Nodoguro Senmon Ginza Nakamata is an izakaya specializing in nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) courses, located about a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
The restaurant has fully private rooms for up to 10 people, as well as spacious table seating for 3〜4 people. It has a warm, relaxed atmosphere that gets conversation flowing naturally.

This restaurant lets you enjoy fatty nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), including "Benihitomi" from Tsushima, Nagasaki.
The most popular course is "Kiwami." It features a wide variety of nodoguro dishes, including shabu-shabu, salt-grilled fish, and Clay Pot rice.
Photograph:hirary67
The "nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) shioyaki (salt-grilled)" is grilled until the skin turns crisp. The thick, tender flesh is said to let you enjoy the refined sweetness of its fat.
The perfect amount of salt brings out the good flavor of the nodoguro, and even a half portion is said to feel satisfyingly filling.
ちゃむちゃむごはん
In the calm interior, your heart starts to race with the feeling that a Special time is about to begin. From sashimi to grilled with salt to simmered dishes, one impressive plate after another brings out the full flavor of nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch). Melting rich fat, fragrant skin, and a gently seasoned simmered dish filled with soothing dashi flavor... it really is a treasure box of nodoguro!

食いしん坊ちーちゃん
I was able to enjoy nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) to the fullest with sashimi, salt grilled, shabu-shabu, and takikomi gohan (seasoned rice cooked with ingredients). The hojicha (roasted green tea) and warabi mochi (bracken starch dumpling) after the meal were also delicious. It was a great meal. I want to eat it again.

They also have a great lineup of Japanese sake sourced from around the country. They offer rare labels and off-menu items too, so guests never seem to get tired of coming back.
In addition to Japanese sake, they also carry wine and shochu (Japanese distilled spirit), so you can raise a glass with your favorite drink.

It is about a 7-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and sits very close to Kabukiza (Kabuki Theater). This is a hideaway-style izakaya with the feel of a traditional old Japanese house.
Inside, the calm space features a variety of semi-private style seating. In this cozy setting, you can enjoy himono (dried fish) and fresh seafood.
Photograph:チョク76745
The charcoal grilled himono (dried fish) made with fresh fish sourced from a directly managed intermediate wholesaler in Tsukiji is highly recommended. You can choose from nearly 10 kinds on the menu, including horse mackerel and mackerel marinated in mirin.
They grill it all at once over high heat to make the skin crisp.
Photograph:ogwmsm
They offer a wide selection of drinks that pair well with himono (dried fish) and sashimi (raw fish slices).
They are especially particular about their Japanese sake, serving a variety of labels sourced from all over Japan. You can discover different Japanese sake with each season.
めしすたぐらまーちゃん
If you love grilled fish, this is a famous spot you should visit at least once. The savory aroma of fish grilling across the counter is irresistible. They grill fatty seasonal fish with perfect heat, so it turns out crisp on the outside and flaky on the inside. Every fish tastes so good you can tell it was grilled with great care.

This restaurant lets you enjoy very fresh maguro (tuna) sourced from Toyosu Market.
The top recommendation is the “maguro Soma Suisan assortment.” It comes with five kinds of Special maguro sashimi, from standard lean cuts and chutoro (medium fatty tuna) to noten (the meat from the top of the head), a rare cut.
Photograph:i_uki
Maguro Soma Suisan is an izakaya in the Ginza Corridor area, with tuna dishes as its main focus.
The interior has a Japanese feel and is said to be filled with the aroma of charcoal grilling. There are table seats for four and counter seats, so it works well for any group size.
Photograph:tabexhc
The “maguro no kama-yaki (grilled tuna collar)” is a popular menu item, known for being rich and satisfying. It is said to be juicy, with a nice salty touch and the aroma of herbs.
You can enjoy it in a refreshing way with the side of grated daikon radish and lemon.
yossy-football
Facing Corridor-dori (Corridor Street), this place has a nice atmosphere, and above all, the maguro (tuna) is great. My top recommendation is the chutoro (medium fatty tuna), but the unagi kimo (eel liver) was also incredibly good. The tamago had plenty of negitoro (minced tuna with green onion) on top, and the rice bowls in general are piled high with toppings, so whenever I’m in this area and want seafood, I always stop by.

