ちょもこりん

The gelato was yuzu (Japanese citron) milk. Fresh mint chocolate. Refreshing. Just the right sweetness. The fresh mint really tasted fresh. Even though I was full, I could still eat it. I’d like to come back and try various other things. I’d also like to come back for drinks.

• Salted caramel
The slight bitterness of the homemade caramel sauce and the subtle touch of salt bring out the sweetness, making it a flavor made for adults. It also goes perfectly with the chewy crepe, and I enjoyed a very happy moment.

The soft serve here is famous for being so rich that it will not fall even if you turn it upside down. But I did not have the courage to test that myself, so please check other people's review photos for reference (lol) Even though the soft serve itself is rich, it is also light, the kind of soft serve that does not leave you feeling thirsty afterward. It was delicious!

ayumiyoko

The chocolate coating was nice and crisp, which made the texture really fun. The cream was thick and rich, but somehow it still tasted light. Maybe the sweetness was kept a bit low? Maybe the size was just right too. It was very delicious. Next time, I would like to try the gelato. It was a great meal, I will visit again.

Aah! So cute!!! I started with the Basque cheesecake, and it was a total hit right from the start! Everything was great, but the ghost meringue was also crisp and tasty. Come to think of it, the name “ghost” itself is so cute lol. The savory sandwich was also delicious, with juicy chicken!

タカジュンランド♫

They only have one kind of soft serve, coffee flavored, but it is amazingly good! It used to be available only in Chuo-ku (Chuo Ward), so it was hard to go very often, but since they opened a shop in Higashi-ku (Higashi Ward), it has become easy to stop by. With its mild sweetness and clean finish, this is truly an adult soft serve. It is my favorite soft serve I have ever had.

・Oniyanma Original Coffee and Ryukyu Churayuki
The coffee was good too, but this Churayuki (Ryukyu shaved ice dessert)! It had a cloud-like texture on the tongue and a lightly refined sweetness... This is not something you get to eat often! The atmosphere of the shop feels like a grown-up space, the staff are pleasant too, and I finally found a place I want to keep coming back to for the first time in a while

Nihoncha to Wagashi Ef

Located in a quiet residential area near Maruyama Park, a famous cherry blossom spot, Nihoncha to Wagashi Ef.

The interior has a stylish and warm wood toned feel. In this calm space, you can enjoy nihoncha (Japanese tea).

The sweets at this shop are a lineup of wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) that pair well with Japanese tea.

They offer seasonal wagashi and other items, and you can choose from several varieties. One of the charms is the delicate and cute appearance of the wagashi.

Sencha (Japanese green tea) can be enjoyed in three different ways depending on the temperature: warm, cool, or hot.

The first infusion brings out the tea’s natural umami, while the second lets you enjoy its aroma along with wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets). By the third infusion, you can more deeply enjoy how the sweetness of the wagashi pairs with the tea’s bitterness and other flavors.

いおにく

I had tea brewed three different ways, and even though it was the same tea leaves, the aroma and flavor changed a little each time, so it was not only delicious but also a lot of fun. The wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) were also very tasty, and it was wonderful how I could feel the season just from their appearance. The chaba (tea leaves) ohitashi (lightly seasoned dish) was also good. The way the taste changed so much depending on the tea leaves also made me feel just how deep the world of tea is.

くろねこ66

For the tea, I chose Akebonojirushi. The aroma was really nice, with a clean sweetness in the finish. It was fun to choose the tea I liked. The wagashi (Japanese sweets) also had an elegant sweetness and paired very well with the tea. I’d definitely love to visit again. This is the kind of place that makes you want to shout, Japanese tea is the best!!!

・Honey Butter Pancakes and Tea
Melting pancakes. I ordered the honey butter pancakes and tea. You pour plenty of warm honey over the pancakes topped with butter. Then, just like the reviews say, the richly fragrant pancakes melt in your mouth. I thought that had to be an exaggeration, but they really do melt. Paired with tea, they make for a high quality pancake dish!

I had the Amamu Burger as a set. On one plate came salad, fries, a hamburger, and Catalana. It also came with a drink. The burger bun was soft and thick, and the tomato was fresh! It was like a Mos Burger. I also had cake. The lemon cake had a flavor where you could clearly taste the lemon juice, and this quality at this price was shocking.
