The meat was very tasty and juicy too! The goya (bitter melon) namul was really good, and they also have Private rooms, which was great! We visited to celebrate my companion’s birthday and also for a Year-End Party, and the dessert plate was gorgeous and very cute! We went as a group of 4, and the amount of food was just right!

Not only was the meat delicious and the spacious interior very comfortable, but the staff were also wonderfully attentive and moved with great care. As for the meat, not only the beef but also meats such as Yanbaru wakadori (young chicken from Okinawa’s Yanbaru region) were very tasty.

They focus on freshness, and the meat delivered directly is stored without ever being frozen. They carefully cut it and serve it.
The fresh, high quality meat is said to let you fully enjoy its rich flavor and juiciness in every bite. Reviews also praise the meat for its beautiful marbling, great texture, and all around good taste.

They offer a wide range from standard cuts to rare ones. They also have a rich variety of tongue cuts, which makes this a dream spot for tongue lovers.
The "Special Nama Jo Tan" uses the tongue root, a cut that yields only a few slices from each animal. They recommend quickly searing both sides first, then grilling it slowly to lock in the juices. Quantities are limited.

To get straight to the point, it is incredibly good. Just as the rating suggests, the quality of the meat, the taste of the sauce, and the portions all offer a very high level of satisfaction. Rice is a classic pairing with Yakiniku, and they clearly put just as much care into it, with priorities on the meat, the sauce, and even the rice.

Everything was perfect: the atmosphere when I walked in, the pleasant service, the taste, the speed the food came out, the wide menu selection, and the quality of the service. And the prices were not too high, so I definitely want to go back. This is my go-to Teppan-yaki Yakiniku spot when staying in Okinawa.

I made a reservation for 18:30 on Thursday for a course with All you can drink. The meat was delicious, the portions were very generous, and the value for money was amazing! The "Nakaochi short rib" and "premium short rib" use Ishigaki-gyu (Ishigaki beef). When grilled over charcoal, the meat gives off a sweet aroma that really whets the appetite. One bite fills your mouth with the rich taste of the meat and juicy fat that melts smoothly, and the premium short rib has an even longer lasting richness from the fat.

They also serve assorted cuts of Okinawan Agu pork. It stands out for the rich umami and sweetness of its fat. If you want to enjoy a variety of cuts at once, the “Ryukyu zairai-ton Agu assortment with Korean Perilla Leaves” is recommended.

I visited Yakiniku Hana while traveling in Okinawa. In Matsuyama, Naha, this place is said to serve top grade kurogemawagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), including Ishigaki-gyu (Ishigaki beef). This time, we took it easy in a Private room. We ordered various items from the à la carte menu that caught our eye. First, mozuku (Okinawan seaweed) kimchi, which I was trying for the first time! I could really get hooked on this. We also ordered the Agu-buta (Okinawan Agu pork) we came for: loin, Chuck Eye Roll, and Tenderloin. The meat was tender, the fat was not heavy, and it was really delicious. The premium salted tongue of Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) was also so good. We easily finished 3 servings.

They recommend first trying it with salt to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients, then with their house-made sauce for a deeper, richer flavor. It also pairs perfectly with awamori (Okinawan distilled spirit), a distilled liquor from Okinawa Prefecture.
The "Yanbaru Agu Three-Point assortment" is a menu that includes "Premium Kalbi," said to let you fully enjoy the rich flavor of the fat. You can also enjoy the popular "Premium Loin" and "Premium Loin."
Another appealing point is that they offer a course with All you can eat and drink for Agu pork, pork Horumon, side dishes, and drinks.

A Yakiniku place recommended by someone from Okinawa, so I came to visit! Yakiniku in Okinawa? That was my first thought, but the liver was cut thick and still had a melt-in-your-mouth texture even after grilling! The otoshi (small appetizer) cabbage was lightly coated with Yakiniku sauce and so good I could have eaten it forever, and the tongue and Outside skirt were the kind of quality that would probably cost about twice as much in Tokyo! This has become one of my favorite places in Okinawa!

