Because the restaurant has counter seating only and the whole place is easy to see, the timing felt just right, and the service was very pleasant. The tempura was juicy with a light batter, and while the seafood like shrimp was of course great, the vegetables were incredibly delicious.

・Tempura Rice bowl
Every piece of tempura is fried in a light batter and tastes great. The soft-boiled egg is cooked perfectly too! The sauce is a little mild, but there is extra sauce on the table, so you can adjust it to your liking.

・Misaki Gozen set
The main tempura was light and crispy, and it really brought out both the flavor and texture of the ingredients, so it was truly delicious! I enjoyed everything from classic items like shrimp and vegetables to Tsunahachi-style creative pieces, and I finished with tenchazuke (tempura rice with tea poured over it). Every single dish was impressively consistent! I was moved and thought, this is exactly what you expect from a long-established restaurant.

I really liked how each dish was high quality, and everything looked so delicious too! Starting with the sashimi, the tempura was also very good, and what I liked most of all was the great selection of small dishes to enjoy in between ♪ They also seem to always have about 8〜10 kinds of Japanese sake, so being able to compare different ones was the best!