しけたしやは
Everything from the maguro (tuna) sashimi to the nigiri was great, and I especially recommend the toro-taku maki as a perfect snack to go with drinks. I reordered it without hesitation. The grilled Beef Tongue was also tender, and I enjoyed it with salt and wasabi.

This is the "tennen nama hon-maguro sukimi nigiri nori-maki." The fragrant nori (seaweed) pairs very well with the tuna, which is packed with rich flavor.

They also keep about 30 kinds of seasonal Japanese sake on hand at all times, including shinshu (new sake), hiyaoroshi (autumn matured sake), and natsugin (summer ginjo).
The Kiwami Course is a great pick for people who want to enjoy drinks with a wide variety of dishes. It includes 25 dishes and 2 hours of All you can drink.

I made a reservation because I was craving maguro (tuna). We ordered an osashimi moriawase (sashimi assortment), otoro (fatty tuna) sashimi, and soft roe tempura. Since neither my acquaintance nor I drank alcohol, we each had one soft drink. However, they had plenty of options besides Japanese sake, including sours, highballs, and wine, and the atmosphere inside was nice, so I’d like to visit again.

They also offer a wide range of Okinawa-specific drinks, including awamori (Okinawan distilled spirit). The selection is varied, with mellow koshu (aged liquor) and standard favorites like Zanpa.
If you want to enjoy drinks with Okinawa cuisine, a course with All you can drink is also recommended.

The mozuku (Okinawan seaweed) had a nice bite and tasted light and excellent. I mainly enjoyed awamori (Okinawan distilled liquor) brands from the Yaeyama Islands, and kept drinking them with shochu and soda. We toasted with draft beer. The food started coming out. First came the otoshi (small appetizer), with iburigakko (smoked pickled daikon) and cheese, potato salad, and more. The Awajishima (Awaji Island) onion salad was sweet and tasty. The sashimi was fresh and thick cut. There were lots of kinds. They even had kinme (golden eye snapper). Then the shiitake came out. The recommendation is the Japanese sake All you can drink course. You can fully enjoy 24 kinds of Special Japanese sake, including Nabeshima and Dassai.
This course does not include food, but another great point is that you can order whatever dishes you like separately and enjoy your own favorite combination.

"Maguro negima Hot Pot" is a Hot Pot dish that has been enjoyed since the Edo period. It is said to be made with thick cut maguro (tuna), negi (Japanese leek), mushrooms, and other ingredients simmered in a soy sauce based broth.
To finish the meal, you can enjoy udon or zosui (rice porridge) in the broth filled with the flavor of the ingredients.

This is a rare place where you can book only the All you can drink option from. The All you can drink selection has a very wide range of Japanese sake. There are lots of dishes that go well with the drinks. It was a nice place in Ginza where you can eat and drink at a reasonable price.

I visited with a group of 10 coworkers who like Japanese sake. The All you can drink Japanese sake menu had a wide lineup, the dishes that pair well with Japanese sake were very tasty, and the value was good, so we were Manzoku. It was well received by the other members too, and I would like to visit again.

The popular sumibi kushiyaki (charcoal grilled skewers) uses cuts sourced from different production regions depending on the part, and each skewer is carefully prepared by hand.
Because they grill them over binchotan (high grade white charcoal), the outside turns crisp while the inside stays juicy.
Photograph:シャブリさん
They offer a full lineup of izakaya (Japanese pub) dishes beyond kushiyaki (grilled skewers), including fried dishes, grilled dishes, and dressed dishes.
The “Marugoto Tamanegi no Onion Fry” is a dish made by deep-frying a whole onion, and its unique look is very popular. Enjoy it with the aurora sauce served on the side.

