If you want to enjoy food and drinks together in a lively group, the 3-hour All you can eat and drink course is also a great choice.
The All you can eat menu focuses on meat and fish, but it also includes salads and desserts, so you can enjoy it without getting bored. The course is available for groups of 2 or more.
They have a wide selection of drinks, and the All you can drink option is recommended! The food is tasty, and the meat sushi is great too! Personally, I thought the sausage was the best. It was big, thick, juicy, and served piping hot on the Teppan-yaki, which made it really good! I’d like to come back again next time I go out for drinks!

Kasai Hikodori, about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Kasai Station, is a Japanese-style izakaya where you can enjoy dishes and local sake mainly from Aizu and Shinshu Ueda.
Its exterior, reminiscent of a traditional Japanese nagayashiki (row house), stands out, and once you step inside, you can feel a Japanese touch throughout the space. It also has an irori (sunken hearth) and terrace seating.
Oidare yakitori (grilled chicken skewers with homemade sauce), enjoyed with plenty of house-made tare sauce poured over the top, is one of the local specialties of Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture.
The rich tare sauce pairs perfectly with the juicy chicken, and it is said to make you want rice or Japanese sake. They also offer an assorted yakitori menu.
Photograph:ともぴ | 東京グルメ
The "Attaka Aonori Dofu" made with plenty of aonori (green laver) also seems to be a dish that goes great with alcohol.
It uses carefully selected silken tofu with an award winning track record, and people say the appeal lies in the tasty house special dashi broth and the aroma of the aonori. There were also reviews saying it had a gentle flavor that really hits the spot.
Just a 2-minute walk from the station, this place has a great location and a calm taishu izakaya (casual Japanese pub) feel with a wood-based interior. The Aizu horse sashimi is very fresh, with lean meat and a light taste, and it goes perfectly with the spicy miso condiment. The yakitori is served in oidare style (sweet garlic-based sauce), making it very satisfying. The yudofu (simmered tofu) topped with plenty of aonori (green laver) and the kamameshi (rice pot dish) are also excellent.

Located about a 2-minute walk from Kasai Station, Inoki is an izakaya (Japanese pub) where you can mainly enjoy fresh seasonal seafood dishes, with the owner personally sourcing ingredients from Toyosu Market.
The interior has a Japanese modern feel, with counter and table seating. The bright space, finished with white wood, lets you enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace.

One of the first things to order when you visit is the sashimi assortment featuring seasonal fresh fish.
The "Banshaku Set" is also recommended, and comes with sashimi, two daily kobachi (small side dishes), and one draft beer. You can also enjoy seafood prepared in many different ways, including tempura and grilled dishes.

You will also want to try the rice dishes that are perfect To finish a night of drinks, such as udon and onigiri (rice balls).
If you are sharing with a few people, the "Nianago Aburi Bozushi" is also a great choice. The rice is mixed with gari (pickled ginger) and kombu kelp, which goes well with the soft and tasty simmered conger eel and sweet sauce.

I’m really grateful that whenever I visit Inoki-san, I get to enjoy such good food. Every item on the menu is so tempting, and there are still lots of other things I want to try. The atmosphere is calm too, with no noisy groups making a fuss. It’s a wonderful place where you can relax, talk with your closest friend, and enjoy your meal.

I visited after hearing how good it was. The interior had a refined feel and was very clean, and the dining room was full, maybe because I happened to get a reservation. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake, all of which pair well with the food. Most importantly, every dish was elegant and delicious. I think this is a real hit in Kasai for the first time in a while.

One of the draws of this place is that you can casually enjoy sushi made with fresh seafood. The photo shows their signature "Nomeru Salmon (drinkable salmon)".
This dish is said to take salmon and give it an extra touch, making it so tender it feels drinkable. It pairs perfectly with their wide selection of Junmaishu or seasonal Japanese sake.

They also offer a full lineup of small plates that are perfect for nibbling on with a drink in hand, and they get high marks for being carefully made one by one.
The uniquely presented "Sugidama Potato Salad" mixes steamed potatoes with chopped gari (pickled ginger), and it reportedly has an egg yolk inside.

