Yakiniku Kojima Hanare Osaka Umeda, located near Nakazakicho Station, is part of the Yakiniku Kojima group, which has locations in various areas, and is known for gathering high quality meats such as Horumon delivered directly from the Habikino Meat Center and A5 Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu).

This restaurant offers a wide range of menu items unique to the shop, but the top recommendation is the exceptionally fresh Horumon, sourced directly without going through middlemen.

The "Toro Tecchan," which you can choose with special sauce, special salt, or spicy sauce, is said to have a nice bite and release great flavor with every chew.

They also serve fresh Horumon, including the heart "Kokoro" and Tracheal cartilage "Urute."

The long-loved Outside skirt. The “Wagyu Premium Outside skirt” is tender, packed with sweetness and rich flavor, and so good you will want to order it again.

The “Outside skirt 4-type assortment,” which lets you compare different cuts and feels like a good deal, is also recommended.

The Premium Loin from female wagyu is A5 rank. The sweetness of the fat really stands out. The lean meat has a rich umami taste, just what you would expect from a Premium cut. The tender texture is also nice. Each cut has plenty of umami. The flavor and bite are both great, and the quality is high. The Horumon is the house specialty, and it is very delicious. The moist texture of the toro tecchan is exceptional.

・Wagyu Premium Outside skirt and thick cut tongue
The Premium Wagyu Outside skirt has rich flavor and is highly satisfying. Since it is lower in fat, it has a refined taste and does not feel heavy, so you could keep eating slice after slice!! The thick cut tongue has the springy bite that only a thick cut can give, and the flavor spreads with every chew. A squeeze of lemon makes it nice and refreshing, so you can keep eating it endlessly without getting tired of it. This juiciness is irresistible

Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), tongue, and Outside skirt Yakiniku Gorichan Umeda Honten

Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) to Tan to Harami Yakiniku Gorichan Umeda Honten is a Yakiniku restaurant where you can casually enjoy A5-ranked female Kuroge Wagyu.

It has many regulars, and the atmosphere inside is lively. Even though it is tucked away on the first basement floor of a building, it is a popular spot, so reservations are a must.

The photo shows the A5-grade Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) "Special loin." The balance of marbling is just right, and it is nice to enjoy the natural flavor in a simple way with salt or wasabi.

It is also recommended to enjoy it with different sauces depending on the cut of meat. In addition to house-made sauce, they also offer their original salt and pepper blend.

The combination of "shio tan (salt-seasoned beef tongue)" and "tan no mori (beef tongue slices)" seasoned with the restaurant’s original salt, pepper, and sesame oil is popular.

The tan no mori, eaten with ponzu sauce from a famous fugu (blowfish) restaurant, also goes very well with rice, and some customers even order a heaping bowl of rice.

・Special short rib
→This one too, with salt. So good〜❤︎ Just what you’d expect from A5-ranked kurogemagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu)! The fat is sweet, and it melts lightly at body temperature, so it doesn’t feel heavy at all.

The tongue and green onions come together in your mouth, creating a nice harmony of flavor.

ちゃんりりりりり

I went here for a meal on a day when I wanted to treat myself a little. I made a reservation before going, and it seemed like almost all the customers inside were also there by reservation, which showed just how popular the place is. There were many different kinds of meat to choose from, and it was hard to decide, but every cut tasted fresh and had a nice rich flavor. The sauce paired well with the meat, and I really enjoyed the meal.

First, grill the Premium salted tongue. Even before grilling, the beautiful marbling is a sight to behold, and the moment you lightly sear it and take a bite, the rich flavor and sharp salt seasoning fill your mouth. Next, slowly grill the thick cut tongue wrapped with green onion and take a bite. The aroma of the green onion and the good flavor of the meat come together for pure happiness!

Once the course started, a duralumin case was brought out first, and when it was opened, an assortment of meat appeared from the dry ice. It was clearly a cut above in both look and quality. When I ate the grilled meat with wasabi on top, the texture melted in my mouth and tasted amazing. The Semi-private room I had reserved and the atmosphere inside the restaurant were both nice, and the place was packed with many customers.

