かずミちゃん

The All you can eat vegetable salad made me really happy♡The meat was tender, and the amount of green onion on the negi-tan (beef tongue with green onion) was amazing. Everything was very tasty〜♪The staff were very easy to talk to, and the service was wonderful. I would like to visit again.

The standout pick is P-tan. You can enjoy crispy and juicy pork tongue at a reasonable price. The Wagyu had nice marbling, and the fat was sweet. Delicious! It is also a nice touch that the otoshi (small appetizer) is a salad with free refills. The entrance felt a little hard to walk into, so I had not been able to visit before, but it turned out to be a great Yakiniku restaurant.

The meat is very delicious, and the spacious, beautiful interior with a luxurious feel makes this a Yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy a sense of indulgence. Of course the meat is excellent, and the Clay Pot rice and To finish soups also come in small portions, so they are not too heavy and you can enjoy everything right through to the end. The restaurant's recommended wine was very good!

マリヒョンケン

We started with the grilled sukiyaki-style Strip loin. Since it was thinly sliced, we cooked it carefully so it would not overcook, then dipped it in the sauce with egg and ate it. It was amazing Next, we tried the "haneshita," which I had been curious about. By the way, I looked up what part it comes from. It is a rare cut from part of the Chuck Eye Roll with especially heavy marbling.

benjamina

This is the kind of place where you can enjoy Miyazaki-gyu (Miyazaki beef) at amazingly low prices. They have a wide lineup, from lean Miyazaki-gyu cuts to richly marbled ones and even rare parts. The quality of the meat is excellent, and on top of that it is a great value, so every time I have a drinking party with friends in Kokura, this is the place we always choose. Honestly, I highly recommend it.

・Junkoen Course
The 17 dishes made for a generous meal, and the meat was very good. It also came with salad and chijimi (Korean pancake), and even though it was a side menu item, the chijimi was crispy and very tasty. The meat had beautiful marbling and was very tender and good. With this amount and quality at this price, I would like to go eat there again.

I visit this place whenever I get the chance. Every cut of meat is delicious, and it makes All you can eat places feel like they are no longer an option for me. Kokura has Junkoen. If you have not been here yet, definitely give it a try!

Even though I had to suddenly change my reservation time, they accommodated it, which really helped. The meat was delicious, and the green onion sauce on the green onion salt tongue was especially good! The thick cut tongue wrapped with green onions was quite thick too, but it was very tender, easy to eat, and delicious^_^

I was craving meat, so I visited. It was right around lunchtime and I didn’t have a reservation, but they kindly welcomed me in. 北九っこ♪

It came with vegetables, including All you can eat grilled vegetables and dipping vegetables. The tongue was negi-tan (beef tongue with scallions), cooked by folding it in half on the grill. If you let your guard down, it cooks in no time. As expected, negi-tan and beer are the best! The other meats were all tender and melted in the mouth too. It was good quality meat. It was delicious.

As expected, the premium thick-cut Beef Tongue is amazing. Even though it is that thick, it is so tender and easy to bite through... Not just the Beef Tongue, but everything here is really delicious, so I want people to go.

Everything was delicious, and the interior was neat and clean! The Special kalbi (short rib) was very tasty, but by the third slice, it felt a bit too rich for my age because it was so wonderfully marbled (^-^) The portions were generous too, and even the regular loin, kalbi, and Outside skirt were enough for a very satisfying Yakiniku meal♪

chieb358

All the meat is fresh, tender, and nice and meaty. Every cut was filling and left us very Manzoku. Depending on the type of meat, the staff will carefully show you how to grill it and the best way to eat it. There are also lots of options for the All you can drink menu, so it is hard to choose. It was very delicious.

けいとっち

The green onion salt tongue was delicious. There were also 3 kinds of sauce. The short rib was a little thick, almost like steak, but it was satisfying to eat. I was full. It was a great meal.

tontorochan

Everything you eat here tastes great. This is a place where you can enjoy meat cut to suit each part, not the thin flimsy slices you often find. There are so many choices that it is hard to decide, but I still love the Outside skirt and loin. I always go back and forth on whether to finish with cold noodles or gukbap (rice soup). In the end, we ordered both and shared them.

Yakiniku Aji Ichiban Shochan

"Yakiniku Aji Ichiban Shochan" is a casual Yakiniku tavern serving Yakiniku made with Special cuts of meat, including branded Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) from Kyushu. It is located a 7-minute walk from Kokura Station.

For chicken, they use Awaodori (a chicken breed from Kochi Prefecture), and for pork, they use kuri-buta (chestnut-fed pork) from Spain, raised on chestnuts. A nice feature after 17:00 is that the otoshi (table charge appetizer) includes all-you-can-refill grilled vegetables.

They offer courses with All you can drink and an à la carte menu. There are also two kinds of the "Aji Ichiban Set," where you can enjoy popular items.

