Every main dish looked good, so it was hard to choose, but I went with the pepper steak. The thick steak, generously covered with cracked peppercorns, was very satisfying to eat. Even the mashed potatoes on the side were Surprisingly good. There were also many kinds of desserts, and every one of them was wonderfully delicious.

I visited with a weekday-only guaranteed window-seat plan. The night view was wonderful, and the food was more filling than the price suggested. The service was what you would expect from a luxury hotel, and the level of satisfaction was high. The steak was listed as 120 grams, but it felt much more substantial than that, and it tasted very good too. I was very Manzoku.

For the extra fresh oysters added to the course, I squeeze on plenty of lemon and enjoy them with sparkling wine (Champagne this time). The dangan shiitake (bullet shiitake mushroom) is a surprise. This is something I would definitely come back for. I upgraded the main to a beef steak. It was cooked rare, but it was tender and delicious. It has a Special atmosphere.

I ordered a course lunch on a holiday afternoon. It was also nice that I could choose from several options for the Appetizers, pasta, main, dessert, and drink. This time, I ordered carpaccio, aglio e olio, Outside skirt steak, panna cotta, and iced coffee. Everything was delicious. The menu had many items that highlighted ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture.

It really seemed like it was just before closing, so I felt sorry in my heart, but they put together an Omakase course for us. We enjoyed the Appetizers and the potage from the start, and the main of Arita-gyu (Arita beef) made it a meal we were very Manzoku with. To finish, the garlic rice was especially good, and with miso soup as well, it was a dinner with nothing to complain about.

酒の一滴、血の一滴

This is a small Teppan-yaki restaurant with counter seating only, and it has a lively, up-close feel. The carefully cooked Wagyu is fragrant on the outside and surprisingly moist inside. With every bite, the sweet richness of the fat slowly spreads, and it is so good it leaves you speechless. The vegetables finished on the Teppan-yaki are just as memorable as the main dish, with their natural sweetness and umami brought out to the fullest.

Today’s steaks were Spencer roll and Top sirloin, and both were incredibly good. They really give you that satisfying feeling of eating meat, and the portions are quite large, so you end up seriously full. Even though I only had salad, potatoes, and meat. The curry to finish was also very good.

・Strip loin steak lunch
Despite the reasonable price, the steak has a solid portion size and feels satisfyingly filling. The meat is lean with little fat, but it is not too tough and tastes great.

かくさん(しゃちく)

I visited for lunch on a weekday. I was shown to a calm room in the back that felt like a bar, and it had such a luxurious, grown-up atmosphere that it hardly felt like lunch. I could relax and take my time, and it felt Special. The meat had a rich, full flavor and was very satisfying, so the level of Manzoku was high and it was very delicious. Next time, I’d definitely like to visit at night and enjoy it with drinks.

I went a little out of my way for a slightly luxurious lunch. The atmosphere was nice, and I got the impression that the staff provided attentive service. All of the food was good, and while the meat was great of course, the steak sauce with the ginshari (premium white rice), tororo (grated yam), and tonjiru (pork miso soup) was the best combination, so I ended up getting a refill.

The course is a carefully prepared Japanese meal. Starting with warm yaki-gomadofu (grilled sesame tofu), it moved on to a soup bowl, ozukuri (sashimi assortment), hassun (seasonal appetizer platter), then a grilled dish of Wagyu, kakiage (mixed vegetable and seafood tempura fritter), and finally the meal to finish. They kept an eye on our pace, so we could relax and enjoy it slowly. They also provided a menu list, which helped when choosing the next drink. It also left a good impression that the drinks arrived very quickly.

おはようみうし

You often see the name, but when you actually go in, it has a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal. This time, I ordered the chicken and kirioroshi beef (thinly sliced beef trimmings). The chicken had a nice aroma, and when you bit into it, the juices slowly spread, making it easy to eat. The kirioroshi beef had a nice moderate thickness, with a full, rich meat flavor.

I had the Strip loin cut steak. The salad bar came with three kinds of soup (corn potage, consommé, and harusame soup (glass noodle soup)) and a wide variety of items, enough to fill you up on its own. There were also fruit and jelly for dessert, so you can enjoy more than just the steak. The pleasant service made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.
