Toriton Cafe

Toriton Cafe is a cafe on the 2nd floor of the Shanti Building on Kitanozaka, about a 6-minute walk from Sannomiya Station.

The interior has a stylish feel with the warmth of wood. For seating, the counter seats are recommended, where you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the view outside. It is said to be a relaxing place to spend time away from the bustle of the city.

The lunch menu has five choices in total, including Hamburger Steak, roast beef, and pancakes.

The restaurant's signature "Toriton Curry" is an original European style curry slowly simmered with dozens of spices. It comes with big chunks of chicken, and is said to be very filling.

They also have a full lineup of sweets, including cakes and parfaits.

Their signature "Premium Tamago (egg) Baked Pudding" is a special pudding made with carefully selected eggs and slowly baked at a low temperature. The lightly bitter caramel sauce is said to be the key to its great taste.

I had the plate lunch. It was nice to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. Even though it was a weekday, it was not crowded, so I was able to relax and stay for a while. The service was pleasant too, and I would like to visit again.
