Miyabi Roppongi Ten

Miyabi is tucked away in a quiet corner, a 7-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station and away from the bustle of Roppongi.

This Yakiniku restaurant buys whole A5-ranked kuroke Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) cattle, so you can enjoy a wide range of cuts in calm Private rooms. They also have an advisor who specializes in South African wines and can suggest a bottle that pairs well with the meat.

The photo shows an assortment of rare cuts. They serve each cut in the best way for that part, with the right thickness and knife scoring.

Reviews also say that each one has an elegant sweetness in the fat and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The "Obangiri Miyabi-gyu (Miyabi beef) roast yakiniku style shabu-shabu from Strip loin with white rice" is a luxurious dish in which the strip loin is quickly cooked on a hot lava plate and enjoyed with an egg yolk sauce.

The roast has a light, soft texture and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and it is said to pair perfectly with rice.

I was able to relax and enjoy my time in a fully private room. I made a reservation for the 【Miyabi Set】 course, which included a 9-cut assortment of rare A5 Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) parts. I was able to fully enjoy a variety of high quality and fresh meats. Every cut was so delicious that I was amazed to find it really did melt in my mouth.

The Wagyu here is truly high quality, with sweet rich fat! The sauce is of course delicious, but I also recommend trying it with salt to enjoy the meat’s natural flavor. The large cut of Miyabi-gyu (Miyabi beef) roast sukiyaki-style shabu was cooked to just the right doneness by the staff, and paired with egg, it was a total winner.

Ushi ni Kanabo Azabujuban

Ushi ni Kanabo Azabu Juban, a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Azabu Juban Station, is a Yakiniku restaurant with fully private rooms at every table. The meat served here mainly centers on Omi gyu (Omi beef), a branded beef from Shiga Prefecture.

Inside, the restaurant has a luxurious space based on black tones, and some say the lighting is striking, almost spotlighting the meat like the star of the show.

The "Hirewassan" is an original menu item that wraps Omi gyu (Omi beef) Tenderloin in a house made croissant.

The Tenderloin is said to be surprisingly tender, with juicy flavor in every bite. When you take a big bite, the aroma of cultured butter gently spreads through the air.

They also offer a full a la carte menu in addition to the courses. The "Omi gyu (Omi beef) Sirloin cap" is a rare lean cut with beautiful fine marbling.

The more you grill it, the more its flavor stands out, and the fat is not heavy, so it is easy to eat.

theshot

The Tenderloin croissant was the best. It had been a while since I had a Yakiniku meal that left me fully satisfied from start to finish, so I was really happy! For the meats other than the Tenderloin croissant, the staff carefully gave full attention to each one, so I could enjoy them at their best.

From start to finish, it is sure to impress. No matter what you eat, it is delicious. The French touches are really interesting. The meat is also really good! My friend was practically beside themselves, so it really must be that good! It is at the top of the creative Yakiniku scene.

KABUN-AZABUJUBAN

KABUN-AZABUJUBAN, right near Azabujuban Station, is a Yakiniku restaurant known for its fresh Horumon delivered direct from Shibaura every morning.

Inside, the exposed concrete walls stand out. Soft lighting with a black toned interior creates a calm atmosphere.

The "goku-tan (premium beef tongue)" is said to be thick cut yet easy to bite through, with more sweetness coming out the more you chew.

Another reason for its popularity is that you can order it one slice at a time. Once grilled, it is very tender, making it irresistible for beef tongue lovers.

The photo shows “kimchi fried rice,” and while its softly egg-wrapped shape looks like Omurice, it is filled with rich kimchi fried rice inside.

The mellow egg and the fried rice are said to go perfectly together, and it is popular as a satisfying dish that is just right to finish the meal.

赤皿貝

The Horumon is plump and really worth ordering. The Heart is cut with a little fat left on, so it tastes light while still letting you enjoy the sweetness of the fat!

ねきま

There are lots of Yakiniku places in Azabu-juban (Azabu Juban), but this one is my favorite. I really appreciate that you can order from just one slice. The Kiwami series never misses. The kimchi is insanely good. The ice cream was great too. (sesame)

VinIX

A 5-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station, VinIX on the basement level is a Yakiniku restaurant that brings out the flavor of Aged meat with French techniques.

It features a solid, weighty design inspired by a bank vault. The stainless steel doors and every part of the food presentation create an extraordinary atmosphere.

