The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice, and we were shown to a Semi-private room, which was a big help for dining with children✨It was a buffet, and being able to eat lots of great Hokkaido specialties like crab, awabi (abalone), and sushi made it the best! There was also a wide variety of desserts, and I was glad the kids had fun without getting bored✨

Not only the crab and other seafood, but the rest of the food was also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We also added alcohol and ice cream, and there was a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. We compared different Hokkaido Japanese sake, so if you like alcohol, we definitely recommend adding it.

A buffet menu makes the most of seasonal ingredients based on a different “seasonal theme” for each time of year. It is available even for one person.

To be honest, I underestimated it because it was a buffet, but the quality was surprisingly high! It seems they now serve ingredients carefully selected from Hokkaido. The roast beef was tender and juicy. I went with the All you can drink option, and they had a wide selection of wines, including sparkling wine.

I visited THE SWEET, which is held for a few days once a month. This time the theme was strawberries, and after the full selection of sweets was served, you could freely get refills of your favorites. The light meal section also had fries, pasta, salad, a few side dishes, and soft drinks with All you can drink, so considering it is dining at a hotel, it might even be so cost effective that it feels surprisingly inexpensive.

There was a great variety of colorful, photogenic salads, and my favorite was the salad with fruit in it. There were three kinds of bread, and all of them were tasty♪⁡The honey feels so luxurious. It makes me happy that even high end honey is available at the buffet♡The stylish sweets are not overly sweet. I’m especially happy they have cakes you do not often see elsewhere, like Basque cheesecake♪

It was my first visit, and the first thing that stood out was how ✨spotless and sparkling the interior was. I was blown away by the flashy and gorgeous dining space. There were courses with Yakiniku and without it, but this time I went without the Yakiniku. Even so, there was plenty to eat, including sushi, noodles, and desserts, so I was very Manzoku. Everything tasted great.