I had a tasty meal at a reasonable price. What I like about this place is that the space feels just right. It is neither too big nor too small. Even when it gets somewhat crowded, it still feels relaxed. Also, happy hour is a nice bonus. It is a very good deal.

It is cheap, has a big menu, and tastes great, so I find it very useful. I tried the potato salad for the first time this time, but it looked so unlike potato salad that I was surprised at what had arrived. It had egg yolk inside and was very tasty. The sushi also comes in a wide variety, and I think it is a good kaisen izakaya (seafood pub).

I stopped by on the way back from Kasai Rinkai Suizokuen (Kasai Rinkai Aquarium). I ordered the sashimi set meal, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), and Kara-age chicken wings. The sashimi was fresh and nicely fatty, and even as a set meal it felt quite satisfying. The tamagoyaki was light and fluffy with just a mild sweetness, and the wings were fried nice and crisp with a flavor that seemed like it would go well with drinks.

True to the name Sakana Sakaba (fish tavern), I enjoyed tasty fish with drinks lol. By the time I got to the rice dish, I was full and happy. An izakaya located a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Kasai Station, where you can enjoy a wide range of dishes and drinks centered on Kyushu ryori (Kyushu cuisine).

In addition to Kyushu cuisine, they offer all the classic izakaya dishes, including seafood and yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
The "Osashimi no Moriawase (sashimi assortment)," lavishly plated with fresh fish caught that morning, also comes highly recommended. They also have a great selection of drinks that pair well with the food, so you will want to enjoy them together. There is also an All you can drink menu.

The hugely popular Hakata motsu-nabe (Hakata-style offal Hot Pot) is available year-round and can be ordered from 2 servings. It is a dish enjoyed with a special sauce made in Hakata.
It features the springy texture of Domestic motsu and a rich soup, and it seems to come with plenty of vegetables as well. To finish, you can enjoy zosui (rice porridge).
The menu is very extensive, with everything from quick dishes to full scale seafood, yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and motsu-nabe (offal Hot Pot). The yakitori in particular was carefully grilled skewer by skewer and turned out juicy, while the motsu-nabe had a rich, deep broth and was excellent. The All you can drink price was incredibly low, but the quality of the drinks was also good, so we were able to enjoy ourselves for a long time.

The interior is clean and stylish, and it is also nice that there are many seats, making reservations easy to get. This time we ordered various dishes a la carte, and the Niku Niku Plate was very filling, with the Outside skirt cooked just right, while the sausages were juicy and paired so well with beer that we could not stop drinking. The sashimi assortment was also very fresh, and one taste made it easy to see why the yakitori and motsu-nabe (offal Hot Pot) are popular year-round.

Toriman, about a 3-minute walk from Kasai Station, is an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) popular for yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), made with jidori (local chicken) hand-skewered in-house and grilled over binchotan (high-grade white charcoal).

Yakitori can be ordered from just one skewer, making it perfect for people who want to try a variety a little at a time. You can choose either salt or tare sauce for the seasoning.

They also offer a full lineup of a la carte dishes that pair well with drinks, with classic izakaya staples such as sashimi, fried dishes, and Hot Pot dishes.
Each dish has an extra touch of care, and the portions also look satisfying enough to bring Manzoku.

I ordered a variety of yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with tare sauce and salt, and enjoyed the piping hot skewers with beer. The menu is extensive. They also have good value daily specials, making this a yakitori spot with something worthwhile every day. What stood out in particular were the salted Heart and the crab cream cheese, both of which I recommend. And the beer is ice cold right down to the glass, so it is especially satisfying to drink.