Okinawa has ishigaki gyu (Ishigaki beef), Misaki gyu (Misaki beef), and Ayahashi gyu (Ayahashi beef), but I think Motobu gyu (Motobu beef) is by far the best. The fat is not too rich. They grill it by pulling it apart with a fork instead of using a knife. The photo shows the Chateaubriand, which is said to be an outstanding cut that melts in your mouth.
Photograph:fm222
The Tenderloin in the photo is also said to be surprisingly tender and delicious.
You can enjoy either cut in courses priced by weight. They include rice, soup, kimchi, dessert, and more, and you can also order extra meat or a la carte dishes. There is also a luxurious course that lets you compare both.

The meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Today, I really enjoyed Yamagata gyu (Yamagata beef). I like the house-made dressing here, so I always end up getting a second helping of salad. The kimchi assortment and the Beef Tongue were also delicious. Even the vanilla ice cream with mango sauce for dessert was light and very good.

I ordered the Tenderloin course. Even though it was Tenderloin, I could pull it apart with a fork lol. I was surprised that, even though it was Tenderloin, it had such rich marbling! It was my first time having Tenderloin like this! The staff grills the meat for you. I was very Manzoku with the careful and polite service. The dessert at the end was also delicious, and while it was a little pricey, I felt it was worth the cost. It is perfect for an adult dining experience.

They carefully select Special Wagyu with moderate marbling and a good balance with the lean meat. After purchasing it in bulk, skilled chefs hand cut it.
You can order from courses that include All you can drink or from the à la carte menu. The most popular course is the "Okinawa-ken-san Kuroge Wagyu (Okinawa-raised Japanese Black Wagyu) Tanno course." It is a filling 15-dish course.

The “Okinawa-ken-san (from Okinawa Prefecture) Wagyu A5 Oban Akami Yaki Shabu” is a standout dish where you spread a large thin slice of meat across the whole grill and cook it just enough to sear before eating. Its bold appearance is part of the appeal.
The grilled menu is also full of options, including Horumon, pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. It is often fully booked, so they recommend making a reservation.
Every cut of meat was delicious, and I am very Manzoku. The staff were also very polite, and I had a very happy time. Thank you very much.

This time we used a Private room, and it was a spacious, relaxing space. We could adjust the air conditioner temperature ourselves, so we stayed very comfortable. Every cut of meat had a beautiful color and looked appetizing the moment it arrived. When we actually tried them, they were all tender with rich flavor, and we were very satisfied.

At Okinawa Yakiniku Zipang, the quality of the meat was excellent, and the Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) was especially great. The thick cut tongue was also tender and juicy, and it was nice to enjoy it with different sauces to suit your taste. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.

The atmosphere was very nice, and we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. This was our third trip to Okinawa Honto (Okinawa Main Island), so we decided to treat ourselves a little and made a reservation. Every dish was delicious, and I also appreciated how carefully they explained things when I told them it was my first time trying Japanese sake.

The sauce is original, and you can add as much garlic as you like! Anyway, the meat is really good! The tongue covered with lots of green onion is also excellent! We visited with 7 people, and there was plenty of room to sit comfortably, plus they also have a style where they grill the meat for you! The eye catching assortment looked great too, and we had a tasty and fun meal!

Every staff member was very warm and charming, and the food came out quickly and impressively even though the restaurant was busy. The meat was good too, but as someone who loves tongue, I would have been even happier if they had an A la carte beef tongue option. The Horumon and Chige soup are especially recommended!!

Off-shore
We started with the self-serve All you can drink! We ordered a Beef Tongue set and Horumon, then just kept grilling and washing it all down with beer. For 90 minutes, that was all we did, over and over. And that time felt like the most blissful time in life. I found another restaurant here that I can really look forward to visiting. Next time, I’d like to try the Aka Mix and Shiro Mix too.
