The Beef Hayashi Omurice I ordered was richer and more Hayashi rice-style than I expected, and the demi-glace sauce, full of deep flavor with the taste of meat and mushrooms melted into it, was extremely good. The menu is extensive, and this feels like a place you could visit again and again without getting tired of it.

・Demi-glace sauce Omurice
As soon as I dug in, I found the seasoning of the ketchup rice just right. The omelet egg also tasted really good. The rich demi-glace sauce, with a faint sweetness, coats the egg, and when eaten together with the ketchup rice, the good flavors spread through your mouth.

• Shrimp cream doria
I had the impression that doria takes time, but Surprising, it came out in no time. It was bubbling hot. I let it cool a bit and dug in. It had been a while since I last had doria, and it was so good. The cheese, the cream, and the plump shrimp were all excellent. The flavor was gentle. I added a little Tabasco for an extra accent.

I’ll visit again⭐︎

・Special Omurice
I prefer Omurice with a firm, thin omelet and ketchup rice rather than the kind where the egg is cooked like a dress or turns runny when you cut into it. I really liked the rice, which used ketchup generously without holding back. I was also happy that the egg was cooked through properly.

・Cheese Hamburger Steak
The Hamburger Steak has a soft, light texture, and the more you chew, the more the meat's flavor slowly spreads. Rather than having a coarse, chunky meatiness, it stands out for its gentle texture, and the richness of the cheese adds to the sense of satisfaction. The demi-glace sauce is rich without being too heavy, with a balanced taste that does not get in the way of the softness of the cheese and Hamburger Steak.

Of course, Omurice was the only choice. With ketchup, not demi-glace! After a short wait, the Omurice arrived. Ketchup rice wrapped in a carefully made egg gown. The seasoning was light and there were not many fillings, but it had a gentle finish♪ You could say it was a straight ahead Omurice.

I ordered the Hamburger Steak with hashed beef sauce. It had very little binder and a surprisingly meaty texture from the coarse grind. It had a rich meaty aroma with a light hint of nutmeg. It was an amazingly tasty Hamburger Steak. The hashed beef sauce was light and fragrant, and it paired very well with it.
