Enjoy charcoal-grilled dishes with a twist of Western flavors, featuring "Robatayaki" cooked over an irori hearth!
【Taste the Essence of Primitive Grilling】 At the counter on the first floor, you can enjoy a lively cooking scene with an irori (traditional Japanese hearth) and a kiln. The ambiance of the robata (g...rill) enhances your dining experience with its sounds and aromas. We have modernly renovated a traditional wooden house that remains on Hiroshima Hondori, preserving its high ceilings and large beams. The exterior features nostalgic tiled roofs, while the interior combines Japanese and Western styles with brick walls. It's a spacious setting where you can admire the stone walls through large glass windows.
