Inside, playground equipment such as swings and a jungle gym are set up, creating a fun and playful space.

The lineup is packed with original drinks that pay close attention to appearance and ingredients. They also seem to offer limited time monthly menu items.

The “matcha Oreo shake” is a cocktail you can enjoy like a dessert. It combines a lightly sweet matcha shake with matcha sweets and cocoa cookies.

We went with the 120-minute All you can drink course, and they had a great selection of champagne, cocktails with fruit, chocolate cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks too. There were also lots of drinks piled high with sweets and whipped cream, and they not only looked great but tasted great too, making it feel like a dream.

There are all kinds of drinks, and above all they look incredibly cute. Also, there is a wide variety of sweets by the entrance, so they are perfect for someone like me with a sweet tooth. lol Of course, they also have alcohol that is not sweet, so I think even people who are not into sweet flavors can enjoy it. I was very Manzoku(^^)

An to Cha

"An to Cha to" is a cafe and shop just a 1-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Toho Line. It serves sweets made with local Hokkaido beans and a wide variety of Shizuoka-cha (Shizuoka tea).

The interior incorporates hand made washi (Japanese paper), where you can enjoy a relaxing time.

The photo shows the "kintsuba (sweet bean cake) and Shizuoka-cha (Shizuoka tea) set." You can choose the flavor of the kintsuba from azuki (red bean), matcha, or yuzu.

If you want to enjoy the flavor of the bean paste itself, the azuki kintsuba is recommended. Each piece is carefully hand grilled, and you can enjoy the soft and chewy texture of the outer layer.

"Mame Monaka." A menu item where you enjoy monaka wafer shells toasted over a burner with Shizuoka-grown matcha fresh cream, buttercream, and jizu (local beans), among other ingredients.

One of the best things about it is that you can combine your favorite ingredients and freely spoon them on top or sandwich them inside.

This was my second visit, so I went with matcha (powdered green tea) this time〜! The harmony of bitterness and sweetness was just right. The tea ware was lovely too, and looked great. The crisp sweet from last time was tasty as well, and this time the daifuku (soft rice cake filled with sweet bean paste) was delicious again〜.

I made a reservation for the Japanese-style afternoon tea I had always dreamed of trying. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were also relaxed and welcoming, so I could really unwind. The shop’s signature age-kintsuba (deep-fried sweet bean cake) had a crisp texture, and its refined sweetness spread across my palate. It was really delicious. I’ll definitely come back again as a treat for a Special day.

さばかんふー

The arare (rice cracker)-like treat was slightly sweet and very delicate. It felt similar to a meringue sweet. The soft serve had a slightly icy texture, maybe because it had a bit more moisture. It was light and easy to eat. The sweetness was not that strong either, so it was not too heavy and might be nice as a palate cleanser!

The staff were also very kind. They helped me think through which coffee to choose, and after serving it they gave a careful explanation, which made it a great time for me as someone who has recently gotten into coffee. And what paired perfectly with the coffee was the tiramisu! It was mildly sweet, and I couldn't get enough of the moment it blended with the coffee's flavor.

Orange Cheesecake
It had less of a strong cheese taste than I expected, and with the orange marmalade in the mix, it was a milkier dessert that I personally liked. The whipped cream on the side also had a nice level of sweetness.

First, choosing the sweets is exciting and so much fun! I picked kuri-kinton (sweet chestnut paste) and kuri-manju (chestnut bun). The kuri-kinton really brought out the natural good taste of the chestnuts, and it was very delicious. The kuri-manju had a crisp outer layer, and inside was a whole chestnut wrapped in shiro-an (white bean paste). The shiro-an was lightly sweetened with just the right level of sweetness, and the chestnut was satisfyingly hearty.
