Kobe's Flavor for Over 60 Years, Now in Hiroshima: Miraku's Yakiniku Donburi
In 1963, my grandparents opened a yakiniku restaurant called "Miraku" in Kobe. They faced significant challenges in creating a sauce that would enhance the flavor of Kobe beef. After much effort, they... finally developed the "Miraku Special Sauce," which became famous for its deliciousness and turned the restaurant into a beloved local spot. Even today, they continue to operate in Kobe, and now, their grandchild, inspired by this rich legacy after 30 years, has launched "Miraku's Yakiniku Don." The goal is to share this amazing taste with even more people and spread the love for this special sauce!