The photo shows the "Negi Tan," a visually striking dish of sliced Beef Tongue topped generously with house-made green onion salt sauce. Grill one side, fold it in half, and eat it.

高級グルメオタク

The Tenderloin Kaku and Premium Outside skirt both let you really taste the meat itself, and neither relies on fat. The cubed lean meat also gets more flavorful the more you chew, so I think fans of lean cuts will find it very satisfying. What stood out most to me was the freshly cooked Clay Pot rice. Each grain was distinct, and it paired well with every cut of meat, taking the Manzoku level of the Yakiniku meal up a notch.

空間グルメオタク

It has an energetic atmosphere where you can really enjoy drinking, yet the most important part, the meat, is properly good. Rather than being a “Yakiniku place focused on drinks,” it is “a place where you can drink, and the meat is also great.” If you are looking for that balance in Kokura, this feels like a very strong option.

The photo shows the "Hajime no Aka," an assortment of the day's recommended lean cuts and Horumon. It is served with miso sauce and a special spicy sauce made with chili peppers. For an extra charge, you can add extra heat.

They also offer the "Hajime no Shiro," served with a punchy garlic salt sauce. You can also add extra garlic.

はらぺこダイエッター

The premium kalbi has a moderate amount of fat, so it doesn’t feel too heavy and goes really well with rice. Maybe it’s age catching up with me, but these days I’m not that into heavily marbled kalbi. The premium Outside skirt is so good, too! I ended up ordering another serving of the premium Outside skirt without thinking! I actually added a large rice and deji-karubi (Korean-style pork ribs), too... And a mega lemon sour as well... I ate and drank a lot and left very Manzoku.

This yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat) restaurant was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I ordered all kinds of dishes, and every one of them was above average. Among them, the thick cut Beef Tongue really stood out, and it was so good that I felt it would be worth coming here just to eat that alone! Personally, I recommend grilling it well and enjoying it with a slightly crisp bite.

The photo shows the restaurant’s signature “Horumon Bowl.” It is a mix of various cuts, so you can enjoy different textures and flavors.

You can choose from three kinds of seasoning: “Hiden-dare (secret sauce),” made with special miso sauce and garlic, “Shio-dare (salt sauce),” with garlic and special spices, and “Akakara,” with garlic and chili pepper.

Ordered the All you can drink A la carte option. I made my own cocktails and sours, and that was fun too. There were lots of choices, and I really enjoyed it‼️It was my first time trying vanilla whiskey, and it was good. The Horumon was really tasty and great value. There were two kinds of sauce, soy sauce tare and miso tare, and the miso tare was the best. It was so good I could have eaten rice with just the miso tare.

If I want to eat Horumon, this is the place I’d come back to. The restaurant is spacious, and maybe because it was quiet on the day I visited, I could eat in a relaxed way. Wagyu Yakiniku Wakakatsu

Wagyu Yakiniku Wakakatsu is a Yakiniku restaurant on the second floor of a building along Ogai-dori, a 2-minute walk from Heiwa-dori Station. It serves Yakiniku made with Kitakyushu kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black beef).

The main meat used here is rare Kokura gyu (Kokura beef), with only about 60 head shipped annually, and it is known for its beautiful marbling and the good taste of its sweet fat. (Each) cut is served with the sauce that suits it best.

Because the meat is grilled on a far-infrared shichirin (charcoal brazier) roaster, you can enjoy the full flavor of the meat, and they offer it in both course meals and a la carte.

The photo on the left shows the restaurant's signature "Gokujo Atsugiri Tan (premium thick-cut beef tongue)," which is said to have a 90% order rate. You eat it simply with Himalayan rock salt. It is said to have a light, crisp texture.

On the right is "tan karubi (a rare cut from the base of the tongue)," which is popular for its flavor that spreads through your mouth with every bite.

Ogura-gyu (Ogura beef) was surprisingly firm to the bite, but it stood out for having little fat. Since only a limited number of restaurants serve Ogura-gyu, anyone who wants to try it should give it a go.

I made a reservation and visited while on a business trip. I ended up arriving later than originally planned, but the staff still welcomed me in without any sign of annoyance. We ordered the shibari negi-tan (tongue wrapped with green onion) and tawara negi-tan (straw-bale-shaped tongue with green onion) first. You can get them with the course, but they are often sold out A la carte. The kan'nyan sae-u (Korean-style marinated raw shrimp) and shrimp yukhoe were sweet and tasty. As usual, the place was full, but the staff moved efficiently and the drinks did not come late, so it is a good restaurant.

The restaurant's signature motsu-nabe (offal Hot Pot), which they have served since first opening, is also popular. You can choose from three kinds of soup: white miso, chicken-bone soy sauce, and spicy miso.

