Our restaurant offers only A5 rank Miyazaki beef, featuring beautiful marbling and a consistently excellent flavor, perfect for enjoying in yakiniku style. We purchase the beef in blocks and process it in-house, allowing you to savor every delicious part without waste. We highly recommend the "Kalbi," which is easy to eat and not overly fatty. We have installed a roaster that minimizes burning, so you can grill it to your preferred doneness. Be sure to dip it generously in our homemade sauce, infused with a secret garlic recipe since our establishment in Showa 25, and enjoy it with rice!
