The doneness was spot on, with a nicely browned, crisp surface and a juicy inside packed with rich meaty flavor. It was cooked at just the right timing, so the meat fibers were tender enough, and the deep flavor spread with every bite.

This time, we ordered tongue soup, deep-fried spring rolls with beef, salad, and three kinds of steak (lean cut, marbled cut, and Strip loin), plus beef braised in red wine, roast beef, bolognese, and dessert. The steaks in particular were all delicious, and even the fatty cuts were not heavy at all, going down so smoothly that it felt like a fresh new experience.

・Teppan-yaki Yakiniku lunch
Rice and miso soup. The miso soup is also served individually. The seasoning is on point, and the rice is good too. Then the main dish, Yakiniku. It is seasoned with garlic soy sauce and made with tomo-sankaku (tri-tip). The triangular pieces are on the small side, so they are easy to eat in one bite. Since it is a lean cut, it has a nice firm chew.
