Every skewer is finished with great care, with a beauty that shows real craftsmanship. The first skewer, the Aorta, was especially striking. From the moment it was placed on the plate, you could tell it had a plump springy texture, and the juices that burst out the moment it hit my mouth were amazing... It is one unforgettable skewer.

Even though one person runs the open kitchen alone, the yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was cooked to perfection, and every movement, down to the way the sauce was brushed on, felt refined. Even though I do not know the ideal doneness for each cut, the grilling made me feel that this was the best possible way to cook them.

They offer courses with All you can drink, and they also have a wide selection of classic izakaya favorites such as fried dishes, sashimi, and finishing dishes.

The Kara-age is very filling. It is well seasoned, and reviews say it goes well with alcohol.