The T-bone steak made with Tamura-gyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), often called one of the finest in Japan. This plate lets you enjoy Strip loin and Tenderloin at the same time, with a softly tender texture.

You can change up the flavor with several sauces, including browned butter and garlic chips. There is also a flambé presentation.

The photo shows the "jukusei atsugiri tan (aged thick cut tongue) with lemon confit." The large cut pieces of aged tongue are nicely marbled, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads across your palate.

It also pairs perfectly with the mellow tartness of the lemon confit, and some reviews even said it changed their whole idea of Yakiniku!

Megukiiis//

The course had a lot of volume, but each dish was wonderful〜It kept us excited all the way to dessert, with great presentation, great taste, and aromas that really stimulated the appetite, so we never got tired of eating, and the person I brought with me was also very happy!

This time, we chose the “full grilling attendant” course, where the staff grills everything for you at the best timing! The “house-aged thick-cut tongue” was unbelievably tender, with rich flavor bursting out! The main “Special Kuroge Wagyu Yakiniku assortment” featured an ultra-luxurious lineup including Tamura beef Strip loin. With the meat grilled by pros, every bite goes beyond the limit of pure happiness…

Sankoen

Sankoen is a Yakiniku restaurant founded in 1970. It is within walking distance of Azabu-juban Station, so access is convenient.

You can enjoy high quality meat, mainly A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), carefully hand-cut by skilled chefs. With an atmosphere that is easy for families to visit, it is a local favorite that has been loved for many years.

The "jo-tan shio (premium salted beef tongue)" is known for its thick cut.

Dipping it in fragrant oil after grilling adds a toasty aroma and brings out the juicy flavor of the tongue even more. It is also a popular menu item that many people choose as their first dish.

The photo shows the weekday-only "Yakiniku Rice bowl." It features high-quality meat with little fat, finished in a sweet and savory style that pairs well with rice and has earned high praise.

The clear beef bone soup and softly cooked eggs make a great match with their gentle mouthfeel, creating a simple but classic lunch you will never get tired of.

World traveler

I’m always grateful for the consistently great food and the kindness of the staff. I also appreciate that I can go with children and feel at ease. The jo-tan shio (premium salted beef tongue) is sliced thin and incredibly tasty. The liver too! The loin and kalbi (Korean-style short ribs) are also delicious. They go really well with rice.

リンイジ

A famous Yakiniku spot in Azabu-Juban that has been around for 58 years and feels like a place only locals know about. You can tell the quality of the meat even before it hits the grill. The marbling is very even, with no extra greasiness, and each slice looks almost translucent and beautiful. Each cut is sliced to an easy-to-eat thickness depending on the part, and it was also impressive how clearly you could see the fine grain of the meat.

Yakinikuen Azabu Juban Ten

Yakinikuen Azabujuban Ten is a rare find around Azabu-juban Station, offering a casual Taishu Yakiniku style. The interior has more than 80 seats and stands out for its retro style decor.

With its relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, it is also convenient for group visits.

The "Yaki Teeki" is one of the restaurant's popular menu items, featuring steak meat lightly seared and enjoyed with melted butter, ao-togarashi (green chili pepper), green onion, and a special sauce.

One of its standout features is the wide variety of Yakiniku menu items. The photo shows the simply seasoned "Jo Tan Shio (premium salted beef tongue)." It is said to have juicy flavor and lets you enjoy the natural taste of the tongue itself.

With its moderate thickness, it is satisfying to eat while still leaving a clean finish.

Callie Layla

Even though it is in Azabu (a high-end area), this Yakiniku restaurant offers great value and is easy to enjoy casually. The shichirin (charcoal grill) style lets you grill at your own pace, and the portions are solid. The sauce has real depth of flavor, the meat quality is good, and the overall satisfaction level is high. Among all the cuts, the Outside skirt is especially recommended! It was the best thing I’ve eaten lately!!

The Yakinikuen premium assorted set (premium Outside skirt, premium kalbi, Top blade) had high quality cuts across the board, with a great balance of fat and lean meat that made it very satisfying. The addictive Horumon and Abomasum had no off notes, and the bold seasoning paired well with drinks.

Kabuto Azabu Juban Ten

Kabuto Azabujuban Ten is about a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Azabujuban Station and serves Yakiniku, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu.