Kasai Yakitori Nonki, about a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Kasai Station, is an izakaya where you can enjoy a wide range of authentic yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) along with other dishes.
The interior is a calm space with lots of wood. (Each) seat has partitions and a comfortable amount of space, so it feels almost like a Semi-private room.
Photograph:マロンブック8853
The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) flavored with a secret sauce that has been added to for over 70 years since the restaurant was founded come in a wide variety of appealing options.
The specialty is especially the "masaniku (standard chicken meat skewer)," and they say every detail is finely adjusted, from the heat level to the size of the skewer. They also offer skewers made with the rare Aichi-gamo (Aichi duck), as well as vegetable skewers.
Photograph:炙りトロサーモンにぎり
Besides the skewers, they are also known for having dishes that go great with drinks, such as "torikawa motsunikomi (chicken skin and offal stew)" and "Yamaya mentaiko (spicy cod roe) jagabata (buttered potatoes)".
If you want to enjoy drinks to the fullest, the A la carte All you can drink option is also recommended. It includes draft beer and shochu (Japanese distilled spirit), and you can drink as much as you like for 2 hours.
The interior is bright and clean, with more of an izakaya (Japanese pub) feel than a yakitori place. There are also Semi-private room style seats, so you can relax and enjoy your meal without worrying about the people around you. Their specialty, "masaniku (chicken thigh skewer)," is grilled over charcoal, and it was juicy and very tasty.

With All you can drink included, this lineup deserves high praise! It was the kind of course I really hope they keep offering. The sakana 3-kind assortment (three kinds of small dishes to go with drinks), homemade nagaimo (Japanese yam) kimchi, steamed chicken with ume-negi shio tare (salty plum and green onion sauce), and simmered chicken skin and offal came out at a great pace, and they were tasty too! The skewers are great of course, but the gyoza spring rolls are especially good.

I only tried part of the menu, but the motsuni (stewed offal) and negima-kushi (chicken and scallion skewer) were very good. The portions were generous for the price, and the motsuni had no off notes, with large pieces of motsu that were very tender and easy to eat. The lemon sour was on the sweet side, and if I had had more room, I could have kept drinking it forever.

The highballs and negima (chicken and scallion skewers) are very reasonably priced. On top of that, they are reliably tasty. First, I had piping hot yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with a highball, then enjoyed various other dishes like sashimi (raw fish) and more♪This time, since I wanted to try seasonal ingredients, I compared both versions of katsuo no tataki (seared bonito). I thoroughly enjoyed the contrast between the familiar taste and the fresh, more international flavor.

The interior had a calm atmosphere, which was nice. The staff were also friendly and easy to talk to. We ordered a course meal. Everything was good, from the sashimi to the fried dishes and the fried rice at the end.

Everything we ordered was delicious. You can tell every dish was made with great care and presented beautifully. The service was wonderful too, and the whole place felt relaxing. They also have a wide selection of drinks, so I think it is a great spot for people who enjoy alcohol. They also offer tasty looking dinner set meals, so it might be nice to stop by for a quick meal.

Among the many items on the menu, the most popular is yakiton (grilled pork skewers). You can choose from a range of cuts, including ton bara (pork belly) and Outside skirt.
They also offer a full lineup of skewer items that go great with a drink in hand, including classic yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and Hakata (Fukuoka area) specialty chicken skin skewers.

They offer a wide lineup of classic izakaya dishes too, including fresh sashimi (sliced raw fish), fried dishes, and salads. The "Meibutsu Nikomi (house specialty stew)" is one dish you will definitely want to order.
It features a secret paitan (rich white broth) that has been simmered slowly, and it is said to be full of the good flavor of pork offal. You can also add their special spicy miso to change up the taste.

I was Manzoku after trying a full range of yakiton (grilled pork skewers) and yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but after seeing the next table order it and getting curious, I ordered the garlic fried rice To finish. It was the right call. The fried rice had just the moisture level I like, and the nicely balanced garlic kick sent me on my way home happy! I’ll be back again.

炙りトロサーモンにぎり
First, the otoshi (small appetizer) that came out, something like tuna and green onion dressed with vinegared miso, was quite good. When the otoshi is tasty, it really raises your expectations for the other dishes too. The nikomi (stew) had a light color, so I thought the flavor might be a bit lacking, but it was actually well seasoned and delicious. It goes great with drinks. And the 5-item sashimi assortment had thick cuts of sashimi and tasted great.
