu. The chicken grilled over charcoal was cooked by the staff, so every cut came out just right! Kitashinchi Toki is a much talked about restaurant about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Metro Umeda Station, where you can enjoy sukiyaki made with Wagyu and eel.

The signature dish is the "hybrid sukiyaki," which simmers top grade A5 Wagyu and Domestic unagi (freshwater eel) in a special warishita (sukiyaki broth).
The skin is grilled until crisp, while the meat stays as it is, and the unagi soaks up the dashi for a gentle flavor. Some say this sukiyaki is something you can only eat here.
Photograph:ひろっし(会長)
The drink menu is also well stocked, with selections sourced from around Japan. They offer more than 30 kinds of Japanese sake, along with many original labels.
Pairings with à la carte dishes that go well with Japanese sake are also popular. The Special All you can drink plan with Japanese sake is recommended too.
seed1198
The "hybrid of unagi (eel) and sukiyaki" that could be called this restaurant's signature dish was an experience far beyond anything I imagined. The harmony of high quality Wagyu and fragrant unagi felt like a whole new frontier. The sweet and savory warishita (sukiyaki broth) brings out the full flavor of each ingredient, and when mixed with raw egg, it becomes wonderfully rich and mellow.

The staff carefully grill the first slice of meat for you and finish the sukiyaki. It is a hybrid sukiyaki with unagi (eel) and Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu). What a luxurious time. This really makes the Japanese sake go down easy. You can enjoy tori-suki (chicken sukiyaki) that brings out the rich flavor of chicken.
It has a gentle taste, made by slowly simmering 4 carefully selected chicken cuts with grated onion. The restaurant's style is to finish the Hot Pot with udon in a soup full of the meat's rich flavor.

You can enjoy the rich flavors of each meigara-dori (brand chicken) in many different ways, from grilled dishes to a variety of a la carte options.
The photo shows the “Jidori Special” made with Tanba jidori (Tanba local chicken). A whole thigh is grilled as is, then served with yakumi (condiments), yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste), and ponzu sauce, so you can enjoy it while changing up the flavors.
グルスタ@孤独のグルメ
The restaurant's signature torisuki (chicken sukiyaki) is, just as the name suggests, a dish that combines sukiyaki with chicken. The chicken has a nice mix of springiness and tenderness, and it fully soaks up plenty of green onion. Like sukiyaki, you can dip it in beaten raw egg, which makes it even milder and more delicious. The seasoning was fairly strong, so I thought it would also be good to order rice and eat it like an oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl).