The spacious basement interior consists entirely of Private rooms. Some say the chic decor and soft lighting create a grown-up atmosphere. With smokeless roasters, odors are less likely to cling to your clothes, so you can enjoy Yakiniku with ease.

They offer many menu items that let you fully enjoy A5-grade Saga gyu (Saga beef). The photo shows the "Premium Saga gyu Chateaubriand".

They slowly grill this large cut over charcoal, almost like Teppan-yaki, then serve it beautifully cut into easy-to-eat pieces. They recommend tasting it first with salt to enjoy its full flavor.

The Saga gyu (Saga beef) sukiyaki comes in an elegant dashi based Hot Pot style. The Saga gyu is so tender it gently falls apart on the tongue, and simmering it together with vegetables brings out even more of its good flavor.

They also offer courses with All you can drink.

gohobimeshi

The staff are friendly, and this Yakiniku spot feels easy to drop into. The interior is very luxurious, and it's also recommended for Special days. The meat was very delicious, and the high quality fat melted in my mouth. It's a place I want to visit again!

パグの舎弟

First, we toasted with beer and started with salted tongue. Each plate comes with a solid portion, which is great because you can really enjoy the Yakiniku itself. The Outside skirt is thick, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes through. The three-salt assortment is fun for comparing the cuts, and it really lets you taste the character of each one. The four-sauce assortment comes with mild sauces that do not get in the way of the meat's flavor, and they pair well with Korean Perilla Leaves.

Fresh Horumon Rambo

Shinsen Horumon Ranbo, right by Azabu-Juban Station, is a well-reviewed spot where you can enjoy very fresh Horumon.

The bright, lively interior is small but comfortable. It is also nice that they stay open until late at night.

This is a perfect dish for people who want to enjoy Horumon as the main event.

The "nama tan shio (salted fresh beef tongue)" served without being frozen is said to be a menu item where you can enjoy springy texture and rich flavor.

Lightly salted, it brings out the beef tongue's natural taste, and regulars say they always order it.

CoCoco

I really like the samgyeopsal set here and the Tenderloin Yakiniku. We had the kimchi assortment, king oyster mushrooms, and shiro motsu (white offal). It was my first time trying hachinosu (tripe), and it was so good that it was Surprising. I want to order it again next time I come. It was delicious. It was a great meal.

I found Horumon Rambo while looking for a Yakiniku place open late at night. It turned out to be exactly the right choice. The first thing that surprised me was how fresh the Horumon was. It had none of the distinctive flavor or off notes, and the plump texture and rich fat flavor really stood out. The salted Horumon and Mountain chain tripe in particular were amazingly good, with careful cutting and perfect cooking that made them almost melt in the mouth.

[Ishigaki-gyu (Ishigaki beef) five-cut assortment] This popular item!! The marbling and texture are clearly different for each cut, and grilling them over charcoal brings out even more aroma and flavor... It is located almost directly above Azabu-juban Station!!! The inside is spacious. The meat is delicious^ ^They had a wide selection of different cuts. ハイサイまさる

The All you can drink course is an amazing deal. It has lots of things I like, such as Outside skirt and yude-sashi (parboiled sashimi), so nothing feels wasted! I usually prefer salt for Outside skirt, but the slightly strong sauce keeps the cost down nicely, so no complaints. It was delicious.

居酒屋くん

Starting right away with a mega draft beer, I ordered pork tongue, kashira (meat from the head), and liver. I also got a fresh motsusashi assortment. The thick cut tongue is on par with Kato Fuyunami. The kashira is tasty too. In the assortment of sashimi style offal, I liked the gatsu (pig stomach) best. Things start to pick up. I added Kanzake, Goro Hatsu, pork Horumon, and hanachou (part of the intestine). The hanachou is cheap, but sweet and delicious.

There were many kinds of meat, so I got to enjoy a good variety. I usually eat meat with salt, so I had it that way, and it really let me taste the differences between each cut. The broth was light and not greasy, and the egg noodles made it easy to eat even at the end of the meal.

・Special Tenderloin and Special thick cut Outside skirt→ The Special Tenderloin is amazing! It is so tender you can pull it apart with a fork, and I think it tastes even better if you give it a quick sear rather than cooking it more. The Special thick cut Outside skirt also has just the right amount of fat and juiciness, making for a great balance and a really tasty bite! *I ordered another serving lol
