Every skewer is high quality, and watching them carefully cook each one makes the drinks go down easy. I came in right after opening and was the first customer, so they served everything at a nice pace with their recommended seasoning. The sasami (chicken tender) skewer, which impresses me every time, gets an extra step where they dehydrate it and then let it absorb kombu kelp water. It is juicy, and the lingering kombu kelp flavor makes it really tasty.

ウマ街道日記

The sasami (chicken tender) was so striking that it completely shattered the usual idea of sasami in the best way. The liver, Outside skirt, and other cuts that some people might find to have a distinctive flavor were all delicious too.

・Yakitori
The tare sauce is not too sweet, so you can keep eating it. I also ordered the salt version, but I think it would have been even better with lemon. I also had the kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), and it had a gentle flavor and was very good.

It is a two-story place, and they showed us to a table seat. The dim lighting gave it a nice atmosphere, which was Surprising. We mainly ordered yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and the liver stood out because it was tasty even though it was cooked through quite well. The tebasaki (chicken wings) were also good.

酒と飯と酒

The interior, with its old wooden beams, was stunning and beautiful. The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was cooked to perfection, and the Heart really impressed me. The prepped Heart was wrapped back up to look almost like its original form before being skewered, which was true craftsmanship. I feel almost presumptuous saying so, but I loved the texture so much that I ended up ordering more.

食は結びだね

We had a yakitori assortment and ramen. Last order was at 22時, but they kindly served us even though we arrived right at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Each skewer was excellent, like a little work of art. It had been a while since I last had such good yakitori, and it made for a great time! The Tori Shio Ramen was also wonderful, and the dashi broth really sank into my soul.
