Kome to Sakana Sakanasama Nihonbashi Kayabacho Ten is a Japanese izakaya in a convenient location about a 5-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, where you can enjoy dishes made with ingredients from all over Japan.

They are especially particular about seafood and rice, and it offers a chance to experience a new Japanese food culture.

The Five Kinds of Obanzai (home-style Japanese side dishes), a popular menu item that lets you enjoy a different selection of dishes each day and sample a little of several carefully prepared Japanese dishes.

The seasoning is light overall and brings out the ingredients, which also makes it seem just right as a snack with drinks.

The “Monosugoi Saba (Amazing Mackerel)” is dried after being soaked in saltwater. It is made using a method called bunkaboshi (a traditional semi-dried fish method), which seems to bring out a deep umami flavor.

The mackerel itself apparently has a rich seasoning, making this a menu item that seems to go very well with Japanese sake.

プリン·テラス王子

Even though it was a weekday, there were 8 people waiting for the place to open, so expectations naturally went up! The moment I stepped inside, the lively greetings from the staff lifted my mood too⤴︎. At the spacious wooden table full of warmth, I was able to relax and enjoy the meal at an easy pace. Every dish showed the care that had clearly gone into the preparation.

I visited with a reservation! We had tsufo tamago and agedashi soft roe, among other dishes. I especially liked the somen (thin wheat noodles) we had at the end. Everything was delicious! The restaurant was also spacious, and even though there were four of us, we were able to talk without worrying much about the people around us.

The food is good, and it's a nice place with a bright, clean feel. At 7 p.m. on Sunday, it might have been tough to get in without a reservation. They have a system called Don-yasu, where highballs and lemon sours get cheaper with the second and third drinks, and from the third drink on they are JPY250. To finish, the tai-meshi (Sea Bream rice) is also a sure bet.

They say you can fully enjoy the deep flavor of the chicken with every bite.

アンジ0531

The small plates were good too, but the skewers they slowly grill one by one right in front of you are still the best!!!I especially liked the seseri (neck meat) topped with chopped yakumi (condiment) sauce, and the chicken drumettes. You eat them with miso (fermented soybean paste) and karashi (Japanese mustard). At from JPY300 per skewer, they are by no means cheap, but each one is high quality and made me want to try the other skewers too.

I visited because I wanted to eat fresh Japanese oysters. I got to enjoy oysters prepared every way: raw, grilled, steamed, and fried. The shrimp and the takikomi gohan (seasoned rice cooked with ingredients) at the end were both delicious to the last bite. This is a restaurant with a high level of Manzoku. I’ll come again.

さくらさく_。

The restaurant has a great selection of seafood dishes, and you can also compare different sizes of Akkeshi brand oysters called Maruemon, choosing from LL, L, and M. The chef explained that the larger they are, the richer and tastier they get, but I honestly could not tell that much of a difference. Even the M size was plenty big, so in terms of value, M was more than enough.

Uokichi Tokyo Ten

Uokichi Tokyo Ten, about an 8-minute walk from Nihombashi Station, is an izakaya with fully private rooms. It offers a wide range of izakaya dishes, including authentic charcoal grilled robatayaki and seafood shipped directly from Toyosu.

They also have courses that come with 3 hours of All you can drink, so you can relax and take your time.

The "Momo no Sumibiyaki (charcoal grilled thigh)" is slowly cooked over charcoal, and people say it has the fragrant flavor that only charcoal grilling can bring.

Some reviews also say the sharp black pepper goes well with the meat’s natural sweetness and makes it very tasty.

The "tebasaki (chicken wings)," known for their crispy coating, seem to be a popular menu item that many people order.

They are well seasoned, and with the rich flavor of the tebasaki, they are said to pair very well with alcohol.

Re:おーのアカデミア

This is a two-story izakaya (Japanese pub), and even though it was a weekday, a large group was using the first floor, and the second-floor seats were almost full too! Amazing!! The lively atmosphere inside really sent both my mood and expectations through the roof!!

With hearty gyoza (dumplings), fresh seafood, a comfortable space, and surprisingly low prices, this is truly a hidden gem. If you care about value for money but still want high quality food and a good atmosphere, this is a place I would definitely recommend.

Hokkaido Ryori Kaisen to Japanese sake Izakaya Hanekawa Nihonbashi

Hokkaido Ryori Kaisen to Nihonshu Izakaya Hanegawa Nihonbashi is an izakaya about a 1-minute walk from Nihombashi Station, and it also has fully private rooms. It is popular as an izakaya where you can enjoy Hokkaido cuisine.

They also offer an A la carte All you can drink plan, making it an easy place to use for all kinds of occasions.

The "zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken)" has a strong ginger and garlic flavor, with a crunchy coating that makes it very satisfying.

Served piping hot and freshly fried, it is a popular menu item known for how good it tastes.

The "Kamui-buta (Kamui Pork) no Misozuke-yaki (grilled miso-marinated pork)" uses a branded pork raised in Hokkaido and is said to have a refined taste, with the natural sweetness of pork fat coming through.

Because the meat is marinated in miso before grilling, it is known for its tender texture and great flavor.

I had heard this was a place where you can enjoy dishes made with fresh ingredients from Hokkaido and a wide selection of Japanese sake, so I had been curious about it for a while. Even though it is located just steps from the station, the interior has a calm Japanese style atmosphere, with soft lighting that lets you enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace.

The atmosphere is a calm Japanese style space where you can relax and enjoy your meal. The tables are also beautifully made, and I could spend time there at ease. The value for money is also Manzoku, considering that you can enjoy seafood and Hokkaido cuisine of this quality in this Tokyo location. This price is really appealing.
