As expected, the steak grilled right in front of us was the best(^^♪I am not a fan of fatty meat, so I had the Top sirloin cooked well-done. The garlic rice was also great, with just the right aroma of garlic☆彡

Tender in a way only female wagyu (Japanese beef) can be, with a rich sweetness that seems to melt the moment it hits your mouth. The marbling is delicate, with an excellent balance of fat and lean meat. As the chef grills it right in front of you, you can fully enjoy its refined flavor along with the live, up close feel. The course meal also shows a lot of care in every plate, with foie gras, seafood, and tsutsumi-yaki (foil baked dish) one after another, and even the final garlic rice leaves you fully satisfied.

This time, I had the Steak & Hamburger Steak Lunch. The sound of it grilling right in front of me and the aroma rising up made me feel right then and there that coming here was absolutely the right call. First, the steak was so tender you could tell the moment the knife went in, and it had the kind of rich lean meat flavor that slowly spread across your palate. The quality of the meat was good enough to stand on its own without any extra seasoning, and its best qualities came through most clearly with just salt.

What really got me excited was the Teppan-yaki shrimp. Just the sound and aroma as it cooked had my expectations at MAX. When I tried it, it was plump and sweet, and absolutely the right call! It was so good it left me speechless. Haha. The unexpected standout was the tiramisu for dessert. It had a light texture but still felt rich, and it was so easy to finish even after the meal. I was happy that they paid attention not just to the meat, but also to the shrimp and dessert.

I visited for a friend’s birthday. This was my second time, and this time I changed one portion to filet, so we had momo (round) and filet. They were way too good... The combination of fall apart tongue simmered in a sweet sauce and lightly sweet baozi was the best. I’m glad my friend was happy too! At the end, there was a birthday plate with Basque cheesecake, 2 kinds of ice cream, and fruit!

It’s not extremely expensive, but I recommend it when you want to treat yourself a little! The steak and foie gras are especially good, and the price and portions felt just right. The view and atmosphere are also nice, so it seems like a good choice when you don’t want to miss or when you want a light touch of luxury. It also has a casual atmosphere, so it may be a good place when talking with someone for the first time.

Kokoグルメ

What really stole the show was the "katsu awabi no odori-yaki (live abalone grilled while still moving)." I was completely won over by the rich buttery soy sauce aroma as it finished cooking right in front of me. The main dish was Japanese Black Wagyu Strip loin from Yamagata Prefecture. I had it cooked medium rare, and the tenderness and flavor were on a whole different level. The moment it was scented with plum and flames leaped up was exactly the best part of Teppan-yaki.

ひまなん

Overall, I was very Manzoku! I always had the impression that Teppan-yaki tends to feel heavy, but this was the first time I felt so satisfied even though my stomach and mouth still felt light after the meal. It made me feel they had done a very skillful job of stripping things back.

ねこメレンゲ

Every dish on the menu was delicious, and the portions were just right. At many places, a Teppan-yaki lunch course comes with more salad and grilled vegetables than meat, but here I was happy that the meal centered on the meat and really let me enjoy it. It was also nice that they had abalone. Both the meat and the abalone were tender, with just the right amount of richness, and tasted very good.

I booked the Kiwami Course at the counter. I was drawn to this course because it is a Meat lover’s feast and also because it lets you enjoy ise-ebi (spiny lobster) and awabi (abalone). The meat, the awabi, and the ise-ebi were all just so delicious! (On top of that, the kurokegyu (Japanese Black beef) kombu kelp-cured dish and the clear soup were also very good!)

This restaurant has a calm atmosphere. Every dish was very good, and they also asked how I liked my meat cooked. It was tender and very tasty. Everyone on the staff was very polite and made me feel comfortable, and they all saw me off when I left. It was such a lovely restaurant, so I would definitely like to visit again.

A friend treated me for my birthday celebration. The Appetizers with takenoko (bamboo shoots) and the shrimp salad were great, and the asparagus potage was especially delicious. The meat was tender too, and I switched the final dish to garlic rice. My friend chose cha-soba (green tea buckwheat noodles). That looked good too. Starting with Appetizers, then shrimp and meat, and finishing with garlic rice. The volume is more than enough. On top of that, since the meal takes 2 hours, you really start to feel full, which makes it even more satisfying. The shrimp had been alive just moments before cooking, so it was fresh and delicious. They also have a good selection of drinks, including Master’s Dream.

ソン・ゴハン

First, we toasted with kimchi and renkon mentaiko (lotus root with spicy cod roe) from the Appetizers as snacks to go with our drinks. The main Tenderloin is carefully cooked with a special steaming and grilling process over time. It is amazingly tender, and the rich flavor of the meat fills your mouth. To finish, we had authentic Hiroshima-style thin noodle yakisoba (fried noodles). The texture of the thin noodles and the way they coat with the sauce are excellent, and this was also incredibly tasty.
