Yakiniku House Otaki

At Yakiniku House Otaki, just a 1-minute walk from Bashamichi Station, you can enjoy Yakiniku made with meat sourced from Yazawa Meat.

The clean interior has a stylish feel. In addition to table seating, the restaurant also has Private rooms, so you can relax and enjoy dinner at your own pace.

Two courses are available, and the Otaki Course lets you enjoy Domestic Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) A-5 short rib and loin, a rare cut assortment of 3 kinds, and a Horumon assortment of 2 kinds.

Among them, the rare cut tomo-sankaku (part of the thigh) is said to have rich marbling and almost melt in your mouth.

The "jo-tan shio (premium salted tongue)" also available à la carte is a popular item that requires a reservation.

The exceptionally fresh tongue is cut thick, making it very satisfying to eat! One bite fills your mouth with juicy meat juices, according to reviews.

The "Wagyu no Niku Piman" served as an Appetizers course dish is one item that lets you enjoy sweet and savory seasoned ground beef and the crisp bite of fresh green pepper.

The rich flavor of the meat and thick miso are packed into a juicy green pepper cup, and it is said to be so good that one bite will win you over.

・Wagyu meat and green pepper
The Wagyu ground meat has a rich, deep flavor with a light sweet-savory seasoning. You can really enjoy the natural good taste of the beef. Put it on the crisp green pepper with the heat removed, and wow—you could drink forever with just this alone!

Each dish was carefully prepared, and the one that stood out most was the Chateaubriand. It was tender, and the more you chewed, the more flavor spread through each bite, making it taste very luxurious. The tororo (grated yam) sauce on the Tomi-chan Salad had a flavor you do not often find elsewhere, and it was really delicious!

I found this place while walking around and trying to decide where to grab a drink next. It’s a tachigui (standing style) yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat) spot, and amazingly, you can order from just one slice! What’s more, they cut the meat only after you order, so it’s fresh. The taste was great too. It’s easy to drop in even by yourself, so it feels like this place is only going to get more and more popular!

This restaurant lets you enjoy high quality Yakiniku in a calm setting at a relaxed pace. Every cut of Special meat has beautiful marbling, and when grilled, the fat tastes sweet, melts in your mouth, and leaves you with a strong sense of Manzoku. The kalbi and Outside skirt were especially juicy and memorable. The sauce is refined too, and it does not get in the way of the meat’s flavor.

Even on Saturdays, it tends to be relatively uncrowded, so it’s an easy place to visit when you suddenly feel like eating Yakiniku. In spite of how easy it is to drop by, the meat is good, it’s cooked over charcoal, and I think the overall satisfaction as a Yakiniku meal is high.

A Yakiniku restaurant with Private rooms for every seat. The Kannai area has many Yakiniku spots, but places like this one where you can relax and eat in a Private room are surprisingly rare, so it is a very handy option. They seem to use Miyazaki gyu (Miyazaki beef), and it was very delicious. The side menu was also extensive, so next time I would like to order more widely.

WORLD YAKINIKU CENTER

A 2-minute walk from Bashamichi Station, this is a place where you can enjoy a new style of Yakiniku made with ingredients and spices from around the world.

The interior is a cool space with a monochrome theme. In addition to counter seats, there are table seats, and you can enjoy dinner in a stylish atmosphere.

At this restaurant, the style is to wrap the meat with cilantro instead of Korean Perilla Leaves, or enjoy it wrapped in chapati like a taco.

There were also reviews saying that when you eat Ezojika (venison) and lamb with herbs, the rich flavor stands out and tastes so good it becomes addictive.

The "T-bone steak," which lets you enjoy a comparison of filet and loin, is one dish you should definitely try.

The meat is slowly grilled so the outside is nice and fragrant, while the inside is packed with rich meaty flavor. It is quite filling, but the aroma of the spices whets your appetite, making it easy to finish the whole plate.

aikoimamura

Even though it’s Yakiniku, it doesn’t have that typical Korean-style Yakiniku restaurant feel. Instead, it has a more TEXMEX kind of vibe, with spices, herbs, jalapeños, salsa, and tortillas to wrap the meat in, plus rice and cold noodles too, so it feels very “worldly”! It was so good! I want to go again!

Source:aikoimamura's review

543's

Of course the meat is delicious, but the seasoning has a nice kick of spice, so it feels more like a meat dish than Yakiniku. When you sandwich the chapati, leafy greens, and meat together, it feels just like my favorite tacos, and it’s the best❗️