シゲ大阪グルメ

There are all kinds of Yakiniku all you can eat spots in Osaka, but having Wagyu on an all you can eat menu is just wild. What makes this place fun is the meat showcase inside the restaurant, and everything in that showcase is all you can eat, so with ideas like that, the place is of course packed even on weekdays. I definitely recommend making a reservation! Depending on the course, you can even get A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) as all you can eat too. That is beyond generous!

The restaurant’s top recommendation is the "Atsugiri Toro Tan (thick cut rich beef tongue)," scored in a lattice pattern.

It is said to have a texture that balances springiness and tenderness, with juicy fat and spreading umami that make it addictive. It also goes well with the house made negi ponzu, where acidity and sweetness are in harmony.

This popular dish features roast beef whose fat melts from the heat, coated with a sweet-savory sauce, egg yolk, and green onion.

・Baka Outside skirt Steak <U.S.>
This is the restaurant’s signature dish, a boldly sized Outside skirt steak grilled and cut into easy-to-eat pieces for us. The staff handled the doneness and slicing of the meat, so all we had to do was wait for it to finish cooking right in front of us and eat. 298 Umeda 3-go Ten

298 Umeda 3-go Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant known for its great value All you can eat option.

It has Sunken kotatsu seating where you can take off your shoes and relax, as well as Private room seating, making it a good fit for lively meals with friends or family.

A well-balanced Yakiniku All you can eat plan that includes beef, pork, and chicken is popular.

There is also a self-service All you can eat menu. They also recommend topping the rich, spice-filled curry with your favorite grilled meat and making it your own.

You can eat one of the three signature items, kalbi (Korean-style short ribs), with some All you can eat plans.

They are "Osama Kalbi," with thick-cut meat and a garlic butter sauce that really gets your appetite going, "Sukiyaki Kalbi," served with a special sauce and egg, and "Tsubozuke Atsugiri Kalbi," thick-cut kalbi soaked with a special miso.

After scanning the QR code to place extra orders, I kept thinking it was kind of a hassle to order again and again, so I ended up ordering 4 dishes with four portions each, and I was shocked when a huge pile of tongue came out!! But all the meat was tasty, and my appetite never dropped. And I was glad I chose the All you can drink option with alcohol but without beer.

0-Second Lemon Sour Sendai Horumon Yakiniku Sakaba Tokiwatei Hankyu Higashi-dori Ten

0-Second Lemon Sour Sendai Horumon Yakiniku Sakaba Tokiwatei Hankyu Higashi Dori Ten is a popular spot where you can enjoy reasonably priced and tasty Yakiniku, with Sendai shio Horumon (Sendai salted Horumon), in which Horumon seasoned with salt or miso is steamed on the center of the grill, as its specialty.

The interior has a bright and friendly izakaya-style atmosphere. With counter seats and Semi-private room seating available, it works for Yakiniku from small parties to groups.

The restaurant’s specialty, “Sendai Horumon,” comes with a choice of salt, miso, or spicy miso seasoning, and they also offer Horumon seasoned with Saikyo miso (Kyoto-style sweet white miso), a traditional Kyoto miso.

“Sendai Horumon” is said to mix different parts of Domestic pork, including the small intestine, large intestine, and gatsu (pig stomach), so you can enjoy a range of flavors and textures.

The hugely popular "nikukai (chunk of meat) lemon gyutan (beef tongue)" is a dish that lets you enjoy a block cut of the finest and rare tanmoto (base of the tongue). The meat is more tender than it looks, and sandwiching lemon in between is said to freshen up the rich fat of the tongue.

Like the Yakiniku, the signature 0-second lemon sour, poured from the server installed at (Each) table, is also a house specialty. Be sure to try the All you can drink option, so you can have it whenever you like.

There’s a lemon sour server right at the table, so you can drink as many as time allows♪There are lots of different kinds of meat too, so the drinks kept flowing, and I ended up eating plenty of rice with kimchi and Korean nori. The place was bustling with customers, so I think a reservation is a must. There was a wide variety of meat, and it was so good that I ate a lot♪The staff were friendly too, and when I’m in the mood to eat lots of Horumon again, I’d love to visit.

This time, I went for the Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) All you can eat. Kuroge Wagyu really is on another level. I ended up ordering more Kuroge Wagyu again and again. I also enjoyed the Beef Tongue as much as I could for the full time limit. It is a place that will make you want to come back again and again.
