This restaurant is an 8-minute walk from Higashi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, where you can enjoy yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with wine or Japanese sake. It has sister locations in Tennoji and Shinsaibashi.
On some days, you can also enjoy daytime drinking.

The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) at this restaurant are seasoned simply with salt and pepper or a house-made tare (grilling sauce), letting you fully enjoy the natural flavor of the chicken.
If you want to try a variety of items little by little, the "Omakase 5 Skewers" with the day's best ingredients comes recommended.
Photograph:らららい11423
The photo shows the popular menu item “TKG Itadaki.” The generous topping of ikura (salmon roe) looks like jewels, making it a very appetizing dish.
If you eat it while gradually mixing in the uni (sea urchin) topping, it becomes even richer in flavor.

This time, we ordered mostly yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) from the à la carte menu. Every skewer was good, but personally, the grilled thigh and tsukune (chicken meatball skewer) were juicy and delicious. The karasumi soba (soba topped with cured mullet roe) we ordered to finish was also excellent. It was a great meal.

The liver, seared rare for JPY260, is a must order dish that they can serve only because they are confident in the freshness of their chicken. The outside is fragrant, while the inside has a rich, melt-in-your-mouth rare texture. The flavors of sesame oil and green onion bring out the umami of the fresh chicken liver even more. Even these simple skewers show the high quality of the chicken. The harami (diaphragm) is JPY230, packed with just the right bounce and the good taste of the fat, and you could easily keep eating skewer after skewer.

The restaurant’s signature item is irori genshiyaki (traditional hearth-style charcoal grilling), where a wide range of ingredients such as seafood, meat, and vegetables are grilled over binchotan (high-grade white charcoal).
Among them, the "Otoro Iwashi" in the photo is said to have no off notes at all, letting you fully enjoy the rich flavor of fatty sardine.

The especially popular "Premium Japanese sake," which changes daily, is said to have the kind of solid character that Japanese sake fans will love.

We had the JPY5000 course from the upper end of the menu, plus drinks. To get straight to the point, the fish, meat, vegetables, and everything else were all amazingly good. The big ebi (shrimp) had the best springy texture, the grilled iwashi (sardine) was large and satisfying, and the grilled beef was thick-cut, easy to eat, and delicious.

The restaurant’s yakitori uses kyo-jidori (Kyoto local chicken) slaughtered fresh that morning. It has a firm bite, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out.
If you want to try different cuts, the assortment menu is recommended.

Unique menu items such as tsufo potato salad and "Standing Fried Shrimp" are also popular.

Located in a relatively calm part of Umeda, this restaurant is easy to get to from the station, and even the area on the way there is not too noisy, so I visit it often! The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is great, especially the sunazuri (gizzard), which I end up ordering every time✨The mentaiko dashimaki (Japanese rolled omelet with pollock roe) was soft and fluffy and packed with mentaiko, and it was really delicious! It is easy on the wallet and has a nice atmosphere, so I would like to visit again♪

〇Toro-taku maki (fatty tuna and takuan roll) topped with ikura (salmon roe), the mildly seasoned vinegared rice, the sweet melt-in-your-mouth toro, the crunchy texture of takuan, and the popping ikura all come together so well it's unfair!!!〇Beef Tongue skewer topped with uni (sea urchin) and ikura, cooked to an amazing rare finish and again a total overload in the best way. It had a nice crisp bite, and the more you chewed, the more flavor poured out—absolutely irresistible

The sashimi was very fresh, and the presentation was beautiful too. The seasonal Appetizers in particular and the ishiyaki tai-meshi (stone pot Sea Bream rice) were nice and fragrant, perfect To finish. For chicken dishes including yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), they use fresh chicken sourced from partner farms. It is said to be exceptionally fresh, with rich flavor that spreads through your mouth with each bite.
Along with the standard salt and tare (sweet soy based sauce), some items on the menu can also be seasoned with spices, plum paste, or yuzu kosho (yuzu chili paste).

The restaurant is popular for its All you can eat course with yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), sushi, and a la carte dishes. You can easily place an order from the QR code using your smartphone.
The sushi in particular is said to use fresh toppings and be of high quality.

I went with the yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) ✖️ sushi ✖️ à la carte All you can eat option! They first bring out edamame, Kara-age, and fries! With as many as 96 items, it was Manzoku! I kept eating high-cost items like uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe)! The sushi had big, fresh toppings, and it did not feel like All you can eat at all!

