Enjoy skewers grilled over Tosa Binchō-tan charcoal, made with Aizu jidori, Kawamata shamo, Date chicken, and Kasumi duck, paired with freshly made soba noodles, hand-pulled daily from our own stone-ground flour, and taste the differences from various regions.
