Parfait, Coffee, Sake, Sato is a popular shop for parfaits, with ice cream and fruit beautifully arranged in the glass, and it is located along Minami 1-jo Dori on the south side of Odori Park, which stretches east to west through the center of Sapporo.
The cafe occupies the second and third floors of a building with a distinctive wooden exterior.

On the second floor, there are counter seats and open terrace seating. The terrace seats are also stylish and comfortable.
At the counter seats inside, you can watch the parfaits being made. On the third floor, there is a large table seating area where you can enjoy projection mapping.

Every part of the parfait is house-made, including the soft serve, mousse, and baked sweets. It is paired with seasonal fruit.
Beyond its beautiful appearance, this parfait is also known for the way its flavors and textures change as you eat, with a well-balanced harmony of tastes.

Better quality than I expected! I visited because I wanted to experience what shime-parfait (after-drinks parfait) culture is like. The parfait was bigger than I expected, and each part was delicious, with jelly inside, so it was really fun to keep eating. I was also happy that it was made with fruit, which somehow felt a bit kind to my body. It was a great meal

Maruyama Saryo is a Japanese style cafe in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, near Maruyama Park at the foot of the large Maruyama area, where there is also a zoo and a baseball stadium. It is a detached house style restaurant with distinctive orange exterior walls.
The cafe was renovated from a traditional old house built in the 1950s. It offers indoor seating surrounded by antique furnishings, as well as open terrace seating.
Photograph:honey456
The terrace seats facing the garden also include table seating with large sun umbrellas, and they are popular as a place where you can relax and enjoy cafe time.
They also serve coffee, tea, and Nihoncha (Japanese tea). Tea enjoyed while feeling the breeze and sunlight is said to be very soothing.
Photograph:ぽん(´・∀・`)
The specialty is “zenzai (sweet red bean soup).” Zenzai is a traditional Japanese sweet made by simmering azuki beans (red beans) with sugar. People usually enjoy it warm in winter.
Here, a chilled twist on zenzai is popular. You can enjoy “ichigo zenzai (strawberry zenzai)” made with plenty of strawberries, as well as matcha flavored Japanese sweets.
honey456
It’s a restaurant with a really nice atmosphere! The signboard cat is adorable! It was still a bit chilly for the terrace seats, and the staff also recommended sitting inside, but since we had the chance, we sat on the terrace and the warmth of the coffee felt even better there! Their summer kakigori (shaved ice) seems to be popular, so I’d like to visit again in summer too. The garden was spacious and fun

・Ichigo zenzai (sweet red bean soup with strawberries)
It comes with tea and pickles. The zenzai has a generous amount of strawberry sauce packed with real strawberry pieces, along with plenty of anko (sweet red bean paste) and strawberry ice cream. It feels so luxurious! The anko also has a rich azuki bean flavor that stands up well to the strawberries. Eating the shiratama dumplings with the strawberry sauce and anko wrapped around them was pure bliss.

Hokudai Marché Cafe&Labo is located at Hokkaido University, about a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, a university with a vast, green campus. It is also home to one of Japan’s top agriculture faculties, complete with its own university farm.
This cafe lets you enjoy sweets made with milk from the Hokkaido University farm, as well as the milk itself.
Photograph:sao3
Located on the campus of Hokkaido Daigaku (Hokkaido University), this cafe space has a warm feel. It also has open terrace seating, where you can look out over the greenery-filled campus scenery.
A key feature is that you can enjoy dairy products made with 100% Hokudai Gyunyu (Hokudai Milk) and no food additives, so you can taste the flavor of Hokudai Gyunyu just as it is.
Photograph:TAKAbon
Of course, you can drink the milk as is, and items like affogato with coffee poured over gelato made in-house are also popular.
There are also reviews saying the mozzarella cheese is very good, and you can also enjoy lasagna with plenty of cheese. They also offer sweets for Takeout.
都鳥1008
The "Affogato" JPY880 we got came with espresso poured over a 2-assortment gelato selection of Hokudai Gyunyu (Hokkaido University milk) and Jikasei Nama Caramel (house-made fresh caramel), making it a great value treat. Of course, we enjoyed the gelato on its own first, then poured the espresso over it halfway through lol. It was a tasty and relaxing break in the nature-rich campus setting.

