The quality of the meat is on a completely different level. This is my favorite steak restaurant in Kitashinchi. Every dish is really delicious, and even the final curry is so good that you will want a second serving! My top recommendation is to share the curry and the garlic rice!

I booked a course where I could enjoy three kinds of Wagyu! The three cuts were Sirloin cap, Tenderloin, and Top sirloin, and Fukuda-san recommended how to cook each one. I ate them with salt, black pepper, and mustard. The mustard was mild and delicious!!!

It was my first time at Wolfgang‼︎ I was surprised by how amazingly good the meat was! At first, we chatted while splitting the beer and salad in half. Then we asked them to bring the meat once we had eaten more than half of the salad, and we had it together.

What I had this time was the Domestic beef steak lunch course. The chef grilled it right in front of me, which made it feel lively, and the steak had melt-in-your-mouth tenderness packed with rich flavor, making the whole meal feel indulgent. Even at lunch, you still get the same high quality space and hospitality as dinner, and another plus is that the lunch price is more within reach.

We had the regular course, with one changed to Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef) and one to Kobe-gyu (Kobe beef). The night view was beautiful, and while enjoying the atmosphere, the meal started with meat sushi, followed by Appetizers, a fish dish, salad, and meat. As expected, the Matsusaka-gyu was the best. This time I had the loin cooked medium, but next time I would like to try the Matsusaka-gyu here (filet).
