The main, "Poire of Pork Loin from〜Instant Smoking〜," was a thick cut of pork loin browned nicely, with the fragrant aroma of smoke spreading through it, and it went very well with wine♡

The food is served in a bistro style based on French cuisine, with a solid lineup from Appetizers to mains. If you order the Appetizers as an assortment, you can enjoy a range of flavors, and it looks bright and beautiful on the table. Items like pâté and quiche are rich and pair very well with drinks.

Brasserie L'Equipe, about a 5-minute walk from Yakuin-odori Station on the Fukuoka City Subway, is a popular spot where you can casually enjoy meat-focused dishes in an atmosphere like a real Paris bistro.
The wine you will want to order with your meal can be chosen from a walk-in cellar, where you can look for a bottle that suits your taste.
The recommended dish is "Carcassonne-style cassoulet." It combines bone-in duck, house-made sausage, and stewed white beans.
It is a hearty dish, so it is also a good idea to share it with the people you visit with.

One dish that really catches the eye is the "black truffle and mushroom omelet." It is topped generously with black truffle, a premium ingredient.
Its rich aroma is sure to whet your appetite. It also seems like a great match for wine.

The menu features a wide range of dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients from Kyushu. The main focus is meat, with brand-name meats such as Mino buta (Mino pork) and Itoshima buta (Itoshima pork) from Fukuoka Prefecture.
The photo shows the "Roasted Lamb," made with meat sourced from overseas. It is served with seasonal vegetables.

You might wonder what this dish even is. It is actually homemade fresh pasta with jika-sei rosu hamu (homemade roast ham), with thick homemade noodles hidden underneath the ham.
They also offer Omakase style courses with either 5 or 7 dishes. The course content changes about every month. It makes you want to come back regularly.

From the counter seats, you can watch the cooking process, so you can really see how skillfully everything is handled. It makes you excited to see how each dish will turn out. Maybe it is also the chef’s personality, but I was able to spend a calm and gentle time there.

Before the main dish, start with the "Jikasei jibie charcuterie assortment (house made game charcuterie assortment)." Charcuterie refers to processed meat products such as ham and salami.
You can order it as a 3-item or 5-item set, so it would also make a nice snack to go with wine.

This is the "jibie sumibiyaki (charcoal grilled game meat)." While the selection changes depending on what comes in, it can include venison, wild boar, and pheasant.
This restaurant serves game meat in many different styles, including Hamburger Steak, steak, liver paste, and sautéed dishes. It is hard to resist for meat lovers.

There are not many restaurants serving jibie (game meat) in Fukuoka, so I was really happy to find this one. The jibie menu is extensive, and the atmosphere is nice, so I recommend it. The restaurant is right in the middle of Daimyo (a district in Fukuoka), but it is tucked away in a hideaway spot, which is another nice point.

Marked on the menu as "probably quick," this is the "spicy paprika and tomato stew of 4 kinds of Kuroge Wagyu Horumon," which pairs well with red wine.
While enjoying this stew served up quickly, choose your main Horumon dish.

In addition to wood-fired Horumon such as Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Outside skirt and Hanging tender, you can also order the healthy-seeming "Freshly harvested wood-fired vegetables only."
Cooking them over wood fire boosts not just the aroma but also the flavor. Besides the full size, you can also choose a half size.

They have a wide selection of wines by the glass, and it is fun to chat while choosing the label. Along with the meat and the finishing dishes, the cheese assortment is also carefully prepared, and it is great that there are no menu items that feel like they were just thrown on there for the sake of it. It was the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again to try different things.

Wine Shokudo Vin Vie is about a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Fukuoka City Subway. The restaurant offers around 100 kinds of wine and serves dishes that make the most of ingredients from Kyushu, mainly from Kagoshima Prefecture.
The interior has a chic feel, with a calm and relaxing space.
"Shinmura Wagyu" is Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) raised on a ranch in Kagoshima Prefecture. Fed with a custom blend of feed, it is known for its rich flavor and fat that melts smoothly in the mouth.
The more you chew, the more flavor comes through. Roast beef made with this Wagyu is also one of the menu options.
A Basque cheesecake is a great pick for dessert to finish the meal. The top is baked to a nice golden brown, while the inside is creamy.
This gluten free cake uses no wheat and is made with renge (Chinese milk vetch) honey from Fukuoka Prefecture. It would also be a good choice for Takeout.

・[Kurobuta (Berkshire pork) as the star] Vin-Vie lunch course
The Appetizers pâté de campagne was really delicious. I chose sweet potato soup, pasta with Genovese sauce, roasted Kamata Kurobuta (Berkshire pork) for the main, and Basque cheesecake for dessert. The meat was tender and had no off notes at all. Even the fat was sweet and very tasty. Everything was excellent.

There were so many kinds of seafood in the Appetizers and so many choices for the main meat dish that it was hard to decide what to order, but everything was delicious. For To finish, they even asked about our preferences and made the pasta to our liking. I’m also curious about the shrimp soba at lunch, so I’d definitely like to visit again.
