This is my favorite yakitori restaurant, where everything I eat is just so good. The kimo (liver) is rich and creamy with no off notes at all, the kokoro (heart) is plump and springy, and the tebasaki (chicken wings) has fragrant, crispy skin while the seseri (neck meat) has the best balance of bite and fat.
