Outside skirt and tongue are delicious as you’d expect, but the real surprise was the kalbi. It usually feels too heavy for me, so I can’t eat much of it, but the fat here doesn’t feel heavy. Even after the meal, I didn’t get that “I ate too much” feeling, and even though I ate until I was full, I felt great!
