They offer both courses and an a la carte menu. The meat looks beautiful across the board, and people say it stays tender and tastes great even though the cuts are thick.
In particular, the "Uma Niku Sagari" Hanging tender is said to be outstanding. It usually comes with tare sauce, but you can also enjoy it with salt for a lighter taste.

It is popular as a place where you can casually enjoy Yakiniku at lunchtime. They offer a good value set that comes with rice, kimchi, salad, and a drink. The photo shows the "roast & kalbi set." The roast lets you enjoy the good flavor of lean meat, while the kalbi lets you taste the sweetness of the fat.
They also have a full lineup of a la carte dishes such as reimen (cold noodles).
I came in at 18:30, but the thick cut tongue was sold out, so I went with the thin cut tongue instead. It was so thick that it hardly seemed thinly sliced, and it tasted great with the extra green onion salt. The cold noodles, kimchi, and special salad I ordered were also incredibly good, and it made for a very Manzoku dinner!

The meat is great. We ordered premium cuts like Premium Loin, Premium Kalbi, and Premium Hanging tender. They only brought out good quality meat. The meat quality was high, so everything tasted great. Many of the cuts were nicely marbled and felt like they melted in the mouth. The side menu was also full, with yukgaejang soup and Morioka reimen (Morioka cold noodles), and it made for a very satisfying dinner gathering.

Yakiniku Horumon Fudo. is a place where you can fully enjoy Yakiniku made with Shiretoko-gyu (Shiretoko beef) Wagyu from Shiretoko, Hokkaido. Because they buy whole cattle, one of its highlights is that you can easily try rare cuts as well.
The interior has a stylish feel, with both counter and table seating. The restaurant is located along Shinjuku-dori, a 5-minute walk from Susukino Station.

You can order either a course with All you can drink or from the à la carte menu. There is such a wide variety of meats and side dishes that it is hard to choose.
The photo shows the "Fudo Premium Course," which is popular for its high level of Manzoku, and includes "menegi-yaki-shabu (lightly seared shabu-style meat with young green onion shoots)." The menegi is said to bring out the meat's rich flavor beautifully.
The most popular item is the "Ganso Kari-Toro Horumon," which is well known for its tasty Horumon from Shiretoko beef, carefully prepped in advance. It is crisp on the outside and soft and tender inside, so you can enjoy the contrast in texture.
They also offer a wide selection of lamb from Hokkaido's Ishikari area, and every cut is thick and surprisingly tender.

First, the karitoro Horumon! When you grill it well on both sides and eat it, it’s crisp! melty! and really delicious! It tastes great no matter how many times you have it. The Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) carpaccio has tender meat, and I also like the flavor of the sauce poured over the top. It was also good over rice. The Clay Pot rice is freshly cooked rice with seasoning already mixed in, so it tastes great even on its own!

The especially thick cut pieces were juicy and very satisfying. The meat was carefully cut and plated, which was another nice point because it looked great too. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and with counter seating available, it seems comfortable even for solo Yakiniku. The staff are also kind, so even first time visitors can feel at ease.

The signature item is the visually striking "Super Negi-Tan Shio." It comes topped with plenty of sliced lemons over the negi-tan shio (salted beef tongue with green onion).

The thick cut Wagyu Outside skirt and Wagyu Hanging tender included in multiple courses such as the “Special Course” and the “Kiwami Course” are both red meat cuts from the diaphragm, and they are said to have beautiful marbling and let you enjoy the rich taste of the fat.
The Outside skirt is served with salt or sauce, while the Hanging tender is eaten with mountain wasabi sauce. Of course, you can fully enjoy the restaurant’s recommended dishes in a course, but they are also available to order à la carte.

I thought the menu, atmosphere, and service were all great. An acquaintance invited me to visit, and once I went, I understood what people mean by its consistently good food! The Private room is neither too small nor too large, and the service is polite without being overbearing, leaving your time in the room pleasantly uninterrupted. The meal was just as listed on the menu. We also ordered an extra namuru (seasoned vegetable side dishes) assortment. All of the meat is seasoned just right. The Hanging tender was especially tender, and the sauce was very tasty. The meat is fresh, and even the offal has no off notes at all. The meat and other dishes also come out quickly. This is a Yakiniku restaurant I really recommend in Susukino.

There were many kinds of tongue. The restaurant was clean and nice, and every staff member who helped us was polite and pleasant. The food also came quickly after we ordered, so we had a very comfortable time.

The photo shows Today's Special Beef Three-Cut assortment, included in the Ai Course. Not only is it delicious, but it also stands out for its beautiful presentation. You can also enjoy rare cuts.

Ai Course! It has a pretty good volume. They sear the yaki-shabu (lightly grilled thin-sliced beef) right in front of you. The staff were very friendly, and I found it oddly soothing when they said, "I’m going to do my best with the searing from here," before getting started(^^)The course alone was enough to feel Manzoku, but we also added Flap meat, marukawa (part of the round), and Outside knuckle, and enjoyed a full and tasty meal.

It was a very good Yakiniku restaurant. It has easy access from Susukino, and the restaurant has spacious Private rooms. The smokeless grills meant we did not have to worry about getting our clothes dirty, so we could enjoy Yakiniku to the fullest.

They also offer a wide range of side dishes, including kimchi, reimen (cold noodles), and rice dishes, and all of them are said to be good.
We ordered the Champion Course and the All you can drink old drinks! The meat was tender even when it was cut thick like steak, and the Special Wagyu was so good it really seemed to melt in your mouth! When I made the reservation, I had high hopes, but I also wondered if it was a bit pricey for Yakiniku All you can eat, and in the end I was completely Manzoku! It was such a good deal at this price that I even thought it felt like a bargain!

A slightly luxurious “Konshin no All you can eat.” I enjoyed quality beef that matched the price. Both the food and drinks arrived soon after I ordered, and I was satisfied with the service as well.

The meat is just really good. The recommended Wagyu Strip loin came in a much bigger portion than I expected, and I was very Manzoku. The chicken and lamb were fresh and tasty too. At the end, they even treated us to some Japanese sake, which was a nice surprise. I think I’ll go again next time.

From the name alone, I expected a lively place geared toward younger crowds, but when I actually went, it felt like a stylish high-end restaurant. The staff provided excellent service, and they even grilled the meat for us, which made the hospitality feel really special! Of course, the meat was delicious, the smoke did not cling to our clothes, and the restaurant felt very clean.

They offer a wide variety of Beef Tongue dishes, making it a great spot for Beef Tongue lovers.
There is also a course where you can enjoy three kinds: "Special Wagyu Beef Tongue Thick Cut," "Special Wagyu Beef Tongue Thin Cut," and "Wagyu Beef Tongue tendon." "Wagyu Beef Tongue tendon" is an ultra-rare cut, with only about 100g available from a single cow.

As you would expect from a high-end place, every cut of meat is delicious, so just eating your favorite cuts is enough to make you happy☺️ What really stands out at this restaurant is that the à la carte dishes are great too. Personally, I really recommend leaving a little room and finishing with garlic pilaf → sudachi (Japanese citrus) cold noodles → almond jelly❗️

I think the meat is good overall. I especially liked the Horumon. I also personally liked that the lemon highball and lemon sour were properly tart and tasty.
