Yakiniku Kitan Hozenji

Yakiniku Kitan Hozenji is a Yakiniku restaurant with fully private rooms throughout, located a 13-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

The interior, renovated from a Japanese restaurant with 120 years of history, is said to have a traditional Japanese feel.

The Yakiniku served here uses Special beef delivered direct from production regions, centered on Matsusaka beef and Kirishima-gyu (beef from Miyazaki Prefecture).

The photo shows the "Aged Wagyu hiuchi (part near the sirloin) with sauce." This dish features thinly sliced meat marinated in a light sauce with gentle sweetness.

The lunch-only "Aimori Ju of jukusei (aged) Sirloin cap tataki and sukiyaki-ni (simmered sukiyaki)" is a dish served in a hitsumabushi style.

The Sirloin cap has just the right bounce and tenderness, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes through. The sweet and savory sukiyaki-ni is enjoyed mixed with egg yolk.

リサ17

The aged Matsusaka beef Strip loin yakiniku sukiyaki is served with pickled egg yolk for dipping. It is seriously rich, and the more you chew, the more the great flavor of Matsusaka beef just keeps coming out (lol) The pairing with glossy white rice is perfect ♡

Both the food and atmosphere were excellent, and the carefully designed interior and calm space were especially impressive. Each dish was prepared with care and had a high level of Manzoku, and the Kobe beef Teppan-yaki was exceptional.

Choice

Choice is a Yakiniku restaurant about a 6-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. They serve a wide range of dishes, from Yakiniku to original menu items.

The interior has the warmth of wood, and you can enjoy your meal there in a relaxed atmosphere.

You can enjoy Special high quality Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) carefully selected by the owner over charcoal on a shichirin (small charcoal grill).

The "Thick Cut Outside skirt" in the photo is a dish made with thick slices of marbled Outside skirt. It is said to be rich without feeling greasy, with juices bursting out with every bite.

The most frequently reordered item, the "Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) Tail Soup," is simmered for over 12 hours to concentrate its rich flavor and depth.

The tail is said to be fall-apart tender, with a nice aroma of pepper.

Every cut of meat was delicious, and maybe because it was grilled over a shichirin (small charcoal grill), it wasn’t greasy at all and was easy to eat! In the kimchi assortment, the napa cabbage was especially good, and for a Yakiniku Rice bowl, it was the best I’ve had!

Yakiniku Manno Shinsaibashi Ten

Yakiniku Manno Shinsaibashi Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. This restaurant has been selected for the Tabelog Yakiniku WEST Tabelog 100.

It has a style where you grill the meat yourself using the shichirin (charcoal brazier) at (Each) seat.

The restaurant uses an order system that lets you enjoy one slice at a time, which is great for trying a range of cuts in small portions.

The "rosu (loin)" in the photo is scored with hidden knife cuts, making it tender and giving it a refined, savory taste.

The "Manno Wagyu 3-Shu Mori (3 Kind Assorted) Lunch" is a lunch set where you can enjoy three cuts: lean meat, loin, and kalbi (short rib), and it also comes with all-you-can-refill rice, soup, and salad.

You can keep it simple and eat it with salt, or change up the flavor with two kinds of sauce and wasabi, too.

ブルーサンダー

The meat grilled over charcoal is excellent, and because it comes from female cattle, it has a nice sweetness and tastes great. They had not only Wagyu but also Australian beef, and everything was delicious.

Tajimaya Shinsaibashi

Tajimaya Shinsaibashi is a Yakiniku restaurant with fully private rooms, located a 7-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

Every room comes with a beer server, so you can enjoy freshly poured beer along with your Yakiniku.

Without focusing on branded beef or grading, they carry out consistent production of Tajima (a Japanese cattle bloodline) lineage. They say dry aging reduces excess moisture, which brings out more sweetness and aroma in the fat.

The “momo mizore-yaki” is a dish of tender thin sliced meat enjoyed with grated daikon radish soaked in dashi.

Lunch sets that let you fully enjoy their carefully selected Aged meat are also plentiful.

The "Special Tajimaya Lunch" is a set that includes thinly sliced round with a sansho pepper flavor, mizore-yaki (grated daikon grilled dish), and kalbi, among other items. The kimchi and namul on the side are said to make a nice palate cleanser.

じぃじぃの部屋

Every cut of meat is fresh and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The thick-cut tan (beef tongue) and Premium Outside skirt in particular are juicy and packed with rich flavor, so good that you cannot help but smile the moment they hit your mouth. Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), tongue, and Outside skirt Yakiniku Gorichan Shinsaibashi Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant located a 4-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

The interior, lined with table seating, has a friendly atmosphere. This restaurant is a good choice for days when you want to enjoy a meal with a small group.

"Maboroshi Karubi (Phantom Kalbi)" is a popular must-order item. The usual way to eat it is to quickly sear one side of the kalbi, then wrap it around chopped negi (green onion).

It is said to have an excellent balance of the meat's rich flavor and the sweetness of the fat, with a savory aroma that whets the appetite.

"Shio-tan (salted beef tongue)" is seasoned with the restaurant's original salt and pepper blend and sesame oil. A squeeze of lemon juice gives it a lighter, more refreshing taste.

It is also recommended to eat it with "Tan no Mori," which combines shiso leaves, green onion, and special ponzu sauce.

まいち【グルメ・美容】

• Tan no Hakobune
My top pick is "Tan no Hakobune" ✨ You eat each slice of tongue coated in rich nira butter (garlic chive butter). It’s a special menu item unique to Gorichan. The meat and the nira butter go so well together that it was so good I felt like I could eat just the nira butter and white rice alone! ♡

This time, we had not only the classic kalbi (Korean-style beef short rib) and roast (loin), but also some rare cuts that you do not often come across. Every cut was tender, full of rich flavor, and the sweet taste of the fat spread with each bite. The lean meat eaten with salt in particular was simple, but it really brought out the quality of the meat and tasted excellent.