Here, you can choose All you can drink, and they were happy to accommodate that too. The sound of motsuyaki (grilled offal) just has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? There are not many kinds of meat to choose from, but the cost performance is more than good enough, and even our growing kids were completely satisfied with Manzoku. They handled our family well too, even though we kept hurriedly ordering more food and drinks. Before we knew it, the restaurant was full, and the atmosphere was lively.

Robata no Karisuma

Robatano Karisuma is a place where you can enjoy Yakiniku made with carefully selected meat, grilled robatayaki (fireside grilling) style.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, with counter seats that make it easy to stop by alone and zashiki (tatami seating) that are good for groups. The restaurant is on the third floor of a building tucked away in a back alley, a 4-minute walk from Heiwadori Station.

They offer both course meals and A la carte. You can add All you can drink to every course, and they also have All you can eat courses and A la carte All you can drink plans.

Every course is said to be very filling and Manzoku. The photo shows the "Meibutsu" course's "lean meat 3-kind assortment."

One of the draws here is that you can enjoy not only beef, but also pork, seafood skewers, chicken, and vegetables as robatayaki (fireside grilling). Slowly grilled over an irori (sunken hearth), the ingredients bring out the most of their natural flavor, and are said to be fragrant and delicious.

They also offer Korean dishes prepared by a Korean head chef, as well as Clay Pot rice.

The course starts with salad, kimchi, and skewered shrimp, followed by Yakiniku cooked over a robata (fireside grill)! Then come seafood, a rice dish to finish, and for dessert, a bite-size gateau chocolat? You also get an onigiri (rice ball) to take home♡It was delicious! The portions here are fairly substantial too, so it’s good to wait and see before ordering anything else!

DANY

Robatano Karisuma in Kokura, Fukuoka, is a robatayaki (fireside grilling) restaurant where you grill the food yourself and enjoy the experience. Counter seats are especially recommended because you can grill the ingredients right in front of you. Their specialty, grilled shrimp robatayaki, was a good size and very satisfying to eat. For two people eating and drinking, the bill came to about JPY5,500, and considering the atmosphere and what you get, it is a place with a high level of Manzoku.

Wagyu Dokoro Nikumatsu

Wagyu Dokoro Nikumatsu is known as a place where you can enjoy Special Wagyu Yakiniku selected by a former Japanese chef. The restaurant is located along Heiwa-dori, a 1-minute walk from the east exit of Tanga Station.

The interior is a calm and stylish space, with counter seats, table seats, sofa seats, and Private room.

You can order from two kinds of courses or from the a la carte menu. For people who want to eat what they like and drink a lot, the A la carte All you can drink plan comes recommended.

All of the meat looks beautiful and clearly high quality at first glance, and it has a reputation for being tender and delicious. They are also particular about the plates they use to serve the meat.

They offer a wide range of cuts, from standard favorites to rare ones. Pictured is the "Thick Cut Tongue (with green onion salt)," said to be so tender you can bite through it with a light chew. It is a rare cut, with only one serving taken from each tongue.

They also have a wide selection of carefully chosen drinks, including whisky and bottled wine.

Wagyu tail. I’m happy I can eat it because you don’t often find it at other Yakiniku places T_T♡ Of course, it’s delicious. I also had premium tongue, Outside skirt, and thick cut tongue〜. It was so good that I want to go again.

ロジカルピクミン

As always, the meat is tender and delicious, and even the kids finish it in no time. I also recommend the kimchi assortment, which includes not only napa cabbage but also yam kimchi and dried daikon radish kimchi. The tongue, short rib, and loin are all tasty, and the sauce is great too. Above all, the service from the staff and the owner's warm personality are wonderful.

Quietly tucked away in a back alley a 5-minute walk from Kokura Station, this Yakiniku restaurant is by reservation only and limited to just 3 groups per day.

The refined, high-quality interior has counter and table seating.

One of the highlights of the counter seats is that the owner personally grills the food over charcoal right in front of you and serves it. The table seats are said to be a good choice for groups.

Hoshi no Wagyu is known for fat that tastes clean, with tender meat and rich flavor. They buy whole cattle, so you can enjoy everything from standard cuts to rare cuts.

You can choose from several courses. They offer hearty contents packed not only with Yakiniku but also with a wide variety of a la carte dishes.

The meat is known for being high quality and delicious, and the carefully prepared a la carte dishes also get great reviews. You can also enjoy the pairing of sommelier-selected wine with Yakiniku.

The many course dishes that you would not expect from a Yakiniku restaurant, the master's performance, and the attentive service that showed the staff's care all felt very fresh to me, since I went there for akaushi (Japanese brown beef). Of course, the meat was also very good, including the main Strip loin.

The Dragon Outside skirt was seriously good. It had a rich, meaty bite that really stayed with you. It felt like the meat was being absorbed right into my body.

たけまわた

If the pork tongue is this good, it really gets you imagining how amazing the Beef Tongue must be. The other meats are also among the better ones for an all-you-can-eat place, and the kimchi is tasty too.