This is a place I used to visit often when I was an office worker. The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was great, and I loved the rice balls and soup at the end of the meal! This was my first visit back in 10 years. It was still in the same place, and seeing the same menu again felt so comforting!

We waited in line for about an hour on a weekday evening, but every yakitori (grilled chicken skewer) was really good. The final tori-zosui (chicken rice porridge) was also excellent✨I’d like to come back☺️

They serve a wide range of branded jidori (free-range chicken) dishes, including Hinai Jidori (Hinai free-range chicken) from Akita Prefecture.
The “yakitori assortment” is a menu item that lets you enjoy classic cuts such as thigh, skin, and cartilage. You can choose either salt or tare sauce for the seasoning.

The strikingly black-looking "Tori no Sumibiyaki (charcoal grilled chicken)" is a dish carefully grilled until fragrant over charcoal.
With every bite, the aroma of the charcoal spreads across the palate. It is said to have just the right amount of springiness while still being tender and juicy.

Chicken nanban (fried chicken with tartar sauce) like this is really so good, isn’t it! It comes with plenty of tartar sauce too, so it feels very Manzoku!⠀

We started with sparkling wine for the toast, and I was happy this kind of place had sparkling wine. Not many places do. They also have plenty of Japanese sake, and even the highballs alone come in many varieties, which is exciting for anyone who likes to drink.

This izakaya chain has more than 300 restaurants across Japan, and is popular for its wide variety of kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers).
Besides kushikatsu, it offers a wide range of options from A la carte dishes to All you can drink courses, making it a good fit for days when you want to have a lively time.

You can casually enjoy Osaka’s traditional B-kyu gourmet (casual local comfort food).
The kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers), a must-order item, includes not only meat skewers such as beef, pork, and chicken, but also a wide selection of vegetable and seafood skewers. They also have plenty of more unusual options, such as quail egg and cheese.

"Osaka specialty! Tanaka no kasu udon (fried beef offal udon)" is a dish with a special dashi broth packed with the rich flavor of abura-kasu (fried beef offal) melted into it. It also comes in a mini size, and it seems to be a popular choice To finish.
It is light yet deep in flavor, with a comforting taste that really hits the spot.

The taste of Osaka! It was very delicious. The service was also good, and it made for a pleasant experience. I will definitely come again.

For the kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers), I ordered my favorites like seasonal takenoko (bamboo shoots) and asari (Japanese littleneck clams), plus giant shrimp, beni shoga (pickled red ginger), beef, pork, Tenderloin, renkon (lotus root), garlic, and asparagus, and really enjoyed having kushikatsu again for the first time in a while. But chinchirorin (a dice game) gets more lively and fun the bigger the group is.

The restaurant serves dishes made with seasonal ingredients, including fresh fish landed at Monbetsu Gyoko (Monbetsu fishing port). A nice touch is that the head chef will also prepare them in a variety of ways based on your requests.
Every dish is carefully made, and the restaurant has a strong reputation for its high quality.

The "Kaede Course" is a Banquet course centered on jidori (local chicken) dishes, where you can enjoy seasonal flavors and All you can drink beverages.
The main dish, the "Jidori Nabe (local chicken hot pot)," is said to have a gentle taste filled with the savory flavors of jidori and vegetables. To finish, add udon so you can enjoy the flavor of the dashi broth to the very last bite.

What stood out most was the shiokara (salted seafood) mixed with cream cheese. When eaten on crackers, it had a surprisingly great taste, to the point that I wanted to recreate it at home. The "kaisen (seafood) yukhoe" was also excellent as a snack to go with drinks. With its convenient location, this is an easy place to use for company gatherings or drinks with friends. I’d like to come again!

The staff were very kind and handled our orders quickly. I think it must have been a lot to manage since our group was large. The food was generous in portion, delicious, and satisfying. I’d definitely love to come back again.
