The liver is said to be especially recommended, and the staff will even grill it for you. When you leave it to the pros and try it, it is delicious! It makes you reach for shochu (Japanese distilled spirit). The Yakiniku is tasty across the board. The prices are also reasonable. I also had the meat sushi, and it was simply good. It melts in your mouth. Personally, I thought the grilled chicken dish was especially tasty.

Starting with namul and kimchi Appetizers, then kami-mino sashimi (premium Mountain chain tripe served sashimi-style), aburi toro and lean roast beef sushi. So good〜. They grilled the liver and salted tongue over charcoal, and we cooked the Kamimura beef kalbi, Kamimura beef roast, and Wagyu Horumon ourselves, and every one was delicious〜. To finish, we had grilled sukiyaki-style Strip loin. The staff grills it right in front of you at just the right pace.

The kalbi and loin of the Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) Yakiniku have rich, sweet fat that melts in your mouth. The tongue also spreads great flavor through your mouth with every bite. It’s the best! The kurobuta (Berkshire pork) seiro-mushi (steamed in a bamboo steamer) is delicious, with the pork fat coating the vegetables, and once you eat it with ponzu sauce, you won’t be able to stop reaching for more. Everyone agreed and ordered another serving of the kurobuta seiro-mushi!