The gelato and mozzarella cheese were so delicious that I was Surprising. The gelato had a very smooth texture, with the rich and mellow taste of milk. I even thought it might be better than what you get at some gelato specialty shops. It is not at the level of a cafe on a university campus, but has authentic, seriously good flavor, so I recommend it.

The popular choice is the lunch plate. On a large plate, three kinds of bread of your choice, salad, soup, and a daily deli are beautifully arranged.
The croque monsieur, with rich melted cheese, is a menu item available only for eat-in. It is also recommended to take your time and enjoy it at a terrace seat.

What’s more, the roast beef sandwich had tender meat, and the spices smelled so nice too—the pros really do make a difference〜It’s the kind of sandwich you’ll want to have with wine♡Today, instead of ordering lunch, I just had the sandwich and a cappuccino, but I was totally Manzoku! I liked the terrace seats too!

There are terrace seats too, and eating in the sun looks like it would feel great, almost like being on a hike~! For Breakfast, the order was the "Croque Monsieur with melted cheese and rich béchamel sauce (JPY780)," and the set came with hot coffee. Just look at this Croque Monsieur when it was served up—it looks great on camera, right!

MORIHICO.STAY&COFFEE is a hotel in downtown Sapporo, about a 3-minute walk from Kikusui Station. They renovated an entire building for the property.

There are also sweets that bring out the flavor of the coffee even more. Another plus is that you can enjoy cake and coffee pairings.
The "JB soft serve" is also popular. In summer, it is nice to enjoy it on the terrace, and in the colder season, by the fireplace inside.

I stopped by after having lunch nearby. There are many seats, and the space felt nice and roomy. It was cold On-the-Day, so no one was out on the terrace, but there were terrace seats too, so on warm days it would be nice to relax outside.

狸ののぐり
The coffee of the day I chose was a little on the bitter side. I took a big bite of the French toast, soft and fluffy all the way through, with plenty of honey poured on top. The sweetness made the slightly bitter coffee taste just right♡The salad came with leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, and bacon. Yogurt topped with granola. I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast in this lovely space♪

CAFÉ de ROMAN Moiwa Ten is a café at the foot of Moiwayama (Mount Moiwa), a 531-meter mountain in Sapporo’s urban area. The mountain is also known as a scenic spot with amazing views.
This café was created with the hope that visitors can feel the changing seasons up close in a place away from the city center. It also sells cakes and baked sweets.

Window-side seats with a view over the city of Sapporo and open terrace seats that feel surrounded by greenery are especially popular. It is best to make a reservation before visiting.
They also offer a reservation-only afternoon tea set. The parfait, which can be ordered On-the-Day, is well liked for its colorful look and seasonal fruit as well.
At lunchtime, many people seem to take their time and add a dessert and drink set to their meal.
The original curry, blended with ingredients often used in cakes such as fresh cream, cacao, and apples, is also said to be delicious.

You place your order at the counter and pay first. This time we sat on the terrace, and it was a great open space with lots of greenery and a view of the cityscape of Sapporo (Sapporo) in the distance. The chicken curry we ordered had tender, fall-apart chicken and was a mildly spiced, slightly sweet curry!

I ordered the parfait lunch set. For lunch, I chose Napolitan, and for the parfait, I went with the seasonal fruit parfait. As you would expect from Romantei, the parfait was great. The ice cream and macarons were both very good. The Napolitan was also tasty. The view is amazing too. And the staff are wonderful as well. Their smiles are lovely, and they are very kind.

Puti Sare is a cafe restaurant on the 1st floor of Aka Renga Terrace, a complex directly connected to Sapporo Station through the underground pedestrian walkway and built around the concept of a courtyard in Sapporo.
At the open terrace seats, you can enjoy a meal while looking out at the greenery of the plaza and the people passing by, or spend a relaxing cafe time.
This restaurant serves casual French based cuisine, where you can enjoy dishes and wine made with ingredients from Hokkaido.
In summer, it is also recommended to enjoy wine on the open terrace during dinner while cooling off. In winter, you can apparently view the plaza illuminations from the warm interior.

