This is a great place for lobster, and I’ve been coming here for Special occasions for about 4 years now. The steamed lobster is of course delicious, but my personal recommendation is the tomato cream pasta packed with lots of lobster meat. It’s the kind of amazing pasta that brings total happiness, so I order it every time.

EBIZO was a rare place where you could enjoy authentic lobster dishes in a calm atmosphere that makes you forget the bustle of Shibuya. Not only was the quality of the lobster itself high and the cooking skill impressive, but the overall quality of the food, from the Appetizers to the side dishes, was also very high.

On this day, the "Maguro Kisho Bui Roast" used cheek meat. The maguro (tuna) cheek meat was slowly roasted and smoked with applewood chips, giving it a thick, firm texture and a flavor like steak. The side dishes, wasabi tapenade and caponata, were also delicious and paired perfectly with the roasted maguro.

The meal starts with a rich, sweet pumpkin soup, followed by freshly baked focaccia. Then comes a salad of fresh vegetables and shellfish unique to Tohoku (northeastern Japan).