In particular, the yakitori made with asa-biki dori (freshly slaughtered chicken) was fragrant and juicy, and the Wagyu in the shabu-shabu had a melt-in-your-mouth kind of goodness. The side menu was also extensive, with items like kaki fry (fried oysters) and chicken Kara-age, making it a great place for a large group to enjoy. Drinks included a total of 46 kinds in the All you can drink option, including beer, sours, highballs, and fruit liqueurs, and they paired perfectly with the food.

This is a Teppan-yaki izakaya located about a 5-minute walk from Osaka Metro Umeda Station. Inside, the many colorful lights give it a fun and pop feel.
They also have a lunch menu, so it is perfect if you want to enjoy drinks during the day.
Seafood dishes and meat sushi are popular at this restaurant. The "ikura (salmon roe) and Wagyu meat mabushi" in the photo is said to have fat that melts on your tongue and tastes amazing.
You can also choose course menus with All you can eat shabu-shabu and sushi.
Photograph:miigoro5656
They also have a good selection of original drinks. The sour in the photo comes with an ice pop stuck in it, and it looks cute too.
The All you can drink menu is self service, and some reviews say that makes it easy to enjoy casually.

The Meat Rice bowl and meat sushi / uni (sea urchin) and ikura meat sushi are just what their names suggest, with popping ikura, creamy uni, and juicy, fatty meat for a triple match. It melted in my mouth. The ikura and Wagyu meat mabushi, I definitely recommend trying this! This also features fatty Wagyu arranged one slice at a time like a curtain. The meat melts in your mouth, followed by the ikura. So good.

No matter what I had, the niku-zushi (meat sushi) and sushi were all delicious, and the tan-shabu (beef tongue shabu-shabu) had plump, tasty meat too! The fried takoyaki (octopus balls), chicken nanban, and premium All you can drink were great, and with the bottled beer included, it was the best! Asahi, Kirin, Sapporo, and so many other menu items that I got to eat a lot and left Manzoku

Seafood dishes made with fresh seafood delivered straight from the fishing port are popular here. The sashimi in particular is firm, with an irresistible plump, springy texture.
The funamori (boat-shaped sashimi assortment), available to order from 2 servings, has a very striking presentation.

You can also enjoy dishes made with brand name meats such as Kuroge Wagyu. They say you can taste the sweetness of its fine fat and its rich umami.

The Private room had Sunken kotatsu seating and felt very comfortable, and the staff were attentive, so I had a pleasant time. Both the sashimi and the meat were stylishly presented and tasted great, and it was also nice that the All you can drink drinks were served quickly.

This was my first visit, and they had a wide selection of drinks, especially local sake, so I think it is irresistible for people who love Japanese sake. We also ordered the food à la carte, and everything was good, from the otoshi (small appetizer) to the sashimi, grilled dishes, and fried dishes.

Every piece of tempura is fried crisp only after you order, so it comes out crunchy, light, and tender.
The batter has a very airy texture and is fried to just the right crispness, with a finish that feels far beyond its reasonable price.
You can enjoy it lightly with tentsuyu (tempura dipping sauce).
The salt grilled salmon belly is rich with fat and so tasty it makes you want a bowl of rice.

The "Special Course" featuring ebi-nabe (shrimp Hot Pot), where you can enjoy plenty of shrimp, is popular. In addition to the main ebi-nabe, it also includes sashimi (raw fish) and croquettes, prepared in a variety of ways.
The closing ramen is said to be outstanding, with a soup full of shrimp stock that tastes so good you'll want another bowl.

Reviews often say that both the meat dishes and seafood dishes pair perfectly with Japanese sake. On the All you can drink plan, you can also add a Japanese sake menu as an option.
If you want to enjoy the pairing of Japanese sake and a la carte dishes, this is a great choice.

The grilled Beef Tongue in particular had just the right bite and juicy texture, and it was so good that I wanted another order without thinking. To finish, I chose aburi Wagyu nigiri sushi (seared Wagyu hand formed sushi). The nicely marbled Wagyu melted in my mouth, and I got to enjoy a luxurious feeling right to the end. The interior had a Japanese modern feel, with a calm and relaxing space throughout.

Not just ebi-nabe, but also sashimi, temaki-zushi (hand-rolled sushi), and croquettes, this course is packed with shrimp✨️You can enjoy lots of big, fresh shrimp. It’s the ultimate course for shrimp lovers. The shrimp for shabu-shabu is so fresh you could even eat it raw✨Because it’s shabu-shabu, you can enjoy it lightly cooked or fully cooked!
