Each month, we create a new menu, allowing you to enjoy a different dish every time you visit. For the meat, we use Wagyu beef sourced from Shimane Prefecture. The fish is also carefully prepared, primarily using fresh catches directly shipped from Hamada City in Shimane Prefecture. We deliver a dish that delights the five senses with beautiful aromas and exquisite ingredients.