Pasta made with 100% Minori no Chikara, a wheat from Hokkaido, is popular. You can enjoy it with homemade bacon or meat sauce made with Ezo Venison.
Courses centered on steak made with Shiretoko Wagyu, a Wagyu from Hokkaido, are also well received.

The location is just amazing✨On nice days, I recommend relaxing at a terrace seat. It seems just right for a lunch break that doubles as a change of pace between work, like having lunch while doing a bit of light work. It also looks like you can stop by just for sweets and use it as a cafe, so that sounds like a nice way to take it easy too.

I really liked this place because it lets you enjoy casual French food while staying particular about the quality of ingredients from Hokkaido.♪ I relaxed over a French meal while occasionally watching people pass by next to Akarenga Terrace. I ordered the lunch course from the lunch course with a choice of main dish (main: Ezojika (venison) roast).

PARK PERK is a cafe based on the concept of a park for everyone that you can enjoy all day, from morning to night. Right next to Nishi 8-chome Station, this American-style one-story shop sits between buildings.
There is an open terrace in front of the shop, where you can casually enjoy coffee, alcohol, and more.
The interior has a stylish feel, with antique imported furniture and decorations. A wide range of liquor bottles is neatly lined up across an entire wall.
They also offer craft beer and original cocktails made with Hokkaido (Hokkaido)-grown haskap berries and tomatoes. Drinking outside is also recommended.
Photograph:ふくふくおはな
They also offer food menu items such as hearty sandwiches and colorful salads. The healthy "acai bowl" is popular too.
It is perfect whether you want to relax and enjoy cafe time on your own or have a fun time eating and drinking with someone close.

The otoshi (small appetizer) was potato chips. We ordered the recommended homemade raisin butter, gyoza, Teppan-yaki octopus, and seseri (chicken neck), and they grilled the seseri for our dog! To finish, we had fried rice. The outdoor drinking area had a nice feel, and customers kept coming and going at this popular spot. The gyoza and raisin butter were especially good. They also serve lunch, so I’d like to come back again while out for a walk. The atmosphere and staff were both great.

The exterior, interior, and food were all very lovely. It opens from 8 a.m., which makes it a very convenient place to use. The staff were also very nice. Since the prices are relatively high, many of the customers also had a calm, relaxed atmosphere, so even though it is in the middle of the city, I was able to enjoy craft beer in peace.

Cafe de Gohan is a cafe near the main gate of the Hokkaido University campus, which has vast grounds despite being in the center of Sapporo, and anyone can use it from morning to night.
In seasons without snow, guests can use the open terrace seating. In summer, it also turns into a beer garden.

The open terrace is also recommended for Breakfast while feeling the cool breeze in the shade of the trees, or for a relaxing cafe break.
A popular item is the “Hokudai Gyunyu no soft serve (soft serve made with Hokkaido University milk).” It uses milk from cows raised at Hokkaido University. Their feed changes with the season, so the flavor seems to change depending on the time of year.

There are also food menu items made with beef raised on the vast farm of Hokkaido Daigaku (Hokkaido University) and vegetables grown there.
A popular menu item combines beef stew made by slowly simmering the beef and Omurice, with rice wrapped in egg.

A friend brought me here on a day of heavy snow. I recommend coming not on a snowy day, but in spring or fall. You can enjoy the view through the large windows inside, and it looked like there is terrace seating on warm days too. A stylish one-plate meal! They use ingredients harvested at Hokudai (Hokkaido University), so everything is fresh! It feels like a place you would want to stop by not just for Hokudai students, but also when you are out for a walk.

A stylish cafe tucked into one corner of a shopping street. The terrace seats let you relax and watch people passing by, making it a great spot for people-watching. The outdoor seating is also comfortable for those who do not like air conditioning. Orders are called out with a bell, so the self-service style feels casual and easy to enjoy.
