• Chicken thigh • Reba (liver)
For the grilled skewers, I picked three kinds à la carte: quail egg, chicken thigh, and reba (liver). You can choose salt or tare sauce, and I went with tare sauce for all of them. The charcoal-grilled skewers were fragrant and all of them tasted great. I especially liked the reba, which was light and tender with no off notes at all.

They offer a self serve All you can drink style, and you can order food only by QR code. The manager and one part-time staff member handled everything efficiently. The prices were fair, and the seasoning and portions were reasonable too.

The Omakase assortment of 5 yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was solid across the board, with every skewer scoring above average on taste. Personally, the grilled squid with garlic sauce had the most punch and left the strongest impression. The price range also seems good for a second stop.
