Wolfgang Steakhouse Roppongi

Wolfgang Steakhouse Roppongi, about a 4-minute walk from Roppongi Station, is a place where you can enjoy authentic New York-style steak.

The chandelier-lit interior is rich and luxurious. The tables are spaced well apart, so you can relax and enjoy your time. The dress code is smart casual.

The "Prime Steak" is a popular menu item that lets you enjoy both Strip loin and filet.

It is said to have a crisp, fragrant surface, and with one bite, juicy flavor fills your mouth. The steak, with careful attention to quality, aging, and grilling, is a dish that even meat lovers will find deeply Manzoku.

The “Seafood Platter” is a luxurious menu item with an assortment of lobster, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and crab meat.

The lobster has a plump, springy texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out. It also goes well with the lightly tangy sauce.

ベンジャミン2106

We chose what we liked from the à la carte menu rather than going with a course. We had a shrimp cocktail with large prawns, lobster bisque, and now that I think about it, we totally forgot to order a salad lol. For the main, we had steak for 4 people, plus potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. We moved from white wine to red, and finished with a highball. And that was the end of a fun feast.

As always, it was insanely good. I really love the Wolfgang Salad! This alone is worth eating! This time I was in the mood for beer, so I got the fried onion rings! These were great too. And of course, I had to get the prime steak as well! I had it cooked rare! The outside was crisp and nicely seared, and the meat was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious!

In addition to table seating, the stylish interior also has a bar counter and feels like something out of a movie. There are 226 seats in total, and the restaurant also has paid Private rooms.

You can enjoy a bold steak that is roasted all at once in the oven.

This is the dynamic 1,600g ribeye steak “Tomahawk.” When you take a bite, the juices overflow and rich flavor spreads across your palate.

The signature "Oak Door Hamburger" is another must-try dish.

The 100% beef patty, finished using a charcoal grill and a 900°C broiler, lets you enjoy concentrated meat flavor and the fragrant aroma of oak. It also goes perfectly with fresh vegetables, bacon, and cheese!

I had the Special course, and every dish was excellent. The lobster and caviar made a big, tasty impression right from the start. The Hokkaido Wagyu also had a rich flavor and quality you would expect. The final dessert was served with a flambe performance, and it made for a Manzoku evening.

Source:toshi3342's review

The steak, finished over a wood fire until crisp and fragrant, was seriously so good,, the charred aroma on the outside and the juicy texture inside were a perfect match, and the sweetness of the fat was great too◎The vegetables and sauces on the side also showed extra care, and the overall balance felt spot on with nothing unnecessary!!This is without a doubt a classic go-to spot where you can enjoy top quality steak with confidence.

ゆーゆー3

After going to Peter Luger Honten, I came to love this American steak style, so I visited Benjamin! The walk up to the entrance really gets you excited! The service is flawless too! The seafood was so good—the tartare and caviar too—and then I took big bites of Aged meat and couldn’t stop smiling! I ate plenty of great meat with total peace of mind. I’m way beyond Manzoku!

Everything was delicious. They let us take the leftover meat home. You can’t exactly gnaw on the meat around the bone at the restaurant, but when I did back in my room, it was insanely good. I recommend taking home any leftover meat, even if it’s just a small amount.

It was my first visit, and the steak was cooked perfectly, with the full flavor of the meat coming through clearly. The T-bone steak in particular was juicy and very filling. The soup and Caesar salad also had a refined taste, and the course as a whole was of a very high standard. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and the service was attentive. I think this is the perfect place for dinner on a Special day.

I ordered the Dinner C Course. The restaurant was much more spacious than I expected! They grilled everything right in front of us, so the setting was great, and the highlights were especially the ebi (shrimp), awabi (abalone), and the meat specialty dish! The dishes came out fairly quickly. They also had a great wine selection!!

Four of us shared a 500g lean steak. We chose the vegetables we liked. Even 100g of steak was quite filling. We had some unusual vegetables grilled. Everything was fresh, so even eaten plain without any seasoning, the vegetables had great flavor and tasted delicious.

・Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) lean steak
They changed one to Chateaubriand (JPY4500) and cut it into halves, so we could compare the lean cut and the Chateaubriand! I was blown away by how good the Chateaubriand was✨You can also change up the flavor with foamed soy sauce, salt-cured black pepper, wasabi, and garlic chips, so I enjoyed it to the very end!

This course meal centered on meat, but I liked how well balanced it was overall. The steaks in the second half were top sirloin and Tenderloin. Personally, I preferred the top sirloin, but the Tenderloin was also very tender and felt substantial enough to be the main dish on its own. It was a highly satisfying course.

At the counter. I was able to enjoy Teppan-yaki at a reasonable price. The meat was not too heavy, which was nice. The interior also felt clean and stylish, which was great. It is easy to make a reservation, so you can visit casually.

It was my first time in Azabu-Juban (Azabu Juban), and unlike its image, this restaurant felt casual and easy to walk into. We had the Omakase course, and every dish was outstanding. We got to enjoy all kinds of ingredients, including seafood, meat, yakisoba (fried noodles), and negiyaki (savory scallion pancake). I was also impressed by the staff's thoughtful service. They brought our orders and drinks at just the right timing. This is definitely going on my list of places to visit again!

こだわり後藤さん

I had the Appetizers and, for the main steak, I had Fujisan (Mount Fuji) this time. It was very satisfying, and with the different seasonings available, I finished it all without getting tired of it. Beef is great, but pork is nice once in a while too.

I was amazed that pork steak could be this good... It was really delicious! There were all kinds of seasonings on the table, so I could change up the flavor, and it was great. Next time I go, I might be able to handle Takaosan (270g)...!✨
